Eagerly accepting the idea that not-sick people make other people sick (and should be responsible for it too) is an epic societal fail that will have consequences for decades.
“A study of almost 10 million people in Wuhan, China, found that the asymptomatic spread of COVID-19 did not occur at all, thus undermining the need for lockdowns, which are built on the premise of the virus being unwittingly spread by infectious, asymptomatic people.”
Published in November in the scientific journal Nature Communications, the paper was compiled by 19 scientists, mainly from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology in Wuhan, but also from scientific institutions across China as well as in the U.K. and Australia. It focused on the residents of Wuhan, ground zero for COVID-19, where 9,899,828 people took part in a screening program between May 14 and June 1, which provided clear results as to the possibility of any asymptomatic transmission of the virus.
The asymptomatic transmission has been the underlying justification of lockdowns enforced all across the world. The most recent guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) still states that the virus “can be spread by people who do not have symptoms.” In fact, the CDC claimed that asymptomatic people “are estimated to account for more than 50 percent of transmissions.”
However, the new study in Nature Communications, titled “Post-lockdown SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid screening in nearly 10 million residents of Wuhan, China,” debunked the concept of asymptomatic transmission.
Will the lockdowns and mask mandates end now that SCIENCE PROVES the CDC WRONG?
The burning question: How do we reconcile private property rights and civil liberties?
On any given day at any given moment, I can debate both sides of this argument. I have been driving myself batty debating myself in my brain. I decided to reach out to a few friends for a healthy discussion on this topic, hoping to find some peace by planting my feet firmly on principle. After these discussions and considering their points, I found that it sounded much like the debate I was already having with myself.
I’ll share these points with you and then tell you where I finally ended up and why I feel more passionate than ever that we can both support small businesses and also stand tall in the freedom of our civil liberties.
Private Property Rights
Remember the baker who didn’t want to bake a wedding cake for a lesbian couple? Patriots were frustrated by the supreme court ruling. They believed that business owners should be able to refuse service. If we stand on the liberty that private property rights support, then the same thing can be said for business owners requiring masks.
Some business owners see an unmasked face as a threat to their business and customers, and while some may not agree that a “bare face” is a threat, the business owner’s rights to protect their business should not be denied.
My question became, “Do private property rights usurp my religious freedom and right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness?”
As a Christian, I believe the Bible when it says that I am made in the image of God. Given that, I believe it is my religious right to shine that image to the world. I believe that He breathed the breath of life into humanity which should not be hindered.
I certainly would not feel happy nor free to wear a mask, which science shows me is detrimental to my health. I have a vascular, autoimmune disease, so it is definitely not in my best interest to breathe in my own pathogens and carbon dioxide.
This condition leads me to research public places of accommodation. A public place of accommodation is a place that offers goods and services to the general public, such as a restaurant that is open to the public. If a public place of accommodation can not discriminate, are they discriminating against me if I don’t want to wear a mask?
With the CDC, FDA, ADA, and OSHA coming together in unison where does that leave civil liberties?
The sooner we stop relying on the government to ‘give us our rights‘, the sooner we will know what it is like to be free. When you give up your liberties to the government, they always come back to you in a smaller package and eventually will be taken from you. Stop giving them up in the first place, and maybe we can avoid these debacles.
So how did I finally reconcile that businesses should stand up for their private property rights while those of us who want to live mask free stand up for our civil liberties?
As I drilled down to the heart of our current problem, it became clear who is at fault for this frustration in our free market. Did we ever see business owners force mask-wearing during flu season, for example? No! That’s because they want to stay open, make a living, and feed their families like the rest of us.
Our elected government has interfered with private property rights and has ultimately driven a shaft into the spokes of the wheels of capitalism. The globalist’s best dream would be for the private citizen to turn against small businesses and further assault their private property rights by attacking them for following the government’s unconstitutional edicts.
In my opinion, it is better to support the small business owner by educating them about their rights and standing with them when the “mask police” come knocking. We can use the sad and limping remainder of our free market to push back on this global reset by locking arms with fellow liberty-loving business owners by purchasing their goods and services.
At the same time, we must hold our elected accountable.
The governor declared the state of emergency when the numbers clearly show there is no pandemic. Let’s not forget that he has the ability to rescind the state of emergency.
The legislature should hold him accountable for spending money he does not have the right to spend, and for creating a law he had no right to create. He should be impeached, which they can do by passing Articles of Impeachment. The legislature can also cut funding to the board which seems to me like an appropriate request of your representative.
It is our boards of health that have way too much authority given to them in 39-414. HFI will bring a bill this legislative session to give power back to the people, and the citizens must rally in their cry for its hearing and passage.
Educate and SUPPORT Small Business
They also have the comfort of knowing they can defy the orders and afford to pay any fines that come their way while the small businesses can not. It’s the small business owners who are desperate to keep their doors open that need education and support. In my opinion, we need to educate, build relationships, and stand with the small business owners while holding the elected accountable. Let’s not forget that it is the elected, beginning with Governor Little declaring the State of Emergency.
Now the district health departments unlawfully create mandates that have created an authoritarian nightmare. It is counterproductive for us to punish the business owner who is desperate to make sure they can feed their families and keep the lights.
Capitalism Works
I witnessed the free market at work on Black Friday. The wineries that I attempted to visit in Garden City required masks and were empty, while Caldwell’s wineries do not require masks and had plenty of business. Guess who got my money?
I made sure to visit three of my favorite wineries in Garden City just so that they had to tell me of their mask policy and deny me entry. I kindly educated them but firmly stood my ground. I want these business owners to feel the sting of losing business and give them a clue as to why their rooms are empty. Maybe they will see that Caldwell wineries are thriving, and if they want to be able to pay their bills they will loosen their mask requirements.
Boise’s streets felt like a ghost town on what should have been one of the biggest shopping days of the year, while the Nampa streets were packed with cars trying to park at the shopping centers. Interestingly enough, shoppers were wearing masks for the most part, but they are still choosing to spend their money in a town that is not requiring them.
I would like to see us continue to support businesses and cities that stand for liberty. Nothing we say will speak as loudly as the dollars we spend. Divide and conquer is a historically effective tactic that I hope we don’t fall prey to. Let’s unite with small businesses who will stand against the authoritarian dictators who wish to restrict them with mandates that will eventually cause them to close their doors.
Let’s financially support small businesses that will defend our civil liberties by purchasing our goods and services through them, giving capitalism a chance to right the wrongs thrust upon us by an overreaching government. Let’s educate the police and ask them to hold to their oath and defend the constitution. Let’s hold our elected accountable and demand change.
Educate our Police, Sheriff and Community
We can also educate our police and sheriff departments. They are supporting only one set of laws, and we the people must educate them.
Many of us have spent time genuinely educating the small businesses that are important to our daily lives. The Target, Walgreens, and Costcos of the world don’t care about our rights. They are happy to participate in the tyranny because they will ultimately benefit as the small businesses crumble under the boot’s weight on their neck.
Idaho Code and Constitutional Guarantees
Pursuant to 46-1008 (2):
“No state of disaster emergency may continue for longer than thirty (30) days unless the governor finds that it should be continued for another thirty (30) days or any part thereof. “
The Governor has written extensions to the State of Emergency for 9 months, far longer than the statutorily allowable 60 days. Does this make all orders based on an ’emergency’ void after the 60th day?
The Idaho Constitution details certain human rights, which are protected in our Republic:
INALIENABLE RIGHTS OF MAN. All men are by nature free and equal and have certain inalienable rights, among which are enjoying and defending life and liberty; acquiring, possessing, and protecting property; pursuing happiness, and securing safety.
POLITICAL POWER INHERENT IN THE PEOPLE. All political power is inherent in the people. Government is instituted for their equal protection and benefit…

(3) The policy stated herein shall not be applied to impair any right of contract related to the provision of health care services to any person or group.
Idaho Code 39-9004:

Pfizer’s 53 page Covid-19 vaccine document released in December states that the VACCINE DOES NOT prevent Covid-19 infection or spread of the disease. Masks and social-distancing are still required. Hospitals are reporting adverse reactions to the vaccine upon administration.
One hospital in Chicago stopped the vaccination program after several workers had adverse events. A hospital in Alaska is reporting their 4th serious adverse reaction to vaccination out of 144 healthcare workers who received it. A Philadelphia hospital had a nurse manager pass out on camera just 17 minutes after being administered the vaccine.
Please note on Page 2 below that of the 3410 individuals who got Covid-19 during the study, almost half were from the vaccinated group. The vaccine did not prevent infection!

SHE FAINTED 17 minutes AFTER SHOOTING UP. Thankfully one of the doctors behind her caught her.
A SECOND Alaska healthcare worker has an allergic reaction to Pfizer’s coronavirus vaccine just one day after another staff member at the same hospital went into anaphylactic shock.
Anaphylactic shock is a severe and potentially life-threatening reaction to an allergy from food, medicine, vaccine or even a type of material.
The immune system releases chemicals that flood the body, blood pressure suddenly drops, and airways narrow, which prevents someone from breathing normally.
Symptoms usually occur within minutes and include hives, a weak pulse, nausea, vomiting, dizziness and a swollen tongue or throat.
A second healthcare worker in Juneau, Alaska, suffered an allergic reaction after getting Pfizer Inc’s coronavirus vaccine on Wednesday.
He experienced symptoms such as eye puffiness, light headedness and a scratchy throat, which resolved in an hour after being given Benadryl. His reaction was less serious than another healthcare worker from the same hospital who went into anaphylactic shock on Tuesday.
She is currently hospitalized and it is unclear when she will be discharged. The woman hasno known history of allergies.

So this unfortunate soul went to get a medical product injected into their body to SUPPOSEDLY “prevent” them from getting a medical issue only to GET A MEDICAL ISSUE. Oh, and what guarantee do they have that they’re protected? ZERO guarantees!! Fairtrade?

The anaphylactic-like reaction is believed to be the same one suffered by two British healthcare workers last week, both of whom have since recovered. It led the U.K.’s regulatory body to warn that anyone with severe allergic reactions to food or medicine not get the vaccine.

The agency has also advised people with allergies to consult with their physicians to ensure they are not allergic to any components of the vaccine.

The Boise Health Department answers the question we all keep asking since March – when will all these restrictions be over? Ted Epperly, MD & Board Member of Central District Health said in their meeting on December 15th: Idaho is currently at 85-90 positive cases per 100,000 people. In order for CDH to remove/withdraw mask mandates and restrictions on gatherings, we need to be down below 2 per 100,000…That’s less than 33 positive cases in all of Idaho.

At an emergency board meeting today, the Board of the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare approved a temporary administrative rule that allows for the timely activation of crisis standards of care during a pandemic, natural disaster. or other emergency that is overwhelming Idaho’s healthcare system.
There was NO PUBLIC NOTICE of this emergency meeting and the vote did not involve the public.
According to the Health and Welfare Website: “Crisis standards of care are guidelines that help healthcare providers and healthcare systems decide how to deliver the best care possible under the extraordinary circumstances of a disaster. Crisis Standards of Care Guidelines would be used when resources are insufficient to provide the usual standard of care to people who need it.

Under the rules approved by the board Friday, in the event there’s an emergency that makes health care resources scarce, the Department of Health and Welfare director would have a central role in on-the-ground healthcare decision-making. ”Stop and really think about that question. Will people who wash their hands and stay 6 feet away from others get priority? Is that what they’re asking? Or, are they asking if those who wear the uniform, those who willingly comply, those who follow the narrative are more worth saving than those who don’t. Never mind that obesity is the number one co-morbidity.
I was at Wal-Mart the other day (I know, I know, but I needed butterfly bandages and it was the only place open) and observed a woman who was so obese she couldn’t walk. She had one of those carts to get around and in that cart were non-food items that taste good to her and definitely contributed to her obesity. But, she was wearing a d*** mask.
Meanwhile, my family takes responsibility for our health. We’re all very healthy, none of us are on any kind of prescribed medication, we spend the extra money to buy fresh veggies and fruit and grass-fed beef (organic, too, when we have the option). We are active and fit. We are clean. We respect people’s “bubbles” and stay 6 feet away. We aren’t clogging up the medical system because we have no reason to be there. Will the residents of the Longterm Care Facilities (LTC) be given #InformedConsent?
Will LTC residents be told that the subjects in the Moderna & the Pfizer trials were all healthy & that the vaccines were NOT tested on immunocompromised subjects?
Will Healthcare Professionals (HCP) be given #InformedConsent or will they be coerced into receiving the vaccine?
Will HCP be screened by their employers prior to administration of the COVID vaccine? Will they be forced to disclose private medical information, like an underlying health condition, to their employers?
Will the LTC facility residents & HCP be advised of the possible side-effects of the COVID vaccine? The likelihood of side effects were acknowledged by ACIP yesterday.
The committee discussed that the vaccine should be methodically administered in healthcare facilities to avoid an entire ward or entire team of HCP falling ill simultaneously.

The federal government Advisory Commission on Childhood Vaccines (ACCV) under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services met on December 3, 2020, and the Department of Justice reported that during a 3-month period from August 16th through November 15th this year, 166 cases of vaccine injuries were compensated through the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP).
The NVICP was started as a result of a law passed in 1986 that gave pharmaceutical companies legal immunity from being sued due to injuries and deaths resulting from vaccines.
Today, anyone suffering from a vaccine injury or death must sue the U.S. Government and go up against their top attorneys.
In the fiscal year 2020 the NVICP has paid out $218 MILLION in damages due to vaccine injuries and deaths. (Source.)

The film is called 1986, The Act have you seen it? You should! There are two elements to it. 1986 is the year in which a law was signed by Ronald Reagan, which was the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act, which gave financial action liability protection to drug companies who made vaccines for damage and death done by their vaccines. Of course, it’s a play on Orwell’s dystopian novel, 1984, 1986, the act and the act of course, referring to that law that was passed. It was a very, very dangerous law.
Why would one of our most beloved president and president Ronald Reagan, he put his own signature on it? I would assume that people thought it was a good thing?
At that time he didn’t, he was very reluctant to sign it into law, but he had his feet held to the fire essentially by the pharmaceutical companies. The story was that the Pitocin is the hoop in conferencing. That was around at the time, what was called the wholesale pertussis vaccine was dangerous. It was causing brain damage and death in children, seizures, and inflammation of the brain. And there were a lot of legal cases being brought against the pharmaceutical companies. So these companies said, look, we have made this as safe as we possibly can. It’s not a big market for us. We’re getting sued if you want children to have these vaccines because it’s the States, that’s making it, the law that they have to have them, then you should take on financial liability for them.
What that was effectively doing is taking a product out of the free market away from the constraints of the free market. It was also a complete and utter lie.
And this is something that emerged in the making of the film. We got hold of the legal discovery documents from the court cases that these companies were facing. We, we discovered just how evil the is truly worth and why they could not face going before a jury because it would have bankrupted them.
They lied to the government, they lied to Reagan, they lied to the doctors. They lied to the people when they said that they made it as safe as they possibly could.
The law was passed based upon a lie by the pharmaceutical industry.
What kind of impact? Every other industry has liability for the products they make. If you create a product that causes harm, then there is a recourse that the public can take or an individual can take in order to be able to have let that company know that this, this was dangerous. And then also I need some retribution for what you have done to me.
What kind of impact did the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act” (NCVIA) in 1986have on, on the public?
Absolutely huge. The current situation in which we find ourselves now in the world facing mandatory COVID vaccine for 7 billion people is a consequence of this law. Let me explain.
So what happens is you’re quite right. You have a mandatory market. Children have to have the vaccine. You have no liability. All you can do is make a massive profit. That’s what they did. There’s no incentive for safety. There’s a disincentive for safety. Why would you do a safety study that might hurt your bottom line? And so this law was the perfect business model for the pharmaceutical industry.They made a massive profit. They became incredibly powerful.
And what that allowed them to do is to write policy, to buy politicians, to buy the regulatory agencies like the FDA to by doctors and medical training, to by the medical journals, to via the media, to buy everything apart from the hearts and minds of the people and that globalized, that policy, they then started to mandate vaccinations worldwide to force them onto populations.
And then COVID 19 comes along and suddenly we faced mandatory vaccination with no liability for anybody in the chain of supply of those vaccinations or for any constituent of the vaccines. (see Liability Free COVID 19) If you are harmed by a COVID-19 vaccine, people are already being harmed in the clinical trials and there is no comeback you are on your own.
Many people are wanting this mandated vaccine so that they can do business as normal again.They want a solution, but it’s a solution worse than the problem.
The claims about the seriousness of the disease are worse than the problems that we’re currently having with the economy. Far more people are suffering and dying as a consequence of the economic consequences of COVID-19 the now from extensively, from the disease itself, which is no worse than mild flu, if that, so we are facing an extraordinary situation. And you’re also in a situation where companies like airlines with apps that see whether you’re immune or, or vaccinated, whether you’ve had the disease or not are going to allow you to fly or not.
These companies are already financially struggling and will do what is necessary to comply with mandates to stay in business. And then those companies who don’t will go bankrupt. How is it possible that the airlines have become the enforcers of public health and drug company policy? It’s extraordinary! I believe that the free market will win in the end, but a lot of companies are going to go to the wall.
What’s Different About This Vaccine?
Well, there are many forms of vaccines. Many of them knew many of them trying to get away from the area that duties expert in that are via growing viruses in, in animal cell cultures or human cell cultures.
They (manufacturers) had to move away from increasingly certainly animal cell cultures, because of all of the contaminants and adventitious viruses that would be carried over into humans. But now we have these Frankenstein viruses where you’ve got the backbone of one virus, like another new virus. And on top of it, that, you integrate the genetic elements of the coronavirus. This is never been done to humans before. This is totally manmade.
We know not what we are doing. This is like Jurassic Park on steroids, globalized. And we’re already seeing the consequences of this. We saw it with the dengue fever vaccine in the far East, where they gave that to hundreds of thousands of children only to experience this immune enhancement phenomenon is that it produced antibodies.
It didn’t appear to have any adverse reactions. It looked great until those people who were vaccinated encountered the natural infection, and then there was a catastrophe.And then it turns out that the drug company who made the vaccine Pfizer knew that this was happening all along. This was likely to be a problem and are facing criminal charges right now. So these Frankenstein vaccines or naked irony vaccines, they might be, have not been used before. Their consequences are entirely unknown. Even now, earlier in the clinical trials, we’re seeing serious neurological complications.

The vaccine that will be administered to 13,000+ Idahoans in mid-December is from the same manufacturer Pfizer who killed children with a vaccine they knew was dangerous!
We have that in a vaccine. That’s never been tested before. It’s completely new. And we have been an industry that is manufacturing this vaccine. This industry has no liability whatsoever. And you are then mandating this vaccine that an individual has really no recourse. So you’re literally forced to become a human experiment on a global scale.

No Vaccine manufacturer shall be liable in a civil action for damages arising from a vaccine-related injury or death associated with the administration of a vaccine after October 1, 1988, if the injury or death resulted from side effects that were unavoidable even though the vaccine was properly prepared and was accompanied by proper directions and warnings – §300aa–22( b)(1).
Follow the Needle: How healthy are our Children from this time? Has Health Increased or Decreased? The rate of Autism or Autoimmune Diseases? No Liability for Injury and/or Death of your child, which in turn has created a nearly $4,000,000,000 payout for VACCINE INJURY & DEATH. This number is said to be 1-10% of the actual reported cases. Then again, many…many are turned away, not being able to prove their cases in the “Special” Vaccine Court. If you Vaccinate, YOU pay into that fund! COVID 19 Vaccine Exempt from Liability
Not only are COVID-19 VACCINE MANUFACTURERS ARE EXEMPT FROM LIABILITY anyone who prescribes, administers, delivers, distributes or dispenses… and manufacturers and distributors of any vaccine used to treat prevent mitigate COVID-19.. shall enjoy liability immunity.
No liability, none, zero, zip, you cannot sue the manufacturers, you cannot sue the doctors, if you or your child is hurt, has a reaction or dies they are not liable! This is the only medical procedure or medication on the market that has no liability… Why ask yourself why? And they want us ALL to take it!
The Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Alex M Azar III has granted the companies selling and there was involved in virtually any other activity related to any COVID-19 vaccine immunity from liability for any injuries caused by these products. The Declaration was effective as of February 4, 2020.
Prior to his current position, Secretary Azar was a senior executive for a major pharmaceutical company Eli Lily and Company from 2007 to 2017.
Pathogenic Enhancement or antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE)
A first infection is rarely fatal, but a second one with a different virus type can lead to a much more serious disease, because of what is called antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE), in which the immune response to the first virus amplifies the effect of the second type. Scott Halstead, a retired dengue expert formerly at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland, argued that dengue vaccines could have the same effect, and warned that Dengvaxia should not be given to children never infected with dengue. But a vaccine panel at the World Health Organization (WHO) concluded in 2016 that Dengvaxia was safe for children aged 9 and older. On December 4, the Central District Board of Health voted to postpone their vote that would attach fines and imprisonment to their health orders that limit travel, gatherings, and force masks on every man, woman, and children over the age of 2.
Much of the virtual meeting was the discussion of doom and gloom and was closed to all but 11 in-person citizens. The other 400 individuals stood shivering outside in the cold while more than 1,200 watched the live stream on YouTube.
The health representatives said their model predicted by Christmas hospitals will be too full of patients, and that some people might have to be moved to overflow rooms such as meeting rooms and classrooms.
The numbers are high, the beds are all full but…they don’t want to cause a panic.
Questions that remained unanswered…
At last Tuesday’s Central District Health board meeting (CDH), it was admitted that half of the virus patients in Ada County hospitals are from outside Ada County.Half. The Ada County hospitals are not filled with Ada County residents.
How will an iron-fisted health order imposed upon Ada County residents change the fact that half of the virus patients are from outside the county? (see the figures below on hospitalization for the district)
Also shared at the CHD meeting on December 1: outbreaks in nursing homes continue.
After 8 months of this virus, nursing homes still cannot contain the virus and/or keep it from spreading in their facilities. Why? Why are nursing homes still having infection control issues? How will a draconian order upon Ada County residents who freely move through the community help reduce the long-term care facilities? Shouldn’t the efforts be focused on educating and overseeing the nursing home staff to ensure they are exercising proper infection control procedures? How is it Ada County residents’ fault that the nursing homes aren’t doing a good job protecting their residents?
Where is the proof that those who live mask-free are spreading the disease? Look around the grocery stores, Lowe’s, Wal-Mart, etc. where nearly everyone is wearing a face mask. Where exactly are the people supposedly not wearing face masks? All of these stores require them. For the one out of 15 people who refuse to wear a mask, show us the data that reveals that a few people not wearing face masks is causing the virus to spread in Ada County.
Where is the data/science that proves wearing a face mask outdoors stops the spread of this virus? Outdoor face mask use is nothing more than a frantic response; there isn’t one place in the world that has data that shows face masks worn outside stop the spread of this virus.
If you are true leaders, you will work with all facets of the community to creatively find ways to address this problem, without resorting to coercion.

Haven’t Hospitals Been Balancing Patients for Decades?
A nurse commented: Hospitals have been full for decades. Balancing census has always been something nursing supervisors have to do. I worked in ICU and several other floors. We were constantly having to juggle patients, keep patients in ER because there were no beds available, divert traumas because we were full… a day in the life of any busy hospital. That was 20 years ago and has nothing to do with COVID. Also, never in the history of hospitals have nurses “responded immediately” to a call light. We’re ALWAYS overworked and crazy busy. Again, nothing to do with COVID. These doctors need to stop with the dramatics.
What do the numbers show?
Transparency is so important. At the time of this article, there are 242 out of 544,234 people in the district who are hospitalized with a positive COVID test according to St. Luke’s and St. Alphonsus’s websites. The 151 ICU beds available are full.
We have almost 2 million people in the state of Idaho and 8 months to prepare – WHY have the hospitals not taken the millions of dollars to increase the ICU bed count?!
Please explain to me the following… 1. Why do we only have 151 ICU beds in the whole State! 2. How do we shut down the whole State and claim we will be overrun with a projection of -4 beds at the peak? All they have to do is open a wing to accommodate or put the in the empty ER. Not to mention they have had 9 months to prepare.
St Alphonsus
A total of 397 people are in the hospital right now. 95 people out of the 544,234 people living in the Central District who are at St. Al’s hospitals have a positive COVID test. This does not mean there are 95 people in ICU admitted because of COVID. Every person admitted to the hospital must be tested. (Concerns about false positives in testing)
We masked up our children to go to school even though the risk of severe illness is equivalent to their chance of being struck by lightning. We masked up our hospital workers – constantly exposed and yet still testing positive and asymptomatic, unable to work for several weeks. We masked up our elderly and medically fragile – and yet they are suffering the highest mortality rate trapped in isolation in long-term care facilities.
If masks worked then why are they shutting everything down again??
Where is the science on masks preventing the spread? You have big cities that have already tried this, mandating masks and fining people. The cities that have done this are still having mass spread. Stay home orders and mask mandates have not worked. Keep the vulnerable home, eat healthy take vitamin D, etc. The focus should be on health and I’m not hearing about that at all! – says a Facebook commenter
Another commenter posted on Facebook: You can have compassion and care about others but not agree with the mask mandate. There is highly regarded scientific evidence that supports opening up and dumping the masks.
I think we should have the freedom to choose. If you have underlying conditions and fear this virus, then why are you outside when there are options for you to purchase groceries online, renew and pay bills online etc.? If we choose to live life and not live in fear, then it is our right to do so. Those that want to wear masks, wear them. If you don’t, then don’t.
The hospitals are full and you feel your position requires you to ‘do something.’ Here is a list of suggestions that are productive – not coercive.
Acquire, bring together, and advertise a list of area doctors who are able to treat Covid patients at home with proven protocols to prevent hospital admissions.
Create a mobile health unit of area doctors and nurses who will make house calls. There are several successful at-home and outpatient clinic treatments available.
Encourage the community to protect and uplift the vulnerable, instead of shaming the maskless.
Do you realize there are people with valid medical exemptions to wearing masks who are refused service at stores? This is your fault! What about rape victims who have PTSD or those suffering from asthma? What about their health?
If your only solution is to COERCE then you are not a leader, but rather a tyrant.
Are the COVID statistics padded?
Are they reporting numbers just for COVID-19 or are they padding it with flu and pneumonia (a different virus that tends to be more prevalent in the colder months)?
Idaho deaths 2018: 235 (flu) + 900 (Chronic lower respiratory diseases). In real life, 2018 was an equivalent or even higher respiratory death rate year in Idaho.
Keep in mind, COVID deaths which now incorporate flu, pneumonia, and anyone who tests positive (even if the death was from another cause). Financial incentives keep the COVID tracking code on the death certificates. (see below)

One citizen suggested: You don’t get to punish people for not wearing a mask. Educate them. Tell them how and why it works. People will help. Stop relying on the government to make sure people comply. Mandating is not the answer.

Protecting Our Healthcare Workers or Making it Worse?
Are you actually taking out staff that aren’t symptomatic by testing them and forcing quarantine? Are you considering allowing those who test positive and have no symptoms the opportunity to work with COVID-positive patients since the risk of contamination isn’t an issue?
Should hospital workers be mandated to get the flu vaccine when flu vaccines have been found to increase risk of coronavirus infections? “Receiving influenza vaccination may increase the risk of other respiratory viruses, a phenomenon known as virus interference.”

Idaho Coronavirus Finance Committee Approves $5 Million For Contract Nurses
Is the Coronavirus Finance Committee – an executive branch designated committee? According to the Idaho State Constitution, it is the job of the Legislature to determine and to allocate the budget – NOT an executive committee.
Unproven mask mandates on citizens with violations including fines and imprisonment aren’t the answer. You can’t arrest and fine people out of a ‘pandemic’. The people are weary of continually being fed the line of fear and doom. Their livelihoods crushed by policies that haven’t proven to ‘stop the spread’. The risk is highest for our elderly. The focus should be on protecting them not subjecting the entire population to draconian measures that haven’t proven to be effective in anything but creating a loss of income and increase of depression and suicide.
The essence of community, family, and individual health is not only physical, but equally mental, spiritual, and psychological. There are some things worse than death and illness! For example, a hospital patient or nursing home resident who has to die ALONE without family by their side to say goodbye.
By turning a health advisory into an “order” you cross the line of human decency. If you are true leaders, you will work with all facets of the community to creatively find ways to address this problem, without resorting to coercion.
For example, I have suggested several times to Governor Little that he include ALL facets of the medical profession on his COVID task force, to include DO’s, naturopaths, chiropractors, psychologists, etc (rather than only traditional medical doctors and hospital CEO’s), with no effect. I have sent numerous emails with scientific documentation to our area’s health district (EIPH), with no effect. Idahoans expect better leadership – this is your opportunity to rise to the occasion!
Saying we need to have less than 2 cases per 100,000 people is like saying we should have mask mandates if we don’t have less than 6,400 cases of Flu in the US.
