  • KEEP WEARING THOSE FACE MASKS…IF YOU DARE

     “Of course you must wear a mask…all the time if possible.  How else do you expect to avoid the disease; it’s airborne, y’know.  All the experts agree, from Dr. Fauci to the CDC and the WHO and anybody who’s anybody.  Even our political leaders – except for Trump and the Surgeon General and a few of their friends – and these leaders have so much more information than we do.” 

    All this is part of the creed of scientism – as opposed to science.  Scientism is a religious faith that says we should obey so-called experts because they are experts.  Demonstrations of expertise are for the doubters; we obey Dr. Fauci’s exhortation to wear the mask because he is Dr. Fauci.  Most governors and mayors obey him – and the CDC guidelines – for the same reason.  Actual science tells a different story.

    There are essentially four ways to contract a virus according to Scott Alexander in the Slate Star Codex, March 23, 2020.  They are contact, touching an infected person; droplet, contacting liquefied particles through sneezing, spitting, talking, or coughing; airborne, transiting particles lingering in air before dropping to the ground; and fomite, touching contaminated objects.  A fifth way is called aerosol, is a combination of contact with airborne or droplet particles. 

    All contacts are not equal; particles must penetrate the body in sufficient numbers to attain a critical mass for infection.  This varies depending on the immune system of the contaminated person.  The issue, however, is whether the acolytes of scientism are correct to demand the public wear masks as a protective measure.  In fact, they are wrong…dead wrong.

    Alexander reviewed the literature and concluded – as did the Centers for Disease Control and Dr. Fauci himself as recently as March – any masks below the grade of the N-95 respirator were essentially useless for protecting wearers from COVID-19. 

    This was essentially due to the fact masks do not create a seal around facial entry points, although CDC and Fauci believed they did protect others from the wearer’s own discharges.  (Masks do not even cover the eyes.)  The article asserts the N-95 is effective for two-way protection against airborne and aerosol contamination but specifies only when worn by trained professionals.  It overlooks or underplays factors that negate even these modest claims.

    For example, the studies Alexander reviewed claim masks reduce – without eliminating – particle penetration.  However, there were numerous admitted “confounders” in the studies – factors that invalidate results because they ignore variables over which researchers had no control.  This is the same issue cited by Fauci and company to challenge hydroxychloroquine with the exception HCQ is currently in clinical trials that account for confounding factors.   

    Drs. Karlfeldt and Couchman, practicing in Idaho’s Treasure Valley, addressed these issues in a recent YouTube video.  Couchman was a paramedic before med school; he was specially trained – and forbidden to wear an N-95 – until certified in its use.  He logged many failures before getting that certification – this is typical – and noted that without proper use there is nothing but a false sense of security from wearing the respirator.  He and Karlfeldt agreed anyone lacking such training would receive no benefit from the N-95.  Surgical quality masks – with three layers of protection – were addressed in multiple studies demonstrating they too offer false security. 

    Couchman and Karlfeldt assert proper use of the N-95 over long periods forces the wearer to re-breathe his own carbon dioxide – not good for the immune system and compromising for blood oxygenation.  Meanwhile, laboratory tests of several grades of masks found exhaled COVID particles, which are small enough to pass through molecular gaps in mask fabric, reached the outside of the mask in large quantities. 

    The triple-layer masks were found to have more COVID particles on the outermost than on the innermost layer according to Seongman Bae MD, et al in The Annals of Internal Medicine, April 6, 2020.  Bae’s South Korean study found the masks created a petri dish-like effect because they provide a pathogen-friendly environment of warmth, moisture, and darkness after usage that actually increases risk to both user and contacts.  They retain a pathogen rich moisture from the forced re-breathing of one’s own air supply, inhalation of carbon dioxide, and reduction of oxygen intake.  Although N-95s were not part of the study, it stands to reason the better seal of the respirator would further compromise oxygen intake and aggravate rebreathing issues over mere masks.

    The Bae study supported similar findings of Dr. Leonie Walker’s 2015 review of the literature; she found no evidence masks are of any serious benefit and strong suspicion they actually make wearers and contacts more susceptible to infection.  She cited as just one example The New England Journal of Medicine publication during the H1N1 pandemic by Shine et al – November 5, 2009 – to this effect.  Dr. Couchman referred to a study in The British Journal of Medicine indicating issues of moisture retention, re-use of masks, and poor filtration may result in increased risk of infection.  Dr. Karlfeldt stated – in light of the oxygenation and re-breathing issues already mentioned – “Prolonged mask wear will compromise your immune system.”

    Physicians for Informed Consent recently posted on their Facebook pages, “…Facemasks may not significantly protect from pandemic influenza?

    “The primary finding was that regular hand hygiene was significantly protective in protecting from pandemic influenza infection, while facemask use was not significantly protective.
    The significant protective effect of hand hygiene following contact with infected individuals or contaminated cases, which were found to be comparable to general hand hygiene practices; this supports the position that protective measures both during and immediately following viral exposure will drive intervention effectiveness. While this seems intuitively reasonable, an important implication is that the frequency of performing such maneuvers may need to increase in pandemic situations, where attack rates and viral loads are likely to be higher than during seasonal epidemics”.

    One has to wonder why – with all the caution-and-warnings available in scientific literature to which doctors and government officials are privy – these experts who warned against mask use two months ago are now threatening the wrath of God and government against people declining their use.  One dares hope employers will rethink their policies about requiring employees to wear masks.  

    And one may echo the title of this post, “Keep wearing those face masks…if you dare.”  Or we can ask the God we serve to resurrect common sense and respect for authentic science in the government and people of our land.  My money is on the latter.

  • COVID narrative is virtually collapsed

    A new report out from the CDC shows the death rate from the virus is likely 0.2% -THAT’S 2 TENTHS OF A PERCENT- very similar to what many doctors and scientists have been saying all along. That’s very similar to a bad flu season. At the same time more research is showing the virus is more widespread than believed meaning tens of millions have been exposed and had very mild symptoms or no symptoms.

    In addition, the CDC reverses its stance, no longer is the virus believed to stay on surfaces for extended periods of time.

    Maybe we shouldn’t be so afraid?? The curve has been flattened. The hospitals were not overwhelmed like what we saw in Italy.

    Mission accomplished. It’s time to re-open. Not according to Governor Little!

    In fact, he announced May 22 a massive ramp-up of Testing. His power trip completely ignores the data, statistics, and recommendations have changed since the formation of the task force. Governor Little presses on using funds he allocated without legislative input to invade the privacy of the citizens.

    1st COMES PRIVACY INVASION via TESTING

    Idaho Press Reports;

    The strategy, which a governor-appointed task force of both public- and private-sector experts has been formulating over the past month, calls for expanding Idaho’s testing capacity, now at roughly 18,000 to 23,000 tests per week, up to at least 150,000 tests per week.

    “The testing demands of COVID-19 are unprecedented,” said Dr. Christopher Ball, director of the Idaho Bureau of Laboratories and co-chair of the testing task force.

    Little, at an in-person but socially distanced press conference in the Capitol’s Lincoln Auditorium, said, “A strong economic rebound can only occur with a combination of efforts, and expanded and targeted testing is a big part of our strategy.”

    “We have an impressive team of very capable local clinical and laboratory and research experts from across the state helping us navigate this crisis, and I sincerely appreciate their help,” the governor said.

    The new strategy lays out five priority groups for testing, with the first two to be targeted right away. “An example of a Priority 1 is any symptomatic health care worker,” Ball said. Another example is residents of nursing homes, whether or not they show symptoms. “For this group, testing that provides a same-day result is ideal,” he said. Priority 1 testing alone is estimated to require about 17,000 tests per week.”

    A group of concerned citizens filed to petition for recall. Their filing was approved and they have until August 11, 2020 to return 183,523 signatures.

    Those signatures must come from registered voters.

    He has shown his inability to listen to the voice of the people by calling in the legislature, elected officials that speak on behalf of the citizens.

    He has created martial law and extended it without any clear indication of crisis.

    He has taken Idaho from a thriving economy to 100,000’s of individuals without work, closing down small businesses and putting families at risk.

    “…If you are under 65, in reasonably good health and do not have a vitamin D deficiency, you have only a tiny chance of dying from COVID-19.

    And if you are younger than 34, your chances of dying from the virus are so small as to be almost statistically undetectable.

    On the other hand, if you are 85 or older, are in a nursing home, have serious health problems and a vitamin D deficiency, you may be in real danger if you are exposed to the virus — but only a tiny portion of the population is in such a condition.”

    The CDC just came out with a report that should be earth-shattering to the narrative of the political class, yet it will go into the thick pile of vital data and information about the virus that is not getting out to the public. For the first time, the CDC has attempted to offer a real estimate of the overall death rate for COVID-19, and under its most likely scenario, the number is 0.26%. Officials estimate a 0.4% fatality rate among those who are symptomatic and project a 35% rate of asymptomatic cases among those infected, which drops the overall infection fatality rate (IFR) to just 0.26% — almost exactly where Stanford researchers pegged ita month ago.

    Until now, we have been ridiculed for thinking the death rate was that low, as opposed to the 3.4% estimate of the World Health Organization, which helped drive the panic and the lockdowns. Now the CDC is agreeing to the lower rate in plain ink.

    Plus, ultimately we might find out that the IFR is even lower because numerous studies and hard counts of confined populations have shown a much higher percentage of asymptomatic cases. Simply adjusting for a 50% asymptomatic rate would drop their fatality rate to 0.2% – exactly the rate of fatality Dr. John Ionnidis of Stanford University projected.

  • Lack of Disclosure by Schools is Coercion

    ALL THREE VACCINE EXEMPTIONS EXIST IN IDAHO! If you received enrollment paperwork for your child stating that vaccines are required – without disclosing there is exemptions – you are being lied to!

    We expect our schools to teach our children knowledge of reading and writing. We expect the campus to be free from bullying. We expect the schools to enforce the community standards of respect and telling the truth. And yet, when parents enroll their children into school these standards are ignored by administration and staff.

    Parents are lied to by omission which is lying. They are bullied and harassed. The full disclosure of the law is ignored.

    Citizens brought forth a bill that would require the health department and school administration to provide full disclosure of the law. This bill passed the House with a vote of 52 to 17. Yes, 17 representatives believed that coercion at the hands of the health department and schools is acceptable. )

    VOTE AGAINST NOTIFYING PARENTS– Berch, Chew, Davis, Erpelding, Gannon, Green(18), Kauffman, Kerby, Mason, McCrostie, Raybould, Rubel, Smith, Toone, Wagoner, Wintrow, Wood

    However, due to the structure of our legislature ONE MAN stopped this bill from being heard in the Senate. The power of the Chairman of the Health Committee used his personal opinion in favor of vaccines to keep this informed consent bill from being put to a vote. Senator Fred Martin believes the outright lies of the marketing campaigns via the health department and the school’s administrative policies is appropriate. 

    One mom writes: 

    I was registering my son for kindergarten today (his only partial year of public school before he will be homeschooled). I noticed this passage and the way it was worded when I was filling out his registration paperwork. I came with his vaccine exemption form in hand already filled out, which they accepted. I was really bothered by the fact that we have the right to waive vaccines, and yet they write to parents that by law they have to have their vaccinations. This is wrong. They should say something like, “It is Idaho State Law that you must have complete immunization records or an Idaho School Immunization Exemption Form to register your child for school.”

    I listened to moms coming in worried that they didn’t have vaccination records and the school never gave them the option to waive.

    Dear Senators and Representatives – If it is our right to waive, why is this not disclosed as part of proper informed consent?

    A hearing last year to require school to give complete information on the law that includes vaccine exemptions for medical, religious and other reasons Senators advised that parents should try to inform one another. The vote against a measure of informed consent allows the school’s are allowed to deceive, lie, and bully parents by failing to inform parents of their full rights under Idaho statue. 

    The CITIZENS want schools to tell the truth, full disclosure. NO MORE BULLYING! This is outright coercing parents with inadequate information on the actual state statute. It should NOT be the responsibility of the citizen to inform one another of the schools deceiptful tatics. It should be the responsibility of the tax supported schools and state Health departments to be accountable to the LAW. 

    Why? Because school officials have said, their goal is increased vaccination rates. Our schools rank at the bottom of education for the United States. Our school system is failing our children. The focus of the school should be to improve knowledge, reading and math and sciences. They should NOT be involved in the medical affairs of families. These decisions should be left between doctor and parent and not be coerced by school officials.

    Does Idaho Vaccine Exemptions for School? YES! There are 3 Vaccine Immunization Exemptions for Idaho. Parents have a right to OPT their children out of some (or all) the state-mandated vaccines for daycare and school. The 3 exemptions for the state are medical, religious, and ‘other’.  

    No shots, no school is simply not true!

    The only thing necessary to evoke your child’s immunization exemption is a signed parental statement.

    The schools ARE NOT required to tell you about your right to exemption. They will in fact, in addition to failing to disclose your right to a vaccine exemption, many attempt to bully parents into vaccination with forms and letters that indicate a child will be excluded from school in a specific time frame if they are ‘up-to-date’. 

    Parents are responsible to know your rights and invoke them or you will lose them.

  • CDC School Reopening Guideline Impacts Idaho

    No field trips. No playground. No community lunches. No assemblies. Everyone wears a mask- at all times. Daily temperature checks of staff and students, social distancing, follow proper prevention hygiene, such as washing your hands frequently and using alcohol-based (at least 60% alcohol) hand sanitizer when soap and water are not available.

    Physical distancing suggestions:

    • Space seating/desks at least 6 feet apart when feasible.
    • Turn desks to face in the same direction (rather than facing each other), or have students sit on only one side of tables, spaced apart.
    • Create distance between children on school buses (g., seat children one child per row, skip rows) when possible

    These are some of the CDC’s guidelines for reopening schools.

    The CDC does not have the authority to enforce its guidance, which is intended for public information only; the actual policy decisions are up to state and local governments. Our state school board and the Idaho Health and Welfare Department closely follow the CDC guidelines and implement them as rules for daycares and schools.

    Today the West Ada County district sent out a survey to parents regarding some of these CDC recommendations and how they will handle COVID 19 and reopening schools. One of the questions is would parents feel more comfortable sending their kids back to school under selected conditions a few of those include students and staff masks, mandatory temperature screening of students and staff and many more.

    It is imperative we tell our school, and make our voices heard.

    Tell the Superintendents that you do not want your child in this type of environment!

    QUESTIONS TO ASK:

    • Are these recommendations reasonable and healthy for our children?
    • Consider the decrease of oxygen and increase of toxic cleaners in their environment?
    • How will this impact their learning environment?
    • What sort of distraction will the mask be on your face hours on end?
    • How will children be able to learn with muffled voices and being unable to hear instructions clearly?
    • How will this impact their mental health?
    • Physically distanced from everyone in the room?
    • No community activities?
    • Can socialization happen in this type of environment? What does this do to child development?

    With federal money coming into our state that needs to be appropriately allocated, as well as our Executive branch acting tyrannically and far outside their authority, it is long past time for our Legislators to reconvene in Idaho’s Capitol.


    The people’s representatives are responsible for instructing our state government on behalf of the people. We request and instruct our Representatives and Senators to immediately begin planning to return to the Idaho Capitol for a special session to address the issues surrounding the current inappropriate use of the Idaho Code to impose martial law on the people. The Executive branch of Idaho state government is violating the Idaho Constitution, the US Constitution, and the people’s unalienable rights. 

    Our Constitutional Republic is comprised of three co-equal branches. It is the duty of each branch to be a Constitutional check on the other two. We call on every Idaho State Representative and State Senator to plan, coordinate and execute a special session of the Legislature. We expect and instruct you to uphold your oath to protect and defend the Idaho and US Constitutions.

  • The is NO Health Emergency in Idaho

    “There is no health emergency in Idaho. The virus is being used to justify inappropriate emergency declarations by our Governor, who is behaving like a cruel and oppressive dictator with no limits on his destruction of the Idaho Constitution and the people’s God-given rights. 

    The people of Idaho did not elect Brad Little to behave like a king or destroy our state.
    He is doing both.

    It is long past time that the emergency declarations and martial law he has put in place be ended. Deaths in Idaho attributable to CoVid19 represent .000039% of the population. Deaths from the economic destruction and depression will be far higher than from the virus. 


    We demand that Governor Brad Little immediately end the state of emergency in Idaho.

    We know the real threat to Idaho is the horrible impact of the tyranny Idahoans are living under. We demand Governor Brad Little, Director David Jeppesen, and all elected and appointed in Idaho’s Executive and Legislative branches of government respect and uphold their oath to protect and defend the Constitution of Idaho and the Constitution of the United States.

    Dr Judy Mikovits has a Ph.D. in molecular biology and biochemistry with over 30 years of experience. She has directed programs on HIV, cancer, epigenetics and neuroimmune disease with a focus on the development of novel drug and diagnostic technologies.

    Dr. Mikovits has written a revolutionary book called “Plague: One Scientist’s Intrepid Search for the Truth about Human Retroviruses and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS), Autism, and Other Diseases.” The book details the discovery and consequences of retroviruses in vaccines and their effects on current health issues.  She also has  a new book,  Plague of Corruption: Restoring Faith in the Promise of Science

    Dr. Judy Mikovits was instrumental in our fight against HIV. She earned a Ph.D. in biochemistry and molecular biology from George Washington University in 1992.

    At National Cancer Institute she developed purification methods for Interferon alpha used in the first immune therapy treatment for hairy cell leukemia in 1986. In 1986-7 she developed production methods to insure biological materials manufactured using human blood products were free of contamination from HIV-1. Her Ph.D. thesis changed the paradigm for the therapeutic treatment of HIV.


    Her pioneering work during a twenty-year career at the National Cancer Institute includes the discovery of the modulation of DNA Methylation machinery by human retroviral infection and the development of the concept of inflammatory cytokines and chemokine signatures of infection and disease. Therapies that are still standard of care twenty five years later and credited with saving millions of deaths from HIV/AIDS. In 2001, she moved back to the industry where she directed the Cancer Biology program of EpiGenX Pharmaceuticals.
    In 2009, Drs. Ruscetti and Mikovits’ labs isolated for the first time a new family of human retroviruses then identified as XMRV. In 2012 it was learned XMRV was a contaminant of the Silverman lab and the XMRVs isolated were a new human exogenous and transmissible retrovirus family, which are strongly associated with neuroimmune disease and cancer. Dr. Mikovits has co-authored more than 50 peer-reviewed publications and book chapters of the book “Plague”.

    You will notice that some of the bills we were tracking that pertained to health and parental rights were left UNHEARD.

    What does that mean? In Idaho, the chairman gets to pick and choose what bills can be brought before the committee for a vote. So ONE individual makes the choice on whether bills written by a lobbyist or by the people get to be voted upon by the officials elected to represent the citizens.

    The Health Freedom Idaho team of volunteers focused on those bills that would affect health freedom, health choice, parental rights, government intrusion and tracking.

    Training for CPS Workers regarding Constitutional Rights of Parents under Investigation
    H 402

    This bill would require government CPS workers to receive training that would make them aware of the constitutional rights of families, children, and others while under CPS investigation. Families under investigation have the constitutional right to refuse entry, refuse interviews and refuse to allow their children to have full-body examinations and have a lawyer present at any/all interactions with the department.
    *Keep in mind that 83% of families that are investigated by CPS are innocent as cases are closed as unsubstantiated. Many of those families have their constitutional rights violated by this government agency.

    This bill was introduced by Representative Heather Scott.

    UNHEARD Protecting Parental Rights H 403

    H 403 a line of text added to 16- 1601 cross-referencing the Child Protective Act with the Parental Rights statute.

    This bill was submitted by Representative Heather Scott. Feb 9, 2020 status update referred to Judiciary, Rules & Administration but was not scheduled to be heard.

    Unheard Anti-Discrimination of Unvaccinated H 443

    This bill would prohibit an employer, including a licensed health facility, that work with the State of Idaho from taking adverse action against an employee or an applicant based on their immunization status.

    H 443 is fundamentally a Civil Rights Bill protecting employees’ rights to conscience. H 443 is a bipartisan bill that deserves the support of all legislators and Idahoans, regardless of party or religious affiliation.

    This change removes the penalties thus decriminalize parents who birth their children at home and choose not to supply the state with newborn screening data.

    PASSED Decriminalize Parents who opt-out of newborn testing H 438

    Eliminates sections of code make it a misdemeanor offense if newborn screening data is not provided to the state. This change removes the penalties thus decriminalize parents who birth their children at home and choose not to supply the state with newborn screening data.

    UNHEARD CBD BILLS 1253 & 1241

    S1253 that basically differentiates between medicinal marijuana products and hemp-derived cannabinoid products. Clarifying the legality of CBD with less than .3% THC. (not mind-altering ). It appears this bill will allow for the farming of (non-mind altering) Hemp products in Idaho.

    This bill was brought by Senator Mary Souza.
    Status as of Feb 9, 2020: It was referred to the State Affairs Committee but is not on the schedule yet to be heard.

    S 1241 changes the Idaho Controlled Substances Act to exclude Hemp.

    The important thing to remember is that you should Request your Absentee Ballot TODAY!

    Greg Pruett makes some good points about Mail-In Ballots.

    Greg says,

    “…voting through the mail is ripe for abuse. States already deal with voter fraud issues for in-person voting. Can you imagine not having to worry about showing up at the polls at all?

    The Heritage Foundation has released a report detailing some of the voter fraud convictions across the country. Ten of those cases are from Idaho!

    He brings up some very valid concerns about absentee voting.

    How does mail-in (absentee) voting work in Idaho? 

    So, here is my experience so far with Idaho’s “absentee” process which is how we’ll all vote this May.

    The interesting part is that to request my ballot I filled out a form from the Canyon County Elections Office.

    However, no identification was required to request the ballot. I simply filled out the form and dropped it through the “Mail” slot on the wall of the building.

    Now, I am on a list of people who have “Requested” a ballot.

    This information is all public record. For the election, many candidates get the “Absentee Request” list so they know which voters to reach out to.

    Therefore, my address is public record.

    So, if someone with nefarious intentions were to find out when the ballots got sent out, they could check my mail for my ballot.

    Once they retrieve my ballot, they can fill it out and send it back without me ever knowing what happened!

    Now, normally only a set number of people vote “absentee” so the ability to do this is somewhat limited.

    But, if every person in the state votes through the mail in every election, we may run into bigger fraud cases.

    Perhaps some clerk angry with a particular party decides to “dump” a bunch of ballots and never sends them out.

    Identification and verification of the process are crucial to protecting our sacred right to vote.
