Stop Medical Kidnap – HB 821
In the wake of the #MedicalKidnap of Baby Cyrus (See Freedomman.org), several legislators have expressed the need for parental rights protection written into the statute. Well, the legislation has been written (see below) and now needs to be heard and voted upon!

- PARENTAL AUTHORITY: We have a biblical responsibility for our children. Regardless of the family stance in medical intervention, it is a God-given right of parents to determine the modality that they use to pursue wellness for their children. PARENTAL RIGHTS come from God. Even under the most supreme intentions, no government department or hospital staff member should attempt to circumvent parental responsibility
- PARENTAL AUTHORITY: Protected as a Constitutional Right.
- MEDICAL TREATMENT & INFORMED CONSENT: These are never black and white; they are multifaceted decisions that need to be weighed with informed consent by parents.
- MEDICAL TREATMENT DOES NOT GUARANTEE HEALTH. Conventional medical treatments are not a “gold standard,” nor do they the one-size-fits-all treatment that results in 100% success.
- MEDICAL ERRORS are now the 3rd leading cause of death nationwide, as John’s Hopkins University reported in 2016. ACCORDING TO THE CDC’S DATA, the U.S. also has the world’s highest infant mortality rate.

***BABY CYRUS IS BACK!***

Unfortunately, the fight is not over. Levi and Marissa only have Cyrus with them because they agreed to a measure of state oversight and intrusion. Meaning, CPS has to go with them to all appointments and have unlimited access to “pop in” on Levi and Marissa unannounced and all that. If they decide they don’t like any little thing, they can kidnap him again. But the most important thing is that Cyrus is with Marissa and Levi NOW. His health and wellbeing depend on it!

The adjudicatory hearing is on April 8th, and if we don’t continue this fight non-stop through then, it is still possible for the state to take him away again! 🥺

However, for now, we just want to celebrate the blessing of having Baby Cyrus back with his parents. Only through Jesus Christ and his mercy and by your constant, unceasing prayers and support, have we been able to witness this miracle!

We will send you more updated information tomorrow, including an important update regarding a momentous rally we are planning for next week (clear your calendar for March 26th)—but for now, let’s just celebrate together and give God thanks!

H491 Protection from Mandates and Security of Medical Privacy

H0491 This legislation establishes provisions regarding mandates and use of force with any vaccination, immunization, genetic modulation, or inoculation of any person. Further, this legislation adds a new section regarding medical privacy and confidentiality, and that medical information cannot be used in employment except for the purposes of drug testing. – This bill is sponsored by Tammy Nichols.

No Medical Discrimination!

In the 2022 Session, there is a bill H 0632 that protects individuals from being denied necessary medical services. The Idaho Covid tracking website has stated that 924,223 People are fully vaccinated**, with an additional 110,000 people receiving one dose of the vaccine. This bill will protect the small minority of individuals who have chosen not to participate in the experimental ‘vaccine’ from being denied necessary medical treatment.

Ok, who here is from CA and experienced the removal of vax exemptions for your children and o attend school?
How many of you moved here to flee the state that you lived in but had turned against you when it came to your parental rights and health freedom?

I remember watching your legislative session where your philosophical exemption was removed. I watched hours of testimony and cried with you. I watched you plead for your rights and saw your words fall on the deaf ears of a cold legislature. I saw how the shenanigans of changing up the committee after testimonies but before the vote changed the possible outcome of the vote. I learned that day that what the government giveth the government can take away. This was when I knew that my own children were in danger of losing the liberty I had enjoyed.

My California friends have now lost religious exemptions for their children and doctors won’t give medical exemptions for fear of losing their licenses.

If ID passes H415 ID workers will be headed for the same fate as the children of CA.

Out of fear and desperation, we can not settle for this crumb bill (trading our rights for privileges) that the government will eventually take away.

Email the Senate and tell them to VOTE NO on H421. Our legislators want to pass protection for you but this is not it.

Legislature Reconvenes UPDATES On Vaccine Mandate Bills
Today was a VERY BUSY DAY. Here is the run down and a summary of what happened. All the bills brought to the Ways and Means Committee were printed and then distributed to other committees for debate and voting. The good bills, such as H411, were assigned to the Health and Welfare Committee. Chairman Fred Wood HID all day long so as not to be seen by the public. He showed up at 5 pm just before adjournment of the House. He has not called the Health and Welfare Committee to convene to allow the bills to be heard.

This is a critical power play. Without the Health and Welfare Committee hearing the bills they will simply die. Learn more from Miste, Sarah and Glenneda in this quick update:

Bills are being added to committee schedules as of publication. The public is supposed to receive 24 hours to review the bills and suppose to be given the option of testimony on the bill. Already we are seeing they are limiting testimony to 30 minutes from the public. They haven’t provided even an hour to review the bills they are voting upon. To keep up with what is going on in the Legislature it’s important to visit the Legislative Website on a regular basis.
