So what are our governors doing?
Trying to force everyone to stay in their homes. And all of the people needing treatment for COVID-19?…are being kept inside hospitals where the virus thrives.
Playgrounds are closed. Campgrounds are closed. Hiking is being discouraged. River rafting has been shut down.
Every animal on Earth requires sunlight and oxygen to live and thrive. Being outside is ESSENTIAL.
Yet, we are expected to stay INDOORS and to literally restrict the supply of oxygen to our lungs, brain, and every other organ in our bodies via wearing ineffective masks.
During the April 23, ReBound Idaho press conference, Governor Little said: “We are not going to return to normal until we have a vaccine.” He added that that could be 12-18 months away. He also said he expected people to do the right thing and get vaccinated but that if people didn’t, they would change the code. The Governor literally threatened forced vaccinations. Little touted the success of the stay at home orders and said we would only normalize life if certain criteria were met.
Health Freedom Idaho has a few questions for Governor Little:
How do you know what will happen in one month, let alone 12 months, with this new, unknown organism? How do you know it will behave any differently than other influenza-like respiratory infections which die out in the summer due to increased sun exposure which raises vitamin D levels boosting our immune systems? Please show us the independent science that supports that statement?
Why did you renew an executive order with many factual errors?
Recent science has shown Covid-19 was in the US as early as September or December of 2019 yet you state it was not here till January 2020. You state the need to expand our health care system capacity but Idaho’s capacity utilization peaked at just 6% of beds on April 10, 2020.
Why do you claim “extreme peril” exists in Idaho to justify your executive order when there were only 2 lab-confirmed and 3 probable cases of Covid-19 in the entire state from April 20-22, 2020?
Why are you ignoring the fact that Sweden never locked down yet has experienced the same disease cycle as the countries that did lock down without all the negative effects of these draconian policies?
Why are you supporting an antibody test when WHO officials say the antibody test may not work and that antibodies may not be proof of immunity? If antibodies are not proof of immunity why are you, an elected official, pushing vaccines which supposedly “create immunity” by producing antibodies?
Why are you ignoring prudent policies and recommendations by experts encouraging those at risk to self-isolate while those at low risk become exposed and develop immunity as this approach would be the safest for those at risk and truly protect them?
Why are you, an elected official touting one approach to dealing with an infectious agent, a vaccine, from which commercial interests will benefit, when there are many other ways to deal with and manage disease beginning with a strong immune system but not ending with homeopathy, naturopathy, herbs, supplements, chiropractic and more? Please show us the legislation that empowers you to select the winners and losers?
Why are you promoting vaccines when no vaccine manufacturer, no doctor or nurse who administers vaccines, no health official, no elected representative has any liability for vaccines because federal legislation recognizes vaccines injure and kill some recipients? Will you be personally liable?
Why are you ignoring the country of India which used homeopathy prophylactically on the recommendation of the Prime Minister Modi and has experienced only 23,000 cases and 700 deaths in a nation of 1.3 billion?
Why is Idaho on lockdown when Dr. Anthony Fauci of the National Institute of Health recently wrote in the New England Journal of Medicine “the overall clinical consequences of Covid-19 may ultimately be more akin to those of a severe seasonal influenza (which has a case fatality rate of approximately 0.1%).”
Where does the Constitution grant you the power to determine what is an essential business? Why is it safer to go to the grocery store or post office than it is to go to the hair salon or have someone mow the lawn?
Where does the Constitution grant you the power to violate our natural God-given rights in ANY event?
Why do you, an elected official, believe you have any say over what we put in our bodies?
Fear is never an acceptable excuse for violating the rights of Americans as a whole. Very soon, people will go from fear to despair to desperation if the economy is not opened back up soon.
We are not protesting social distancing.
We are protesting government overreach and an unnecessary burden on our economy.
We are protesting a citation at a yard sale, held outdoors with more social distancing than Walmart.
We are protesting moms and dads getting handcuffed for playing at parks with their kids.
We are protesting lone fisherman being ticketed for providing food for their families, simply because the boat has a motor.
We are protesting threats of citations given during church service held in a parking lot, each family in their own cars.
We are protesting shopping for clothes at Target & Walmart but not at smaller retailers.
We are protesting the unnecessary closure that is crippling small, seasonal businesses in our state.
We are protesting support group meetings, churches and parks, and playgrounds.
We are protesting the silencing of civilian voices in our democratic process. Don’t get it twisted. We are protesting tyranny, not caution.
Caution is advisable. But we can do that with businesses open. We’re all doing it right now. At gas stations, at grocery stores, anywhere we go in public.
Those who want to protect themselves, can wear masks and gloves and sanitize and disinfect to their heart’s content.
But nobody, not even the government has the right to tell someone else what they have to wear, where they can and can’t go, what they can and can’t buy, etc.
We never agreed to be governed in this manner. And those of us protesting do not intend to start now.
Explain to me how subjugating your fellow man, makes you safer but doesn’t actually MAKE you safer.
Does closing some businesses, magically make people stay 6 feet apart at the stores that are still open? Nope.
Does someone not wearing a mask or gloves, magically nullify your mask or gloves? That’s totally not how PPE works, so no.
Does someone in their car, risk contaminating you, in your car? Also no.
Subjugating our fellow citizens does not actually make anyone safer. It just makes people FEEL safer.
People are losing their rights so others can feel safer… Keep YOURSELF safe. But don’t give up all your rights to the government to do it. Look at other countries. When you want those rights back, you literally may have to die to get them back.
“I’m going to address what happened yesterday.” Ashley Everly says. Sharing an account of what happened at the Idaho park in which mother Sara Brady was arrested. Ashley’s full unedited recording is below.
Eyewitness Account
First. The only thing that was PLANNED by a group of local mothers, was a PLAY DATE for their kids, at the park. See the image below (of children playing in the grass). Nowhere on that post did the organizers encourage people to do anything against the coronavirus orders, btw.
There were some individuals who decided to take down the caution tape so that their kids could play, period. It was a peaceful, beautiful day. Nothing was destroyed and nothing was damaged. And nothing else was “planned” despite all of the horrible lies that are being spread by people who don’t know Sara.
Second. The reasons behind WHY a play date was organized, was because:
(1) It was going to be a beautiful day and it has been weeks or months since our kids played with their friends.
(2) Studies & papers have been coming out since March, showing that the case fatality rate of COVID-19 was not nearly as worrisome as we were originally led to believe and that actually it would end up being similar to a bad flu season – if that*. Instead of the death rate being above 3%, they are realizing it’s more like 0.1%.
This is because they found that a much higher number of people have been exposed and recovered than originally assumed… It’s called underreporting. Not everyone is being tested.
(3) *Therefore, the numbers of deaths were looking to be akin to the flu (which is why I said in the video, “It’s the flu!” – not to be taken literally but in essence because of the death rate), and on top of that, we have the fact that COVID-19 cases have been highly INFLATED due to CDC recommendations – no testing needed – for documenting nearly anything as COVID-19.
I’ve come across too many people who had loved ones who died from other causes, find out that their deaths had been documented as COVID-19. And well, there are financial incentives for hospitals to diagnose COVID-19 ($13,000 per patient) and put them on ventilators ($39,000 for every patient on a vent).
(4) The projected number of deaths from COVID-19, the “final toll” according to Fauci, will be around 60,000. In prior seasons, flu and pneumonia have claimed up to 80,000 lives in the US. Currently, confirmed cases of flu are very low compared to other seasons, and all-cause mortality in the US is lower than usual.
(5) From the graphs of the number of cases by day, we are looking to be on the tail end of the outbreak, even as testing increases.
(6) Other states are in the process of “opening” due to the above information being more widely acknowledged.
(7) We are seeing this, and we see Governor Little of Idaho continuing to mandate unemployment, continuing to use his authority to close publicly (taxpayer) funded playgrounds, to try to prevent us from enjoying the sunshine and gathering together with friends and family.
(8) People want to OPEN IDAHO, NOW.
Government closing playgrounds for this 👆🏻 is unreasonable. For the parents and children who rely on their family’s small business income or jobs that have now been deemed “non essential” by our government, this shut down is cruel. Not to mention the increase in suicides and child abuse.

👉🏻 Additional thoughts:
The park itself was not closed. Our play date would not have been interrupted by the police had the kids not played on the playground equipment and stayed on the grass.
That being said, the playground is in the sun. Heat / higher temperatures / UV radiation 👉🏻 kills viruses. Let’s compare this to every grocery store, where you’re inside, in an air conditioned environment suitable for viruses, and everyone is touching and breathing on the produce. Cloth masks are ineffective for preventing viral transmission, and wearing a mask reduces your oxygen intake, which is bad for your health on a variety of levels.
If you want to stay home, then stay home. This virus will circulate whether we want it to or not, and it HAS BEEN circulating much more than we anticipated, while 99.9% of people are recovering. Yes, 99.9%. A 0.1% death rate or case fatality rate means that 99.9% of people are recovering.
Why not allow those who are willing to risk infection, do so? Those who feel young and healthy enough to withstand a potential COVID-19 infection, should be allowed to do so. This would allow us to build up immunity and provide a greater shield of protection for those who are at risk.

And here is where I dispel more rumors and lies.
Sara arrived late to the play date. We sat in the grass and chatted for a bit and then the police arrived. When the first police officer told the kids to exit the playground, Sara complied immediately and told her kids to stay off the playground and stay in the grass. The officer himself then entered the playground area. Sara wanted to ask him some questions, so she went over to him.
Sara had never even entered the playground area until she went to go speak to the officer (and ask questions about why the kids were able to be on the grass vs the playground, etc).
When the officer told us to move to the grass, she began to walk that direction while asking a question about this. At that point, the officer snapped at her and told her she had 5 seconds to exit the playground, and began counting down.
What did he expect her to do? Make a mad dash for the grass? What kind of garbage is this, treating a mother this way, with all of these children around when she was asking legitimate questions?
It’s WRONG. Sara is a GOOD PERSON. She has such integrity, really cares about people, and she has so much respect for law enforcement. But, she also knows her rights and there’s no law against asking questions!
AND LISTEN. If he can’t keep a level head for a mother asking questions on a playground, what the hell is he going to do when he has to deal with REAL criminals? He could have simply walked with her to the grass while they discussed the issue, but he did not.
On March 25th, when the governor announced that all non-essential businesses must close, at first, we were angry. Then as the days went on, we became worried about the safety of our family and community. We were following various sources of the news, and the reported death toll and knew that we made the right decision to close.
The federal government and SBA were making it seem as though they were going to quickly support small businesses, but no such thing happened. Funds quickly ran out; large businesses were taking money that was meant for the small businesses. There were so many hurdles placed in between the small businesses and disaster relief funding that we were unable to obtain the funds necessary to maintain our lease and utilities.
Rather than continuing to rely on the government we went out and FOUND WORK….and worked enough to keep the “doors open” but the doors remained closed. We paid for our March and April lease, yet the doors were closed.
We are now expected to pay for May, but unless the doors are open, we will not make it past that point.
Over the past 30 days, we have watched the cure become far worse than the disease.
Small businesses are dropping like flies.
The media reports data that is inaccurate at best, purposely overblown to justify government overreach.
Death rates have been inaccurately reported, and the “leaders” have admitted it.
Our food supply has been threatened.
Medical procedures that ARE IMPORTANT to the recipients receiving them have been postponed or canceled.
Religious freedom has been stripped.
Medical freedom has been stripped.
We can stand in line at Walmart with masks and gloves on but can’t take a walk through the forest without being fined or ARRESTED. Sounds insane.
Suddenly mandatory vaccines for the NATION are a proposed solution by Bill Gates…..have fun with that one. Don’t forget to get chipped.
Struggling families are being confronted with starvation, loss of education, homelessness, domestic violence, suicide, and depression just to name a few.
A New Normal?
In the beginning, we complied. We did the whole “stay home and save lives,” thing. We washed our hands, used hand sanitizer, put on a face mask to run into the store for a gallon of milk…but it has become apparat that this is no longer about our health.
The health of our fellow citizens is declining rapidly for various reasons yet we’re still being told: “we’re saving lives.”
We have an incredible amount of respect for the medical community who have been on the front lines of this virus. We have many family members who are a part of the medical community…nurses, doctors, directors, so we understand their viewpoints and respect what they have seen/done/been through.
This does not justify continuing to watch our state self-destruct.
We have been through hell and back to obtain and maintain this business. As a whole…..our crew has been suffering from some serious personal matters prior to COVID. Every one of us. We would joke pre-COVID about how we were all falling apart and how life was curb-stomping us.
Then this. This has made us all stronger. It has slowed us all down and given us a chance to evaluate our life paths and how we will get back on track.
We refuse to allow COVID to be the reason that we don’t make it.
We have made the decision to open on May 1st, 2020 because if we don’t, we will not be around for too much longer.
We appreciate the love and support we have received from the community, as we could not be successful without each and every one of you.
We are in no way trying to offend or upset anyone with this decision, but we refuse to set ourselves on fire to keep the government warm.
Those who acquire the COVID-19 virus have a more than 97.5% recovery rate (typical to the annual flu). The same can’t be said for the 77,000 individuals in Idaho who have filed for unemployment and the 1000’s of Self Employed Individuals who are left without income due to the actions of the Governor in response to the 41 deaths reported from the COVID-19 virus. Hundreds of thousands of pounds of onions and potatoes are being dumped and wasted by Idaho Farmers, leaving them without profit and our state without their food. And yet, Governor has announced today that this #stayhome order will continue through the end of the month.
People are beginning to acknowledge that his response is inappropriate for our economy and our state’s well-being and are asking, “What can we do?” CONTACT YOUR LEGISLATORS IMMEDIATELY!
Idaho’s Constitution makes provision for the Legislators to convene with a simple majority. At this crucial time when Idaho is suffering under the decisions of our Governor and the bureaucrats of the Health Department, We the People request that our representatives come together and speak on our behalf.
Here’s an example letter:
“Idaho Legislator: Please consider coming together to discuss the Governor’s actions as a body. The executive branch should not be making these decisions without calling the people’s representatives to a seat at this decision-making table. Idaho Constitution Article 3 Section 8 does not preclude the Legislature from convening, and Article 3 Section 10 describes that a simple majority of each house constitutes a quorum.
On this episode of HealthMade Radio, Dr. Michael Karlfeldt discusses the nationwide response to the COVID-19 virus with Dr. Knut M. Wittkowski, who has been modeling epidemics for 35 years. He is the former chief biostatistician and epidemiologist at Rockefeller University Hospital. Dr. Wittkowski, believes that our response to the virus is not only wrong but will increase the length of the outbreak and put the elderly and susceptible at a greater risk.
“With all respiratory diseases, the only thing that stops the disease is <natural> herd immunity,” the epidemiologist said. “About 80% of the people need to have had contact with the virus, and the majority of them won’t even have recognized that they were infected, or they had very, very mild symptoms, especially if they are children.”
HERD IMMUNITY
This term is widely used but not widely understood. Herd Immunity, a form of indirect protection from infectious disease that occurs when a large percentage of a population has become immune to an infection, through previous infections, thereby providing a measure of protection for individuals who are not immune.
“As with every respiratory disease, we should protect the elderly and fragile because when they get pneumonia, they have a high risk of dying of pneumonia. So that is one of the key issues that we should keep in mind. On the other hand, children do very well with these diseases. They’re evolutionarily designed to be exposed to all sorts of viruses during their lifetime, and so they should keep going to school and infecting each other. Then, that contributes to herd immunity, which means after about four weeks at the most, the elderly people (who had been could start joining their family because then the virus would have been extinguished.”
OUR CURRENT REACTION TO THIS VIRUS WAS BASED ON GUESSWORK AND IT IS WRONG
Epidemiologists, public health professionals who investigate patterns and causes of disease and injury in humans, were left out of the discussion when models were developed for the outbreak of this flu, which resulted in the knee-jerk reaction to shut down schools and implement ‘anti-social’ distancing.
“It was all based on guesswork without a clear understanding of the epidemic spread.” Dr. Widtokowski, an epidemiologist with 35 years, “We did not take appropriate action with the knowledge we had.”
For example, China and South Korea reached a max peak of infections before implementing ‘social distancing,’ when the number of cases was already at a decline. Their epidemic peaked was four weeks; in contrast, here in the United States, it is taking a lot more time. By not allowing the virus to run its course, especially among the children who are at little to no risk of complications, our country is unable to develop herd immunity increasing the risk to those most susceptible.
HUMAN AND VIRUSES MUST CO-EXIST
The idea that we can and should eradicate viruses to keep us safe is counterproductive and quite impossible.
Dr. Widtkowski explains it this way,
“The best course of action is to rely on what nature has come up with the last 100,000 years. The virus enters the human population and stays there for a week or two. Its infection in the population rises -reaches a peak- then the number of infections declines, and in the end, the virus is eradicated. Why? Because there are many more people in the population that are immune than those that are susceptible. So anybody that brings the virus into the population would not bring any further infection. Its the initial course of any disease. Humans don’t need to do much about it.”
OUR RESPONSE IS BASED ON UNREASONABLE FEAR
Dr. Michael Karlfeldt explains the current reaction of individuals in the United States. “It is scary. This invisible virus can’t be seen, and it’s everywhere. Some people can be asymptomatic and spread it.”
“What you are describing – we go through this every year during the flu season. The flu enters the population, starts spreading, then declines. We never see it. (It is always invisible.) We never know who will be infected. Why is this year different? I don’t know. Maybe it is because the internet a media, and rumors are spreading faster than any virus is spread. The President and Mayor of New York from one day to the next went from a reasonable to the unreasonable response. “
If we look at the data, what we are seeing is very typical for our annual flu virus. Every year, during the flu season, there are approximately 35,000 deaths. We have ten thousand who died from this COVID-19 flu, and even this should double it would still be of the lower end of what is regular flu seasons.

Unfortunately, at the end of March, the CDC changed reporting for deaths from COVID-19. Now anyone with the virus will be considered a death FROM the virus even if it did not contribute to death.
61 Year Old Man Dies from Head Injury but that the virus was listed as a contributing factor to his death.
No, ‘novel’ means that a particular virus hasn’t been seen before. It doesn’t mean its more dangerous or kills more people. Every influenza virus that hasn’t been around for 15 years would also be considered a ‘novel’ virus; otherwise, people would already have herd immunity, and the infections wouldn’t spread.
FLATTENING THE CURVE INCREASES THE RISK
There are several sources of data available worldwide, and if you analyze the data, it reveals that there is no major difference between this epidemic and other flu epidemics. The only major difference is everywhere we see social distancing was implemented; it takes more time for the virus to reach the level of herd immunity; therefore, it stays in the population longer. This allows more time for exposure for the elderly and susceptible people at risk.
By flatting the curve, we are INCREASING the risk for the elderly and the number of deaths overall. It is better to let nature take the course.
CLOSING SCHOOLS THE WRONG APPROACH
“If there had been no intervention, the epidemic would have been over, like every other respiratory disease epidemic,” Wittkowski said. The virus should have been allowed to spread among healthy children and young people who generally don’t even experience symptoms. The entire population could have achieved herd immunity in “two weeks.” He said only elderly, and at-risk individuals should have been isolated until herd immunity was reached.
What we have done has only prolonged this epidemic and prevent us from getting herd immunity putting the susceptible at more risk for a more extended period of time. We have prevented the children from becoming infected and immune, allowing the virus to spread among other parts of the population – which is the elderly at risk of becoming infected, seriously ill, and then die.
If schools had remained open, and the virus would have been allowed to take it’s course naturally. Children would develop immunity, creating herd immunity. As the virus is actively circulating, the emphasis should have been protecting the medically frail and those over age 60, and in particular, those over 70 and 80, from exposure.
IT’S NOT THE VIRUS THAT IS DANGEROUS ITS OUR IMMUNE RESPONSE
We are not suffering from the virus being in our bodies. The danger comes with the immune response of killing all the cells that are infected, resulting in inflammation. The inflammatory response can create respiratory problems, bacteria on the inflamed skin, etc. It is rarely the virus itself. The danger of relying on a vaccine is the potential for a vaccine that makes the immune response even more ridge. A more robust response could then cause the symptoms of the disease to get worse.
THE CORRECT RESPONSE
“Closing the schools probably one of the most destructive actions the government has done.”
The correct response will be to allow the virus to run its course, especially in our young people. Allow the children to go back to school.
Continuing this nationwide school shutdown, this is the worst thing you can do, not only for the epidemic of the virus but also for the children. That will strengthen their immune system, build immunity, transfer immunity to their parents, and start to establish herd immunity and protect the elderly from this virus.
A correct course of action would be to “preferentially protecting” the high risk and highly susceptible population. This course of action is something people have been doing for many years.

Many states have instituted massive lockdowns (“stay at home” order) of their populations to address the COVID-19 pandemic. Some states have chosen not to do so. The goals of these lockdowns have included the proposition that they would slow the spread of the Coronavirus Sars-Cov-2 virus which causes COVID-19 and thus prevent death.
Is this helping?
One way to look at this would be to compare the COVID-19 deaths in states that do and do not have stay-at-home orders in place. Although these comparisons have their limitations, nonetheless, the statistics speak for themselves and can be used to assess the effectiveness of a lockdown policy.

Dr. Robert Burnett the Director of Surgical Services at Kootenai Health is proposing an alarming violation of medical ethics in his publish opinion post at the Bonner County Daily Bee. He is threatening to withhold treatment from individuals who politically disagree with him. This is extremely unethical and in doing so, likely criminal.
Threatening to withhold health care from anyone, singling out and threatening public officials by directing staff at Kootenai Medical Center and encouraging “all of his co-workers” to ensure care is not provided should be grounds for termination of Burnett and litigation for Burnett and KMC.
“I realize that the pandemic is not much of a concern to those uneducated people who believe this threat is a “hoax” or “overblown,” but I want you to know that in the unlikely but possible event that either you or Sheriff Wheeler contract the coronavirus, and in the less likely event that you will require hospitalization, and even less likely but possible event that you would require a ventilator, that I, and all of my co-workers take comfort in knowing that, because of your behavior, you have essentially relinquished your claim to any of these potentially scare resources. It’s probably for the better that a ventilator go to a health care provider anyway,”
Opinions are opinions but oaths are oaths. I am disgusted at the recent comments made by Dr. Robert Burnett, Director of Surgical Services, Kootenai Heart Health Center. While Burnett is certainly entitled to his own opinions based on his knowledge of medicine, so are Rep. Heather Scott and Sheriff Daryl Wheeler, based on their knowledge of lawmaking and law enforcement. But Burnett put his bloated arrogance on full display as he blatantly violated, in writing, the Hippocratic Oath he took to graduate medical school and become a licensed doctor in Idaho or anywhere in the USA.
Fact: While there is no doubt people are ill and many have died, Coronavirus has proven to be far less deadly than authorities have warned. Moreover, there is debate about whether the virus has been properly identified as Koch’s Postulates, protocols used since the 19th century to identify and determine the pathogenicity of an infectious agent have not been met. Additionally, according to the inventor of the PCR test, the test being used to putatively identify the virus the PCR test cannot be used to diagnose. Although it can identify a minute amount of genetic material such as a virus, it does not prove that that genetic material causes any disease nor that sufficient quantities of that material are present in numbers large enough to cause disease.
Fact: No punch of any sort reached your face. We are all exposed to trillions of bugs in every moment of every day. What determines whether someone falls ill or suffers complications from an illness relates to how well nourished they are, how well-rested, how much stress, whether they exercise. No one touched you and you alone are responsible for taking care of your immune system.
People who disagree about the dangers of coronavirus or any virus are not uneducated simply because they disagree with you.

We are resolved to lead the people in defending and retaining their freedoms.
The recent ‘discovery’ and narrative of an alleged new virus making its way to Idaho has created an environment of fear and an uncharted landscape of government overreach in the lives of all Idahoans. This interruption in the education, business, and social interaction of Idahoans will not be tolerated. While some may believe that the unlawful destruction of our way of life may ‘slow the spread’ or ‘protect the susceptible,’ this is simply not accurate and not appropriate. Humans encounter trillions and trillions of pathogens – bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites in our world every minute of every day. Nature brilliantly designed our bodies with amazing immune systems to combat these earthly cohabitants of ours.
Our natural rights are not subject to claims of suspension for ‘safety’ purposes. UNALIENABLE means these rights are inherently ours. These rights cannot, and will not, be suspended or infringed upon ever, for any reason. This is non-negotiable.
Idahoans who personally feel concerned about this or any pathogen certainly have the right to restrict their own movement, self-quarantine, avoid social interaction, or take any other measure of self-induced restriction they deem necessary for their own safety. What may not happen is government-forced restriction on the people, whether state or federal. It is up to each and every person to keep themselves well, not the state. We understand that it is our job as individuals to get adequate nutrition, sleep, relaxation, exercise, and fresh air. It is not up to the state, or any other Idahoan, to police what another does, nor to protect them. The state does not have the right to dictate the way Idahoans lead their lives, nor to force some Idahoans to protect others for a theoretical threat. Every person is sovereign, and we as a state are sovereign. We will not allow the violation of our sovereignty.
Thomas Jefferson, the author of the Declaration of Independence, said, and we echo this sentiment, “I prefer dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery.” The people of Idaho will not be enslaved. There is nothing more dangerous than the destruction of our liberty, and we will not stand for it.
Health Freedom Idaho, and all that stand with us, demand that our God-given rights be respected. We assert that every single business in our state is essential, and that they shall be respected as such. Health freedom and all freedom includes the right to human interaction, happiness, unrestricted movement, and unrestricted social interaction. Peaceful assembly is a fundamental right, and it shall not be infringed.
We expect and demand access to every single item on the market. Government will not be permitted to decide what products are and are not available for sale or trade. We will not stand for it.
We expect you, Governor Little, as well as all state, city, and county executive departments, state, city, and county employees, the Representatives and Senators that comprise our Legislature, our law enforcement, our Judges and our courts to understand, respect, and uphold our God-given rights. We expect you to immediately rescind any and all orders that infringe on these rights. We will allow no less. You have no authority to have put these orders in place and they shall be removed immediately.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Food and Drug Administration, and all other federal departments have no authority in our sovereign state. We will not allow their influence or recommendations to lead to the suspension or destruction of our rights.
Governor Little, you took an oath to uphold the Idaho Constitution and United States Constitution against all enemies. The enemy now is those who seek to use fear to destroy unalienable rights. Idaho does not and will not stand for this, under any circumstances. We demand you rescind all restrictions on our rights immediately.
