  • A Call for a Separation of Pharma and State

From the public comment segment of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) Board meeting to vote on adding additional vaccine schedules to the current CDC schedule.

“My name is Jaclyn Gallion. I am on the board of Informed Choice WA, I represent 1000’s of parents and citizens across the state of Washington who are done with following or trusting anything coming from ACIP.

You recently recommended two vaccines with new adjuvants that were never safety tested with other adjuvanted vaccines, admitting that in the real world, they would likely be administered with other vaccines–and you had no idea what sort of reaction that would cause. After your unanimous vote, you discussed safety signals that had appeared in clinical trials, and you said you would be watching postmarket reporting for reactions.

That postmarket surveillance is us, the public, and we did not agree to participate in safety trials. No warnings are being given to people receiving these new vaccines. You simply handed the American public over to the pharmaceutical company like dispensable guinea pigs.

These are just two recent examples of how you are putting our lives, and our children’s lives, in jeopardy. It is well known that someone with mitochondrial impairment is more likely to have a vaccine adverse reaction that gets out of control and ends up causing severe injury, even autism.
Former CDC Director Julie Gerberding– now at Merck — admitted this on TV, so did Dr. Kelley and Dr. Zimmerman from Johns Hopkins, recently under oath. Children with mitochondrial impairment are at risk of vaccine injury leading to autism and other chronic disorders.

Does the ACIP work to ensure nobody with mitchondrial dysfunction is vaccinated?

Does the ACIP recommend screening? No. You do the opposite. You say children can be vaccinated while on antibiotics — and you ignore studies that show antibiotics are one of the many drugs that are toxic to mitochondria. You ignore studies that show acetaminophen is toxic to mitochondria, and you do not warn pediatricians and parents to avoid it around the time of vaccination. Instead when vaccine reactions occur families are gaslighted and do not receive proper care to heal the vaccine injury.  Aluminum is known to be toxic to mitochondria but you allow multiple doses of vaccines with aluminum to be administered throughout infancy, and by they time they reach their 12 month or 18 month visit, the aluminum has done its damage, and the next round of vaccines sends them into a serious reaction.

So I am here today to say No. We are done. We are done with your recommendations, done with your guidelines, done with you selling us and our children to pharmaceutical companies. Before you vote on the immunization schedule recommendation changes these concerns need to be taken into account. Know this. We will not be your test subjects. It’s time the American people call for the separation of Pharma and State.

I’ll leave you with a quote by Dr Stanley Plotkin: ‘science never completely understands anything.’ ”

And still – testimony fell on deaf ears they voted 100% in favor of additional vaccines.

  • Crazy Mothers Know Why

Hillary Simpson, the mother of a vaccine injured child, starts off her emotional diatribe on Facebook by saying, “I know what happened to my little boy.” Simpson’s emotionally charged plea for a little more understanding from those who choose to bully parents of vaccine injured children, rather than attempt to connect and understand them, is the ire of Simpson’s disgust. She’s calling for change, but more than that, she’s giving a huge piece of her mind to anyone who will listen (and so far, that happens to be a heck of a lot of people according to her Facebook view stats that had already inflated to almost 80k.  at the time of this article’s publishing). So many of our readers are NOT on facebook and may not have seen this video shared here from a youtube upload.

“Mothers are strong and capable and resilient. We are strong enough to admit our mistake and even stronger still to forgive ourselves… though that may take awhile. We are capable of thorough researching order to help our children get better…and so many of them do. And we are resilient because WE MUST BE. Our children need us now more than ever as we have officially created the first generation that is sicker than the one before.

Sickness. What do people do when they get sick. As a child, as a teen, as a young adult and even when they have kids themselves. They go ask their mother. And yet, they call us crazy mothers….like it’s a bad thing.”

  • Dairy Free Gut-Friendly Freezer Chocolate

Nichole, the author of Hopecentric.com, inspired my family to seek real food for wellness and healing. Her journey to healing her daughter from FPIES using the GAP protocol was instrumental in converting our family from the standard American (SAD) diet to consuming organic foods, free-range meats and natural probiotics found in ferments such as kombucha, and saurkraut. Just by example and seeing their journey of healing I knew that foods have medicinal qualities to support our body’s natural immune response.

However, I didn’t want my kids to feel deprived of the treats and sweets their classmates and friends were consuming. She helped me ‘solve’ the problem by sharing this easy to make chocolate recipe on facebook many years ago.

Her simple Facebook post said “equal parts coconut oil, cocoa, and honey. freeze. fast and easy for those emergency chocolate needs.”

My jaw dropped. “Seriously!? I can feed my kids chocolate and not feel guilty!” After that revelation I knew that we would not only survive going against the standard American diet – we would THRIVE!

This chocolate is so easy and quick to make. Super kid-friendly (in fact my kids make it for us!) Its made without dairy, sugar or processed ingredients. With just three main clean and straightforward ingredients and only 1 minute or 2 to freeze – this homemade, raw vegan freezer chocolate is complete in under 8 minutes! For those who need to measure here’s a similar recipe you can adjust to your taste.

We get our ingredients from THRIVE Market. You can purchase them from AMAZON and often you can find them at the local markets in the health food section.

    Instructions

    1. First, melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan until it’s a liquid

    2. Scoop the tablespoons of cacao powder in a small bowl or cup and add in your sweetener of choice.

    3. Once the oil is melted, pour it inside the dry mixture of cacao powder and sweetener of your preferred liking.

Mix the ingredients together until a smooth, thin-thick consistency, and there are no cacao powder chunks. If the consistency is too thick, simply add in more melted coconut oil and stir well.

    4. Once ready, simply pour the chocolate mixture into cookie cutters or chocolate bar molds to form chocolate. (Tip: be sure to spread melted coconut oil at the bottom and sides of the molds or cookie cutters so it’s easier for the chocolate to come out once frozen later).

    5. Place in freezer and freeze for 5 minutes, until firm/frozen. Enjoy!

    Optional

    • Add a pinch of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt to help bring out the sweetness.
    • those transitioning off refined sugar might find a bit of extra sweetness in a pinch of organic stevia

Nichole shares with her readers this great tip:

“It melts pretty fast. If you mix in a nut butter or coconut butter it stays solid longer. I use it for PB cups. The best one I ever made was just sticking chopped up raspberries in and mixing through. Uh yum!”

    Tips:

    1. If the mixture is too thick, add more melted coconut oil and stir well.
    2. Alternatively, you can make white chocolate by melting cacao butter into a liquid and adding in whichever sweetener of choice you want. Place in cookie cutters or inside molds and freeze until firm/frozen for 5 minutes. Enjoy your chocolate creations!
    3. If you wanted to make dark chocolate, use black strap molasses and a bit of stevia as your sweetener. That will make it taste a lot like dark chocolate!

  • Cell Tower Placement Public Hearing: Oct 18 6 pm Ada County Courthouse

Join Us Tomorrow, Thursday October 18 at 6 pm at the Ada County Courthouse. Wear Black to show your support of ethical safe placement of cell towers away from residential properties.

We are not necessarily opposed to a cell tower, and understand Verizon’s goal to meet its customers demands, but our most valuable investments, our homes and those living within them, should not be sacrificed for Verizon’s business growth and prosperity.  They have a choice to meet those wireless demands responsibly and respectfully.  They should be required to do so without deceiving, misleading, and providing false information to communities in an effort to evade opposition to any of their controversial proposed tower sites.   Erecting a Commercial Cell Tower steps from homes, and forcing families to live under them or move, is a reckless and unethical business practice, that must be stopped by our local and county officials.

Ada County staff did not find these issues, we did, and are working to expose these details to top management so that this cannot continue to happen.  We urge the community to come Thursday and unite with us in demanding accountability for Verizon & local partners imprudent business behavior.  Everything they do or say should be called into question.  If they don’t act in good faith and follow Ada County Application Codes/Regulations, they simply should lose their application privileges all together.  These Commercial Cell Towers greatly impact those surrounding them and strict code enforcement must be upheld and managed.

    Our goal on  Thursday, October 18 6 pm @ the Ada County Courthouse Public Hearing is;

    • To tell Ada County to deny this tower based on our local codes, and respect our Eagle Mayor and Councils request to deny this tower.
    • To put our property investments, privacy, quality of life, health and safety first.
    • To strengthen requirements of their CUP application process that will protect our community from imprudent business practices.
    • To review the Five Mile tower based on our findings, and change their approval to a denial.

    Property Value Concerns

Research indicates that over 90% of home buyers and renters are less interested in properties near cell towers and would pay less for a property in close vicinity to cellular antennas. Documentation of a price drop up to 20% is found in multiple surveys and published articles as listed below. The US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) considers cell towers as “Hazards and Nuisances.”

Once built. Cell towers can go up an additional 20 feet- without community consent.

Most people in the United States are unaware that once a tower is built, it can go up to 20 feet higherwith no public process due to the passing of Section 6409(a) of the Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act of 2012. In other words, a 100 foot tower can be increased to 120 feet after it is constructed and the community will have no input. Communities are largely unaware of this law.

  • Tips to Improve Immunity

We get one body, and we need to look after it. Our bodies are complicated pieces of machinery which have been protecting us from disease, adapting to changing surroundings and lifestyles and helping us to survive since the beginning of time. Our bodies are not cut out for modern life; for processed diets and sedentary lifestyles, yet they still survive. Take a moment to think about what an amazing thing that is. Think about what we put our bodies through every day, yet they do (mostly) what we ask of them.

Be kind to your body. Nourish it with healthy food, condition it with exercise and balance it with healthy products, after all, it has to last you a lifetime.

What can you do to improve immunity?

There’s no magic pill to improve immunity, you have to adopt some healthy habits to keep your system functioning as it should.

    Exercise

Not getting enough exercise can make you sluggish and it can affect your immune system. Exercise is excellent for general immunity, and you don’t need to be an Olympic athlete, even walking has been shown to benefit your immune system. Research shows that people who exercise regularly have more efficient white cells which fight infection. And as we know, exercise is known to release endorphins into the bloodstream; the body’s happy hormone, which reduces stress and promotes sound sleep. These are essential for good immunity.

    Eat a Healthy Diet

Proper nutrition is essential for the proper functioning of your immune system. A diet high in sugar and alcohol can feed infections so you might want to avoid these if your immune system is low. Ensure that your diet contains plenty of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, so include plenty of colorful fruits and vegetables. Other immune boosting foods include garlic and mushrooms, both of which have antiviral and antibiotic properties.

    Get Enough Sleep

Apart from making you chronically fatigued, lack of sleep can make you prone to illness and infection. If sleep deprivation is chronic, it can lead to diabetes and heart disease.  When you sleep, the body heals itself. If you don’t sleep, your body does not get the chance to repair and restore, and your immune function is impaired. Research has shown that 7 hours of sleep per night is associated with an optimal immune function.

Avoid sleep disruption from EMF wireless radiation

    Learn to Manage Stress

When your body is under constant stress, you’re more prone to illness and infection. Stress hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline are released into the bloodstream when we are under stress, and these weaken the immune system.

  • 8 Energizing Foods To Eat After An Intense Workout

A workout is only complete with the right diet, in terms of amount as well as quality. This diet is divided into two parts – post-workout and pre-workout. A balance between these two ensures healthy and proper workout results. Let us look at it a bit into detail.

“I will beat her. I will train harder. I will eat cleaner. I know her strengths. I’ve lost to her before but not this time. She is going down. I have the advantage because I know her well. She is the old me.”   -Unknown

What’s the Post-Workout Snack All About?

Most of us tend to go all-in when we workout. Grinding like there’s no tomorrow, we put our bodies through a great deal to achieve the level of fitness we want.

Fitness, however, has two dimensions to it: workout and a balanced diet. What you eat throughout the day, particularly before and after your workout, plays a major role in your fitness journey.

Chances are, most of us give sufficient thought only to the pre-workout part of our fitness routine, eating the right nutrients to energize us for our workout.

    Pre_and_post_workout_food_Lead-Image

The post-workout meal, however, is just as important, if not more. A common misconception is that eating too much after an intense workout cancels out the calories you just burned, thereby defeating the whole purpose of the workout. This is no more than a simple myth. The best time to load yourself up with nutrients is, undoubtedly, right after a workout. While working out, the body burns fat to use it as energy. When we eat right after the workout, the calories don’t replace the burned fat. Fat is deposited in the body only when the body has no other use for the excess calories we consume.

What Happens If I Starve Myself Instead?

During an intense workout, our muscles become partially stripped of glycogen. Certain proteins, too, can become damaged and broken down.

After we’re done, the body needs calories to repair and restore itself from a gruelling session. Skipping meals after a workout can cause an imbalance or a negative physiological environment which does not conduce to building up of the muscle tissue.

It is imperative that you consume enough carbohydrates, proteins and fat within 45 minutes after your workout.

The protein helps to repair and build the muscles, the carbohydrates replenish your depleted glycogen stores and healthy fats like milk promote muscle growth.

    Okay, What Should I Eat?

There are plenty of rich nutritious food options that could nourish us from head to toe, and if we had to talk about every single one of these, you’d never see an end to this article.

Let’s talk about 8 super foods that are guaranteed to help.

    salad

    1. Lean proteins, such as chicken. Boiled chicken is a known source of rich lean proteins, and a very healthy one at that. Eating boiled chicken with a side of some boiled vegetables is a great post-workout snack. Another great snack would be grilled chicken with roasted vegetables.

    2. Power greens, put together in a super-nutritious salad. This may include a combination of spinach, lettuce, kale, shredded carrots and basically any other leafy vegetable you’d like in your salad.

    3. Chocolate milk has recently become the new ultimate post-workout recovery drink. In comparison to plain water, milk or other sports drinks, chocolate milk has so much more protein and carbohydrate content in it. It replenishes sore muscles and replaces fluids lost during the workout as sweat, thereby protecting you from dehydration, too.

    4. Avocado and eggs are, individually, rich sources of healthy fat and proteins, respectively. When combined together in the form of an egg omelette with avocado, probably spread on toast, the effects are doubly beneficial to tired muscles.

    5. Protein shakes are a good idea for two reasons: one, they’re loaded with protein and two, they’re liquid and are digested really quickly, which means they act on the body faster.

    6. Greek yogurt is popular among fitness enthusiasts for one major reason. It’s low fat. You could eat this with a banana, berries, granola or any other fruit you like.

    7. Fish is another brilliant source of protein, especially tuna fish. If you’re a tuna fish fan, this is your chance to whoop and enjoy a yummy snack just after you’ve worked hard on your body!

    8. Oatmeal is pretty healthy, it may seem boring to most of us, it’s probably a great idea after an intense workout. You could make your oatmeal a little interesting, by adding almonds, bananas, apples or other fruits, cut into small bits and mixed into it. At least the flavour of your favourite fruit will work for you.

    Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate!

    hydrate

You could eat healthier than the healthiest of people, and workout till you hit the floor, exhausted, but your regime would be incomplete without enough water. And I can’t stress this enough, you’re going to need lots of water.

Particularly after a workout, you’ve lost a tremendous amount of body fluids through sweating, which can lead to severe dehydration if not replenished immediately. In addition to that, the muscles need water to work.

When short on water, your muscles could cramp up, rendering you incapable of working out for the next couple of days, which will, obviously, bum you out.

It’s always best to avoid that scenario, and drink as much water as possible. Just remember, there’s no such thing as drinking enough!

  • 2018 Study: Hep B vaccine “may have adverse implications for brain development and cognition”

Hep B vaccines a vaccine created primarily for IV drug users, prostitutes and health care workers is given to our infants in their first mere hours of life. It is abundantly clear that the CDC and the AAP sold out the children of the United States when they recommended the Hepatitis B vaccine for all infants at birth, but now we have clear unequivocal, replicable scientific evidence that the first vaccine given to most American newborns causes brain damage. Despite the importance of the subject matter and the prestige of the journals where this work is being published, there isn’t one article written about any of these studies in the American media..

IF YOUR CHILDREN ARE AT LOW RISK FOR A BLOOD-BORNE STD, BE AWARE THAT THERE IS MINIMAL POTENTIAL BENEFIT AND HUGE RISK.

“We have previously verified that neonatal hepatitis B vaccination induced hippocampal neuroinflammation and behavior impairments in mice…This finding suggests that clinical events concerning neonatal IL-4 over-exposure, including neonatal hepatitis B vaccination and allergic asthma in human infants, may have adverse implications for brain development and cognition.”

JB Handley brings to light a brand new gold standard scientific study that follows up on his previous work by Dr Zhibin Yaho, an American-education scientist and author of 33 peer-reviewed studies, who is the lead author of the three most important biological studies ever done analyzing how, exactly, the Hepatitis B vaccine can cause autism.

excerpt from JB Handley’s article: New Study: Hep B vaccine “may have adverse implications for brain development and cognition”

    2015: First Study

In 2015, Dr. Yao was the lead author of “Neonatal vaccination with bacillus Calmette–Guérin and hepatitis B vaccines modulates hippocampal synaptic plasticity in rats,” the first study that ever looked at the impact ANY vaccine might have on the brains of rats. I discussed this study in detail in an extensive article I wrote in April titled, “International scientists have found autism’s cause. What will Americans do?.” Vaccine Papers, a website dedicated to a rigorous, science-based analysis of the risks and benefits of vaccines, explained the paper this way:

This is the first study to test the effects of immune activation by vaccination on brain development. All other studies of immune activation have used essentially pathological conditions that mimic infection and induce a strong fever. A criticism I have heard often from vaccine advocates is that the immune activation experiments are not relevant to vaccines because vaccines cause a milder immune activation than injections of poly-IC or lipopolysaccharide (two types of immune system activators). This new study demonstrates that vaccines can affect brain development via immune activation. Hence, the immune activation experiments are relevant to vaccines…The hep B vaccine increased IL-6 in the hippocampus (the only brain region analyzed for cytokines).

Despite its importance, explaining Dr. Yao’s 2015 paper to the average person wasn’t easy, partly because his study covered a number of other topics, meaning you had to isolate the data that implicated the Hepatitis B vaccine, and then explain it. With his next paper, however, Dr. Yao and his team made explaining everything much easier, and left very little to interpretation.

    2016: Second Study

Dr. Yao’s second paper, conducted a thorough study of the Hepatitis B vaccine’s impact on the brains of mice, and did so versus a control group of mice who received a saline placebo. This is a “gold standard” animal study that you would typically do BEFORE a drug was introduced to the human population. In a world where vaccines were treated like other prescription drugs, Dr. Yao’s study would have sent up a giant red flag about the neurotoxicity of the Hepatitis B vaccine. Of course, that didn’t happen, and this is the first time you’ve probably ever heard of this study:

Neonatal hepatitis B vaccination impaired the behavior and neurogenesis of mice transiently in early adulthood

    2018: Third Study

     Click to read study

    Click to read study

In this new study, Dr. Yao and his colleagues sought to confirm what they had previously discovered. They already knew that “neonatal hepatitis B vaccination induced hippocampal neuroinflammation and behavior impairments in mice.” Now, they wanted to make sure they understood the exact mechanism of action within the brain that was causing all the damage. And, that’s exactly what they did, they learned that over-exposure to the cytokine IL-4 produced the SAME reaction in the mouse brains that giving them Hepatitis B vaccine did:

After observing the posi- tive correlation in the level of IL-4 in the periphery and that in the hippocampus, a series of experiments were carried out to examine the effects of neonatal IL-4 over-expression on the brain. Eventually, the present study provides direct evidence by means of neutralization of IL- 4, supporting that IL-4 mediates a delayed neurobehavioral impair- ments induced by neonatal hepatitis B vaccination that involves the down-regulation of the IL-4 receptor in the hippocampus.

And the conclusion from new study that should also make every parent of a newborn shudder:

“These findings suggest that clinical events involving neonatal IL-4 over-exposure, including neonatal hepatitis B vaccination and asthma in human infants, may have adverse effects on neurobehavioral development.”

    Conclusions

For those of you following this topic closely, it’s worth pointing out that this new study only looked at a single cytokine—IL-4—despite the fact that other cytokines have also been correlated to autism. The scientists acknowledge there is more work to do, stating, “we will conduct further studies with different cytokines to that neonatal over-exposure often happens.” A number of points worth making about this study:

    1. Delayed response

Lack of Long Term Safety Studies of the Newborn Vaccine

As with most pediatric vaccines currently on the market have been approved based on studies with inadequate follow-up periods of only a few days or weeks.

For example, there are two Hepatitis B vaccines licensed for one day old babies in the United States – one manufactured by Merck and the other by GlaxoSmithKline. Merck’s Hepatitis B vaccine was licensed by the FDA after trials which solicited adverse reactions for only five days after vaccination.17

Similarly, GlaxoSmithKline’s Hepatitis B vaccine was licensed by the FDA after trials which solicited adverse reactions for only four days after vaccination.18

Follow-up periods of 4 or 5 days are not nearly long enough to detect possible adverse effects such as autoimmune or neurological disorders, seizures, or death. Worse is that since neither of these clinical trials used a control group, it was impossible to scientifically determine if any adverse reaction in the limited four or five day safety review period was even caused by the Hepatitis B vaccine being evaluated.

Vaccine Papers commented on this third study, specifically about the delayed response:

Very valuable to see how the immune response changes over time. A dramatic change occurs between 35-42 days. This is powerful because it means that short-term studies are useless for detecting neurological injuries. We already knew that, but now we can prove it.

It’s reasonable to say that the way Hepatitis B vaccine was tested and the way Hepatitis B causes brain damage (on a delayed schedule) means our health authorities have no idea how much brain damage Hepatitis B vaccine is causing our children. None.

  • 5 Simple Ways to Avoid EMF Disrupted Sleep

Do you have a hard time falling asleep? What about staying asleep? According to the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, approximately 30 percent of American adults struggle with insomnia. Studies show that exposure to artificial electromagnetic fields (EMFs) may play a role in disrupting our sleep by suppressing the body’s production of melatonin, the key regulator of sleep.

EMF (electromagnetic field) should be considered a harmful invader to your body, just like any other environmental toxin. It interferes with your health at the cellular level because you are actually an electrical being. Your body is a complex communication device where cells, tissues, organs and organisms all “talk” with finely tuned bio-electrical transmitters and receivers. 1

    SEVERAL TYPES OF EMF:

    1. Static Electric Fields: These are made up of static electricity caused by ions released from synthetic materials in your home. When combined, they can make you feel unwell, which underscores the importance of choosing natural materials for your furniture, cabinetry, flooring and other building supplies.
    2. Power Frequency: This includes the wiring in your walls, electrical outlets, extension cords, lamps, and other electricity sources. They produce electric fields that essentially turn your body into a large antenna and interfere with your cells’ ability to communicate with one another. A bedroom disrupted with power frequency is especially unhealthy to sleep in, as cells cannot regenerate properly, potentially leading to insomnia and other diseases.
    3. Power Frequency Magnetic Fields: These are caused by building wiring errors and also when power lines to your home run underground near your sleeping area. An electrical panel box located on a wall near your sleeping area or even a refrigerator or TV located on the other side of the wall from where you sleep can also lead to power frequency magnetic fields.
    4. Radiofrequency/Communications: This includes a broad range of cordless phones, WiFi, wireless devices, cell phones and cell phone towers, all of which can interfere with your health.

It’s during sleep that your body regenerates and detoxifies, so you want your bedroom to be a sleeping sanctuary with very low EMF risks. It’s a given that you’re going to be exposed to varying levels of EMF during your waking hours, so giving your body a break during the night is really important.

The good news is there are all sorts of ways to reduce our exposure in our sleep areas. (Better: When I understood the potential of our devices to disrupt our sleep I was motivated to make these changes.)

    1. We turned the router off.
This simple step can go a long way toward reducing your nighttime exposure. Ideally, it’s optimal to transition to wired computers and eliminate Wi-Fi altogether, but turning off the router is an excellent first step. If you have a hard time remembering, put the router on a timer that will turn it off at the same time each night. If you must be near an active router either at night or during the day, consider a router guard.
    2. We removed the cordless phone and replaced it with a corded landline.
Cordless DECT (Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications) phones emit high levels of microwave radiation. Most of the hazardous EMFs come from the base station, which is powered 24 hours a day. The antennas radiate these fields for hundreds of feet and are much like having a mini cell phone tower in your room. If a corded phone is not an option, move the base station to another area of the home, keeping the charged handset in the room with you at least six feet from your body. This simple change has made the biggest difference for me as I was the one sleeping next to it.Similarly, cell phones are best kept away from your sleeping area. Invest in a battery-operated clock if an alarm is needed.
    3. We moved as many electrical devices as possible away our sleeping area.
I keep one small lamp next to my bed. I have removed everything else. If possible, remove radios, TVs, answering machines, VCRs, lamps, computers, etc. If you must have any of these, keep them at least six feet from your body and unplug them before sleep. The International Institute for Building-Biology & Ecology (IIBBE) recommends removing televisions entirely as they still emit fields when unplugged.
    4. We eliminated electronic media two hours before bedtime.
In the study Using Electronic Media Before Sleep Can Curtail Sleep Time and Result in Self-Perceived Insufficient Sleep, those who used very little media before bedtime reported better sleep than those who indicated heavy media use. If you do read on a device before bedtime, consider using blue-light filtering glasses. Most devices emit blue light that suppresses melatonin. These are affordable and readily available online. I use my orange glasses every night!
    5. Consider cutting the power supply to your bedroom at night.
While unplugging electronic devices can help, you might consider turning off the circuit breaker that provides power to your sleeping area. If you’re not sure which one it is, switch off each circuit until you find it. You can also invest in a demand switch or cut-off switch that automatically cuts the flow of electricity to the room when there is no demand for it. If your breaker is in an easy to reach place, it can be a simple habit to just turn off the bedroom breakers before you go to sleep.

There are many other steps you can take to improve the  EMF (electromagnetic) environment in your sleeping area.

  • The Immune System Complex and Not Completely Understood

“We don’t know what caused it (the paralysis or the SIDs death), but it wasn’t the vaccines.” These are comments made by media, by doctors, by individuals who hold tightly to the belief that vaccines are life-saving and beneficial and should be mandated for all.

“Science is settled!” they shout ignoring the apparent connection of damage and injury to vaccinations for some individuals.

If science is considered settled, then it is no longer studied objectively and by definition can no longer be considered science.

54% of our children are suffering from chronic illness and disease.  And OBVIOUSLY there much we are doing wrong! Obviously, following the USDA for diet and the FDA for protection from toxins and CDC recommendations for protection from disease is failing us.

For example, doctors often can’t tell you why your child has allergies, asthma, Celiac disease, diabetes, eczema, multiple sclerosis, POTS, SIDS, or thyroid problems, etc., There is much we don’t know about the developing the immune system.
