    Your Right To Opt Out

When my family and I moved to Emmett, Idaho, we were chasing our dream of homesteading and growing our own organic food. The quaint, country town seemed like the perfect escape from city life. However, we soon discovered that Gem County has a Mosquito Abatement District, something we hadn’t known before moving here.

A few years into our homesteading journey, we began to notice some alarming changes. Initially, the fogging seemed sporadic, but gradually, the frequency and intensity of spraying increased. It became impossible to ignore. Our once-thriving garden stopped producing, despite our commitment to organic practices. Our broody ducks could no longer hatch their fertilized eggs, and our chickens started suffering from paralysis, eventually dying.

The real shock came when our own health began to deteriorate. Previously, we were rarely sick, thanks to our holistic lifestyle. But now, we experienced dizzy spells, headaches, nausea, coughing, and major respiratory issues. Desperate for answers, I started investigating the chemicals used by the Gem County Mosquito Abatement District. After much persistence, I finally obtained the chemical labels and safety data sheets. What I found was horrifying.

The weekly fogging in Gem County involves the use of Permethrin, a chemical with a 300-foot swath. Our one-acre property is surrounded on three sides by roads and driveways where the abatement trucks spray. According to the National Pesticide Information Center, Permethrin can cause lung irritation, difficulty breathing, headaches, dizziness, nausea, and vomiting. It lingers on plant leaves for 1-3 weeks and can remain in produce for 30-120 days after application. Moreover, it is highly toxic to cats, dogs, fish, and bees.

As if that wasn’t bad enough, we had chickens that were getting paralysis and couldn’t walk and ended up dying. But the big kicker was that fact that our family started to have serious health issues. Prior to moving here we were rarely ever sick. We are a holistic-minded family and work very hard at being as healthy as possible. We started having dizzy spells, headaches, nausea, coughing and major respiratory issues, which we still continue to have today. That’s when I started digging and discovered that the Gem County Mosquito Abatement uses harmful chemicals to abate. After much research and hassle with the Gem County Abatement Board, they finally released to me the chemical labels and safety data sheets. Most of the chemicals have trade secret ingredients, which means no one really knows what’s in the chemicals and the side effects that they may have. I was in shock!

What I discovered is that the abatement truck fogging that is done weekly, sometimes twice a week, here in Gem County all summer long uses Permethrin to kill adult mosquitoes. This chemical has a 300ft swath. My one acre property gets it on all 3 sides because they abate every road and driveway. According to the National Pesticide Information Center, Permethrin is harmful if breathed in. It causes irritation of the lungs, nose, difficulty breathing, headaches, dizziness, nausea and vomiting. It also stays on plant leaves for 1-3 weeks and studies have shown trace amounts of Permethrin in produce 30 – 120 days after planting. It also effects cats, dogs and is highly toxic to fish and bees.

The Alarming Truth About PermaSense 4-4 and Mosquito Abatement Chemicals

Here are some concerning realities surrounding PermaSense 4-4 and the chemicals used in mosquito abatement programs. Firstly, let’s address the elephant in the room: PermaSense 4-4, a product designed to combat mosquitoes, is actually prohibited for use in Florida, according to its own product label. This begs the question: why would a state known for its warm climate and mosquito prevalence ban such a product? The answer lies in the concerning ingredients it contains. One of the key components of PermaSense 4-4 is Petroleum Distillate, a substance that is insoluble, meaning it does not dissolve in water. Instead, it settles in the sediment of lakes, ponds, and rivers, potentially causing long-term environmental damage.

But that’s not all – Petroleum Distillate has been linked to respiratory issues, dizziness, headaches, vomiting, and skin and eye irritation, raising serious concerns about its impact on human health. If that wasn’t alarming enough, the abatement process itself employs a staggering array of up to nine different chemicals, some classified as adulticides (targeting adult mosquitoes) and others as larvicides (targeting mosquito larvae). These chemicals are applied through various methods, including quad or aerial drones, truck fogging, and aerial planes, blanketing vast areas with potentially harmful substances.

One of the most concerning chemicals used in this process is Naled (Dibrom), a known carcinogen that is aerially sprayed from planes. Dibrom breaks down into Dichlorvos, another carcinogenic compound. According to the International Agency for Research on Carcinogens, laboratory tests have shown that Dichlorvos can cause leukemia and pancreatic cancer, raising grave concerns about the long-term health implications of exposure to these chemicals.
    Sources:

According to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the aerial spraying of Dibrom can travel up to one-half mile from the application site, potentially exposing a vast area to its toxic effects. The agency further warns that Dibrom is moderately to highly toxic to birds and fish, posing a severe threat to the delicate ecosystems it touches. But the dangers don’t stop there. In tests conducted on birds, Dibrom has been shown to reduce egg production and hatching success, potentially disrupting the fragile balance of nature. Similarly, growth tests on fish have revealed the detrimental effects of this chemical, casting a dark shadow over the health of our aquatic environments.

As an organophosphate, Dibrom’s impact on human health is equally concerning. Exposure to this chemical can lead to a nightmarish array of symptoms, including headaches, muscle twitching, nausea, diarrhea, difficulty breathing, depression, seizures, and even loss of consciousness. These effects are not mere inconveniences but potentially life-threatening conditions that demand our utmost attention. Adding to the growing list of concerns is the presence of Naphthalene in Dibrom.

According to the EPA, Naphthalene is classified as a possible human carcinogen, and the state of California has included it on its Proposition 65 list of known carcinogens, further underscoring the grave risks associated with this chemical.Sources:

After all this research and knowing that my family and property have been having harmful side effects, I decided to contact the Gem County Abatement and tell them I do not want to be fogged or sprayed. I was met with great opposition by the manager of GCMAD. I was told that these chemicals are safe and effective and they are spraying according to the EPA safety levels. I explained my concerns along with other people who are having similar issues. We even attended a GCMAD meeting to express our concernment of the side effects from these chemicals. The board cut us off when we were talking, and GCMAD has an attorney that told us that we are no longer allowed to ask questions about the chemicals.
Since that meeting last September the GCMAD board has not addressed our questions.

After continued emails to the manager of the GCMAD we were told that we can opt out of abatement if we filled out their form. I read their form and felt it was far overreaching concerning my property rights. They proceeded to present the Idaho Law to me saying they have every right to come onto my property.

Idaho’s Mosquito Abatement Laws Spark Debate Over Public Health and Private Property Rights

Many Idahoans are voicing concerns over the state’s mosquito abatement laws, citing potential conflicts between public health measures and personal liberties, including property rights. The controversy centers around Title 39-2804, which grants abatement districts broad authority to conduct mosquito control measures, even on private property. According to the law, abatement districts have the power to “come on [one’s] land and abate” mosquitoes, with limited options for property owners to opt-out.

While residents can choose to forgo adulticide truck fogging and larvicide treatments, they are reportedly prohibited from opting out of aerial spraying, a practice that has raised concerns among some citizens.”I was told that by no means are we allowed to opt out of aerial spray,” said Emmett resident who has been researching the issue. “This law seems to conflict with our constitutional rights to protect our property and secure our safety.”

The Idaho Constitution, Article 1, guarantees the right of “enjoying and defending Life, Liberty; acquiring, possessing and protecting property; pursuing happiness and securing safety.” However, Title 39-2804 appears to grant abatement districts the authority to monitor private property and conduct treatments if deemed necessary, regardless of the owner’s wishes.”By signing the abatement district’s form and agreeing to Title 39, they essentially have the right to come onto my land and abate, even if I’ve opted out,” Doe explained. “This raises concerns about government overreach.”Critics of the law also point to potential trespassing concerns, citing Idaho’s Trespass Law, Title 18-7008, which defines trespassing as “entering upon or over real property either in person or by causing any object, substance or force to go upon or over real property.” Aerial spraying, they argue, could be interpreted as a form of trespassing. Environmental concerns have also been raised, with some arguing that the indiscriminate elimination of insects disrupts delicate ecosystems and could lead to unintended consequences. Additionally, the potential contamination of groundwater and soil from chemical treatments has sparked fears about long-term health risks. Despite repeated attempts to engage with state officials, representatives, and local authorities, concerned citizens like Doe have encountered resistance and closed doors. As the debate intensifies, calls for transparency, public discourse, and potential amendments to Title 39-2804 are growing louder. The clash between public health measures and personal liberties promises to be a contentious issue in the coming months.

A Call to Action for Idahoans: Embracing Knowledge and Safeguarding Our Future

Fellow Idahoans, the time has come for us to heed the lessons of history and take a stand against the potential perils that lurk in the shadows of our mosquito abatement practices. We cannot afford to remain complacent, for the consequences of inaction could be dire.Let us not forget the cautionary tale of DDT, a pesticide once heralded as a safe and effective solution, only to be banned by the EPA in 1972 due to its devastating effects on the environment, wildlife, and human health. The scars left by this chemical serve as a grim reminder of the price we pay for ignorance and blind trust.

We cannot, in good conscience, wait another 50 years to uncover the potential side effects of the chemicals currently in use. To do so would be to gamble with the well-being of our communities, our children, and the very land that sustains us.

Knowledge, as Rachel Carson so eloquently stated, is power. “It is the public that is being asked to assume the risks that the insect controllers calculate. The public must decide whether it wishes to continue on the present road, and it can do so only when in full possession of the facts.”

Idahoans, we have an obligation to demand transparency, to seek out the truth, and to make informed decisions that prioritize our health, our safety, and the preservation of our natural wonders. We cannot turn a blind eye to the potential consequences of the chemicals raining down upon our properties, seeping into our soil, and contaminating the very air we breathe. In the words of Jean Rostand, “The obligation to endure gives us the right to know.”

We have endured enough uncertainty, enough closed doors, and enough dismissal of our concerns. It is time to raise our voices, to demand answers, and to chart a new course – one that embraces sustainable practices, responsible stewardship, and a unwavering commitment to the well-being of our communities and our environment.Let us not be remembered as the generation that stood idly by, ignoring the lessons of the past. Instead, let us be the catalysts for change, the torchbearers of knowledge, and the guardians of a future where our children can thrive without fear of unseen dangers.

Idahoans, the time to act is now. Join me in this call to action, for together, we can forge a path toward a safer, healthier, and more sustainable tomorrow.

WATCH BELOW OR ON OUR RUMBLE CHANNEL

Hello, my health freedom, loving friends, Misty Karlfeldt here with Health Freedom Idaho. And I’m here with my bestie and partner in health freedom, Sarah Clendenon. We will give you a little wrap-up of what we did this year with Health Freedom, Idaho. There is a lot to talk about. So, let’s talk about our big victory.

Sarah, so exciting. Our big victory with the daycare statute. Tell everybody what we did. Yes, so in the 2023 legislative session earlier this year, we successfully added the language for daycares in addition to schools. Now all licensed Idaho daycares have to tell parents anytime they’re talking about the vaccine requirements.

They are now required to tell parents that they have a right to an exemption if they would prefer to do that instead of the vaccine requirements. So a huge, huge win. This was definitely a gap that I’ve been wanting to close because we know, you know, parents are hit up for the vaccine conversation when a baby is born in the hospital.

And then, you know, we had been addressing it at the school level when they start kindergarten, but there was this time in between, between birth and kindergarten where some Idaho kids are going to daycares. And that was a place where I was hearing from parents that they were being bullied again. You know, which we know is coming all the way down from the Department of Health and Welfare.

They were holding the licenses of daycares over those daycares’ heads and saying, and I know because this happened to me personally; this was one of the reasons I got into the fight. They were telling parents if they don’t have their children fully vaccinated and submitting all those records they’re not welcome in our daycare.

And that is not what Idaho law says. So, this year we were able to add that language. Acknowledging the parents have the right to be exempt and making it a requirement of the daycares to tell parents, huge shout out to Senator Scott Herndon from District One, he did a fantastic job. I was so impressed.

    Scott Herndon, District 1

He did all the research. He was very well versed on the entire issue. He presented it fantastically in committee and on the floor. Amazing job. Amazing. Yeah. So exciting. Really so exciting. I mean, when we look around the country, people are losing ground when it comes to their health freedom and their vaccine exemptions.

And in Idaho, we’ve been gaining ground. Yeah. Strengthening them, educating parents, making sure that they know. And in our state, we still have all three. A lot of states have only one or two left, if any. Not in Idaho, all three exemptions, medical and philosophical and religious, all three. Yay. Right. And well, and by statute, it just says we can just opt out.

Yes. Well, I mean, I don’t even, I don’t even want them to, you know, narrow it down to these three reasons. It’s like, I just opt out for whatever reason I want. And we don’t have to do the state form. I mean, I think it’s just been years and years of us. Like I feel like a broken record just saying like, you don’t even have to sign that state form.

You can literally write on a napkin. My child’s exempt. The end. That’s it. I really love that we, that we get to do that. I actually just helped a parent with that recently. And she’s like, really? Yeah, no form. I would not use the form because I don’t want the state to tell me what my statement is. (Vaccine Exemption Article from HFI)

I’ll draft my own statement. Thank you very much. Exactly right. Yep. And just that knowledge opens up parents understanding of what their rights are. They’re like, Oh wait, that’s right. I don’t want somebody else to write my statement. Exactly right. We’ve done a really great job with that. We’ve been working on it for years.

And I look forward to what we have next. And I agree with you, Senator Scott Herndon totally was just awesome on it. Of course, this is the House and he’s awesome. Yeah, he’s brilliant. Amazing. Okay.

So some of the other things that we did this year in 2023. Oh my goodness. I went all over the state with the CPS presentation and you always opened it for me and told everybody in the room, our legislation, what we’ve been working on, what we’ve done, where we’re going, which was awesome.

And then I got to follow that up with what to do. If CPS comes to your door, empowering parents. And I have to tell you guys, if you haven’t seen that presentation. You need to have it in person and you know, I’ve been so silenced on social media that I’ve really had to take this thing on the road and talk to parents in person and that actually has been one of the best things because I get to see parents face to face, I get to hear their stories.

I get to tell them what I’ve seen work or hasn’t worked. I’m definitely not a, an attorney, so I don’t give legal advice, but I can tell you what I have seen work and what I haven’t seen work and parents feel empowered. I had one dad come to me afterwards and I, I’m always really rung out after I give the CPS presentation.

It’s hard, it’s really hard and painful, but I had one dad come up to me after a presentation and he said that he thought that maybe his wife would actually leave the house and go to the grocery store. She’s actually been. So fearful of what to do. If CPS comes to their door, she’s a homeschool mom. She doesn’t vaccinate her kids.

She has all these vulnerabilities and she’s been afraid. And she actually had hope that like, okay, now that I know what to do, I feel empowered. And again, it’s not legal advice. It’s just what I’ve seen work and I’ve seen it work time and time again. So getting to empower the parents of Idaho so that they’re not caged in their house in fear and they can go out and empower their children.

What to do also has been really, really awesome experience. Idahoans are awesome by the way, and getting to go all over the state and meet, meet Idaho parents and wherever they’re from that are now Idahoans or longtime Idahoans. It’s really, really awesome people. It’s been a great blessing in my life to do, to do that.

And then we brought Zapped to Meridian and to Idaho Falls. So that was really cool. And then we’ve participated in other events in booths and gosh, all kinds of Patriot events, which has been really fun. Yeah. It’s been a fun year. Yeah. It really has more Patriot groups. Gosh, when we started in 2015, I don’t know.

There was just not as many groups and organized freedom lovers. And now they’re really. It is so many groups and organized freedom lovers. And so it’s really fun to participate in each other’s events and to be invited to speak at different events or have a booth at different events. And then we all get together and it’s like family.

It’s really awesome. It has been. And you’re right. It’s, it’s amazing to watch people moving in from out of state or people that have been here a long time that are finally like realizing they need to get active. And it has been, I mean, we’ve, yeah, like you said, we’ve done events like in Nampa, we did that, We The Patriots.

I was just thinking about that one again, amazing speakers brought in from all over the country. Just, oh, such great opportunities to meet these like health freedom fighters from all over the country. It’s such an honor to have them come here. It was awesome. Really is gosh, we, the Patriots put on a great event.

That was fun to be a part of that. And I think the biggest fun, and it can’t go without talking about was the Independence Day parade. Oh, yes. Oh, my goodness. That was an experience. Oh, my goodness. Well, we decided to definitely exercise our Second Amendment rights at the Independence Day parade. And gosh, who knew that would be so controversial?

I mean, that whole thing was just such an interesting, like, chain of events that I feel like was definitely a God thing. I mean, we signed up for it, like, when there, it was not a controversial thing. We just thought, oh, they’re doing, you know, finally, the Fourth of July parade has been brought back to Boise.

We’re gonna definitely have a float. I mean, if anybody’s gonna have one, Health Freedom Idaho should. So we did this amazing float. We bought gowns and dressed as founding mothers, like Abigail Adams and Martha Washington. And we had so much fun with it and our kids were part of it. It was amazing. And then it sort of turned into this situation there right like the day or two before the parade.

All of a sudden, there was this. on open carrying in the parade. And anybody who knows me knows the minute you tell me not to do something, I’m definitely going to do it. So of course we, you know, we were like, well, this is, this is happening. We have every right to carry. We have every right to defend ourselves.

We have every right to defend our children and we’re going to exercise it. And that turned into kind of a thing. I mean, we did carry, there are lots of pictures and videos out there of us with our. Firearms on our person in the parade and it was great. It was awesome. It looked fun. The people loved it We had way more cheers than anything else We were able to educate we had audio of the declaration playing on our float, which was fantastic I think I was surprised to find that a lot of people were not familiar with what the actual language of our Declaration of Independence says and in fact Some people kind of took offense to the audio that we were playing, not realizing that that is literally the day they were celebrating is our day of independence.

And that was our declaration of independence. So I was kind of blown away by that. And just, yeah, we had a lot more cheering than anything else. And I’m happy to see that patriotism and defining and defending the Second Amendment is alive and well, even in Boise. Yeah. And then we had them stop shooting us.

If you guys haven’t seen that, we are really awesome. Stop shooting us with a syringe of black and white stickers. And so the kids were like passing them out to the other kids in the parade. It was really great fun. And if you missed the controversy, you should probably check it out on our website.

Cause we did a an article about it. We have a video about it and how the news really conveniently stopped recording the parade as we were coming across and really conveniently started recording again after we went by. Yeah. Very abruptly went to break. Like it was obviously not a planned break and the minute Arslo came into view, they were like, Oh, cut the feed.

Yeah. Yeah. It was like being scrambled and then it like went to commercial. Oh my gosh. How do you know you’re doing something right? They’re like so afraid for people to understand that they have, that they own their own body, that they have bodily autonomy, and that health freedom is alive and well in Idaho.

And oh my goodness, so is the Second Amendment. Imagine that. Imagine that. That was great fun. So if you haven’t seen it, check it out on the website or just go to Twitter. I think you’ll find us in our gowns with our ARs in the back. And we were having a blast. I thought it was great. It was a fabulous day.

It was so much fun. Who knew it would be so controversial, but it was great fun. And then to wrap up the year, we had a Christmas party that was just. It was like everything I wanted it to be. What about you? Oh my gosh. It was so great. So fun. I just love, like you were saying, when all the Patriots get together, it’s like a family reunion.

Like, it just felt like a big Christmas family dinner. Like, I just, I just love everybody that comes to our stuff and like—spending the evening with them. And we had your son with his live music, which was so great. He’s so talented and amazing. Then we had this amazing DJ who did a dance party for us.

Oh my gosh. And the venue was gorgeous. It was perfect. It was just perfection. Now we’ve got a venue that I think we can use for a symposium, you know, in 2020. We had to cancel our symposium and then we’ve been a little bit like shy to go ahead and do another symposium because there’s always this threat of, you know, is it coming back?

Are they going to require things? Well, we finally found a venue with an owner who says we won’t comply with any unconstitutional edicts. My heart exploded. I know, love it. So let’s get something planned for another symposium and get some speakers in here because we’ve made some really great connections.

JAN 17 – the upcoming day at the Capitol in Idaho where people can come and learn about the legislative process. There will be tours of the Capitol building and a mock hearing where people can practice testifying. The goal is to make the people feel comfortable and familiar with the process so they can actively participate in their government. Treats will also be provided in the morning. Tenative Schedule is Tours at 10 am and 2 pm with a mock hearing at Noon.

We have some really great friends that I know we can bring in easily and help educate Idaho. So keep the ball rolling in the right direction, gaining ground on our health freedom. Absolutely. For sure. So then we have the day at the Capitol coming up, Sarah. Yes. So, every year in January, we do a day at the Capitol where we invite anybody who wants to come.

Anybody, everybody, new Idahoans, old Idahoans, everything. We do a couple tours. I do a tour in the morning and a tour in the afternoon. So if you’re only able to be there for half of the day or the other half, we can do a tour. Two different tours, and I take you all the way from the bottom floor, the basement level of our Capitol, where all of our bill hearings are in committee, all the way up as far as they’ll let us go.

Sometimes we get to walk on the House floor, on the Senate floor, one year they were letting the kids sit up in the Speaker’s desk with the gavel, I mean, you never know how it’s gonna go. And then in the middle of the day, during the lunch hour, we are going to do a mock hearing. And so that will be in West Wing 17, that’s the Senate side of the building, the West side.

Where we will have a committee of real actual representatives and senators that have volunteered to sit on our mock committee. And we will have one of us act as a representative carrying a bill. Introduce a real bill draft. That’s one of my, one of the ones on my list this year. And then we’re going to let people practice testifying.

And that’s any ages. Last year we had a whole big group of homeschool kids, which was so great. We got to let the kids practice. I think that’s such an amazing homeschool lesson. It’s an amazing lesson for any kids. I know for me, like I grew up in another state and I’m still to this day, never been to the Capitol in that state at all.

Which blows my mind because we’re blessed to be in a place where, like, I, I just feel so great to be, like, right down the road from the Capitol. Like, my kids are so at home at the Capitol that they’ll just, like, run off and, like, do their own thing. And, like, they’re just so, like, familiar with it. And that’s how it’s supposed to be.

That is the people’s house. Like, the people should be there. The kids should be familiar with it. The kids should know what it feels like to be in a committee hearing and to testify and to learn these things. We can’t have a representative form of government Where our representatives are hearing from the people if the people don’t even understand the process aren’t familiar with the building I mean all the things so we’re trying to really Make it so that the people can come there and feel comfortable and understand the process and feel good with with it So that’s what this day is all about.

So treats in the morning We’ll have a table set up on the first floor of the rotunda right in the center in the big circle And then like I said, we’ll probably have a 10 o’clock. We’ll finalize the schedule here, but a 10 o’clock tour that will start at our table in the rotunda and then a 12 noon mock hearing in West Wing 17, and then a 2 o’clock tour, same thing, starts at our table on the first floor of the rotunda, and then we’ll just kind of wrap up the day after that, probably 3, 3.30ish. Yeah, these, these are really awesome. I mean, Sarah really gives it her all. So if you know people who are wanting to get involved, let them know this is the time to come. All they have to do is sign up for our emails at healthfreedomidaho. com. A little dropdown will come, put your email address in there and you will get the information about this day.

So help us spread the word, help us get people there because educated people will take part in defending their Liberty here in Idaho. I know a lot of people have moved. To Idaho in order to be free. Well, it takes, it takes action. Vigilance. To stay free. Yeah, keep on it. And it can’t just be us because it’s just not enough if it’s just us.

Yes. So so help us get people there. Also let your legislators know that you’re going to be there and see if you can arrange a time to meet with them while you’re there. Get them to the noon mock hearing so that they can hear one of our bills that’s going to be taking place. And they can see what the people are saying about it already.

It’s a perfect time to get to know your legislator. Let them know that you’re there. You’re at the Capitol. You’re an active participant in your liberty. And have them meet you there in the Lincoln Auditorium. Right. The Lincoln Auditorium. No, it’s in West Wing 17. It’s actually one of the committee hearing rooms.

Oh, okay. West Wing 17. It was so fun. I got to be in the mock hearing as a legislator. That’s probably the closest I’ll ever get to actually being a legislator because I really don’t want to be. But it was fun to pretend to be one. Yeah, no, and it was so great. And you guys up there did such a great job and were asking questions of those people testifying, which is.

Such good practice because that happens in real hearings. I’ve been up there You know multiple times and you finish your three minutes and you’re like, okay i’m done No, they want to like actually interact with you. And so that’s such good practice and it’s Yeah, that’s like, I think sometimes the most important part of the committee’s hearing from the people is when they’re able to like actually stand there and ask, you know, question and answer and have a back and forth.

Yeah, it’s really good practice for that. And everybody tells me they, they’re getting, they’ll get the nerves. Like they don’t know how it goes back and forth. Right. Right. Acknowledge then you, then you ever speak through the chairman and all that is such good practice. Yeah. Good practice. So then you, of course, you’re going to be nervous.

Yeah. Of course. I still get nervous, not to the same degree because I, I view it a little bit differently than I did the first year of, but you know, you’re always going to be a little bit nervous, but you also see just kind of the flow. And you’ll also see that they hold your hand through it. They totally do.

Yeah. They’re not like you didn’t go through the chair. Off with his head! No. And I mean, especially now, I mean, it’s gotten even better. Like, the people that are elected, so many of them are so amazing. They’re so great. They’ve been in our shoes before they got elected. I mean, they totally get it, and they’re so gracious and patient, and it’s really once you just do it a couple times, it’s not nearly as intimidating as it seems.

Yes. And when you realize these are just people too, they’re elected people who ran to serve you. Shift our mindset of like, they’re not our leaders. They’re our servants. They’re public servants. They’re there to serve you. So you have to let them know what you want. Right. We shift our mindset on that. I think that it helps us to just get up there and.

Speak from the heart for three minutes and say, this is why it’s important to me. Right? Yeah. No, definitely I mean, I know even for myself like there was a shift in like feeling like I was there to ask Feeling like I’m there to instruct and like that doesn’t mean not having to quorum it doesn’t mean not being polite, but there is a shift in your body language and your Your speech when you remember that those are your employees and you’re there to instruct them and that is their job is to, you know, listen to the people they’re supposed to represent us.

Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. You want more of this. So it’s our day at the Capitol. Yes. So it is Wednesday, January 17th. Awesome. And get on our email list so we can get all the information. Okay. So last thing is that, oh my gosh. So PayPal did the whole thing where they were saying, you know, whatever they were going to, whatever they were totally against patriots, obviously outing themselves as communists.

Yeah. Totalitarians. Yeah. So a lot of people, you know, ended their relationship with PayPal and rightly so. Yeah. And so with Health Freedom Idaho, we got a lot of notifications that people were ending their relationship with PayPal. And so that was ending their membership with Health Freedom Idaho. And then I think.

People forgot to go to the Health Freedom Idaho website, healthfreedomidaho. com, and re sign their membership. Some people did, some people didn’t. I think people were just really angry. Yeah. No, we included. PayPal. Yeah, that’s included. But. We still need you to be members. We need to be membership strong.

It’s 10 a year and helps us to pay all the things that we have to pay for, like the upcoming event, which costs money. And also getting the information out to you costs money, but more importantly, I’ve been really trying to save as much money as I can for the possibility of a lawsuit someday. And of course running a nonprofit takes money.

I don’t get paid. Sarah doesn’t get paid. We put that money away to use to educate Idahoans, to have events and to save up for a lawsuit. That’s really it. So if you can, please go to healthfreedomidaho. com and become a member for 10 a year. It’s really important to me and to Sarah that when we go to the Capitol and we say that we represent health freedom, Idaho, that we, we represent.

20, 000 members, 30, 000 members, right? They need to understand that when we go, we’re representing a large portion of of people that I know. So it’s really important. It’s 10 a year, especially if you can’t be at the Capitol and we are your voice, please sign up to be a member. Yes, absolutely. Please and thank you.

Yes. And any donation. Look we actually do accept bigger donations than 10 a year. But we actually limit it. We actually limit it to $1, 000 per person per year. We did that. We made that decision back in 2015 and we fought it through again in 2016 and we said we did not want anybody or any entity Influencing the way we help defend health freedom in Idaho.

I think that was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. Yeah. We don’t have anybody dictating to us because they’re like, Oh, well, we donated $20, 000. So this is how we want you to do it. That does not happen. Nope. It’s going to be a new year. And so $1, 000 per person. Is the cap and your $10 membership and and, and we love it that way because we just are not motivated by money.

No, we never have been. We’ve had goals along the way. We started with goals. Of course, our goals have changed as we’ve accomplished things over the years. And now we have new ones and it really is. Like what needs to be done. It’s not what some donor thinks is important. Yep. We are motivated by Liberty because that’s what we get paid in.

Just like that’s what you get paid in. That’s our motivation is pure Liberty, health freedom in Idaho, bodily autonomy, parental rights, all the good things. Yes. A free Idaho in the future for my kids. Yes. Okay. Well, that’s it. That’s the wrap up. We’ll see you at the day at the Capitol on January 17th. And please make sure that you are a member and you donate at healthfreedomidaho. com. That’s it. Merry Christmas, everybody, and Happy New Year.

  • Health Districts Hold Unlimited Power under 39-414

Unfortunately Idaho’s Health Code 39-414 grants staggering power to a select few, influencing every aspect of your life without you even realizing it. Imagine a world where compliance with health mandates could determine life-saving medical care access or even authorize separating families and shutting down businesses. Shocking, right? This isn’t a dystopian vision; it’s a sobering reality staring us in the face.

    https://hfi.designbyparrish.com/health-districts-hold-unlimited-power-under-39-414/

H 525 would amend Section 39-414, the Idaho Code, which defines the powers and duties of the boards of Idaho’s seven health districts. The current statute says the boards have the duty to “do all things required for the preservation and protection of the public health and preventive health. …”
Health Freedom Idaho is calling for a balanced approach of changing the wording to what is necessary is reasonable as this demands accountability. Safeguarding individual rights.

Can you believe the power our health districts have? It’s kind of crazy how they can make decisions that affect every part of our lives. We saw how a few individuals could destroy long standing businesses and companies by from shutting down the small shops (but allowing big box stores to operate). The health districts attempted to limit our freedom to travel, our ability to attend religious services and even took away our children’s ability to play at the park and attend school.

Ada County attempted to force mask mandates with the threat of fines and even imprisonment. https://idahofreedom.org/central-district-health-approves-jail-time-up-to-1000-fine-for-mask-non-compliance-in-ada-county/

It was completely out of control.

The Power to DO ALL THINGS is overly broad. Health Freedom Idaho is calling for a balanced approach of changing the wording to what is necessary is reasonable as this demands accountability. Safeguarding individual rights.

Picture this: following health mandates could end up deciding who gets life-saving medical care or, worse, splitting up families and closing down businesses. It’s not some dystopian nightmare; it’s happening right now.

We’re not just sitting around complaining, though. We’re rolling up our sleeves to tackle this issue in the 2024 Legislative Session. And guess what? We can’t do it alone.

    1. Contact your legislators and demand amendments to Idaho Code 39-414 that establish clear boundaries for health districts, ensuring that their actions are proportionate to the situation.
    2. Share your concerns with your friends, family, and community, encouraging them to join the cause.
    3. Stay informed and engaged with organizations and advocacy groups committed to safeguarding your rights and freedoms.

  • HFI Censored on Independence Day.

Here is the celebration they didn’t want you to see.

HFI was thrilled in April to hear the announcement that there would be an Independence Day parade this year in the city of Boise! It has been several years since this event has taken place. We were even more thrilled when we found out that the theme is honoring our Founding Fathers and Founding Mothers! If you have followed HFI for any length of time, you know we LOVE to talk about the Constitution ad nauseam. We also LOVE talking about the brilliance of the Founders. We filled out the application to host a float immediately.

HFI supporters, volunteers, and families came together to donate time, supplies, decorations, and beautiful costumes to pull off our beautiful float – one of many ways we hope we are giving a thank you to the work and bravery of the Founders and honoring their legacy. On this 247th birthday of the Declaration of Independence, we wanted to contribute to Boise’s parade and teach the future the importance of knowing and respecting our nation’s history.

But our float and our contribution to the parade almost did not happen. Just six days before the event, we received an email from the event organizer with an addendum to the parade rules. We had agreed to the rules in April when we completed the application, but this was a change to the stated rules.

    The addendum read,

“Additionally, in consultation with local public safety officials, the parade organizers add the following parade entry requirement, which all entries must follow:

No open carry of weapons or firearms will be permitted. The only exception to this is sworn law enforcement officers, uniformed military Honor Guard personnel, or those participating in an authorized armed Color Guard.

This additional parade entry requirement ensures the focus on the parade’s intent to celebrate our Nation’s founding safely. The parade organizers greatly appreciate your adherence to this amended entry requirement.”

The email indicated we must agree to this stipulation and sign and return the addendum to the organizer.

We were absolutely shocked and truly disappointed in this company, Outdoor Event Group. For a company to hold this parade over our heads, to tell us we must surrender our right to defend ourselves and our children, on INDEPENDENCE DAY of all days, in IDAHO of all places…. we were utterly dumbfounded. Our directors, Miste and Sarah, refused to sign such a disgraceful blatant violation of our rights. In that moment, we thought our hopes of a great float, a tribute to the founders on Independence Day, and a fun day were doomed. We thought we would be excluded.

Thankfully, Idahoans heard the news of this addendum to the rules when the Idaho Dispatch broke the story the night the email was sent to all organizations with a float entry. Gun owners and freedom lovers immediately got in contact with the parade organizer, the board that put on the parade, and the companies that were sponsoring the parade. They made their strong feelings of dissatisfaction with the addendum known. By the next morning, the addendum to the rules had been rescinded. We celebrated! Our float and our entry into the parade were back on!

We were so excited to get our float and ourselves all put together on the day of the parade. We arrived before 7 am so we could get all the decor in its place and our dresses on, and our kids dressed to join us. We represented the brilliance and bravery of Thomas Jefferson, John and Abigail Adams, George and Martha Washington, Benjamin Franklin, Betsy Ross, Mary Hays (Molly Pitcher), Alexander Hamilton, and all the other Founders whose memories we honor on America’sIndependence Day.

Our float was ready to go just after 8 am. The parade was scheduled to start at 10 am. We were able to get all dressed in our colonial-era gowns, dress the boys in their Revolutionary Blues with white powdered wigs, and our girls wore gowns and carried parasols.

Other parade participants, passersby, kids, and even a fire chief stopped to visit with us, take photos with us and of us, and rave about our float! We had a marching band next to us that was happy we offered them flags and patriotic pinwheels to include in their hats. It was so wonderful to be so well received!

During the parade our kids walked and skateboarded alongside our float. They handed out small American flags, pinwheels, fliers, and stickers to excited children.

One aspect of our float which was very important to us was the booming audio of the Declaration of Independence being read aloud in its entirety. The reason for the season! The document that created this great nation and the very reason for our celebration of Independence on July 4! We realize not many Americans read this precious document as often as we do, and we were very excited to play it for the crowd.

As we approached the front of our Idaho Capitol Building, it was so exciting and rewarding to hear our Health Freedom Idaho mission statement read aloud by the booming voice of Nate Shelman from KBOI. The crowd in front of the Capitol was large and amazing, we were so excited to hear their applause and encouragement! Idahoans love health freedom!

Later, after the parade, friends who were watching on TV notified us that the live feed on CBS2 stopped abruptly as HFI drew close to the Capitol and would have been in view of the camera. The TV feed interrupted the commentators who were speaking and after a long pause went to a commercial. You can see it here:

Thankfully the Idaho Dispatch was reporting live and caught the HFI float being announced. You can view that video here:

HFI Uncensored Footage of the Parade Seen In Person

Overall the day was wonderful. We had such a great time connecting with the crowd and celebrating our nation’s Independence and freedom. We were hot and exhausted, but energized by the outpouring of support and enthusiasm. We are eternally grateful to the Founding Fathers and Mothers who created this beautiful nation of liberty. We are so thankful for their reliance on God the Creator, and their brilliant writings that laid the framework for our God-given liberty to be protected in the most blessed nation on Earth.

Despite the controversy about who should and should not be allowed to participate in the parade, especially in regard to those of us who chose to open carry, we are thankful it came together the way it did and we were able to create our tribute to the Declaration of Independence, and the amazing people who pledged their lives, fortunes, and sacred honor to this country.

Please reach out to the Board who brought back this wonderful event after several years. Please thank them for all their work to make this happen. Please also thank them specifically for allowing Health Freedom Idaho to present a float in the celebration.

A special thank you to LeeJoe Lay for his assistance, our float would not have been possible without his contribution. Thank you to all who contributed supplies, time, and talents! Thank you also to Hyatt Place Hotel on 11th in downtown Boise. They allowed us to use space to change clothes and get ready. Thank you all!

Happy Independence Day from Health Freedom Idaho!

  • Smart Meters: Filing a Formal Complaint

Non-ionizing radiation from smart meters is transmitted continually 24/7 and penetrates the walls and into our homes, schools, and businesses; the radiation emitted from the power source is a cause for concern, especially for families with members who are elderly and the immune suppressed.

The radiation is a by-product of the power source and is emitted constantly. Over time, this radiation can wear down the cell’s protective exterior membrane, leading to cellular damage and DNA changes. The closer you are to the EMF source, the stronger the emission.

There is an extensive literature database with an inventory of 38,224 publications and 6,994 summaries of individual scientific studies on the effects of electromagnetic fields. Smart is a marketing term used by industry to psychologically steer consumers to adopt these devices — inferring “smart” is a good choice when it is not.  However, some people choose to opt out of smart meters as a precautionary measure.

Our bodies need a break from the wi-fi radiation we are constantly bathed in. Suppose smart meters and other devices are emitting radiation 24/7. In that case, it can be harmful to our cells, disrupt our circadian rhythm, and impair the required cell repair and regeneration while we sleep, which otherwise keeps us healthy.  The result is a toxic build-up that shows up sooner rather than later in some behavioral problems that look like ADD or Autism, sleep disruption, fatigue, headaches, dizziness, nausea, nosebleeds, skin rashes/flushing, and more.  The long-term accumulative effects may include cancers, infertility, genotoxicity, neurotoxicity, and more*Biological and Health Affects

    OPTION TO OPT-OUT

    Smart Meter Options in Idaho

Even if you’re concerned about the potential health effects of smart meters, it is not possible to opt out of having one installed in your home in Idaho. Idaho started rolling out smart meters in 2008, and by 2011, almost all of Idaho Power’s 485,000 customers had “smart” electric meters installed.

Most of Idaho utility companies will not offer opt-out programs that allow you to keep your analog meter or have a non-transmitting digital meter installed instead of a smart meter. While opting out may come with additional fees, it may be worth it if it provides peace of mind.

Final Thoughts Smart meters are a convenient way to monitor your home’s energy consumption and eliminate the need for manual meter readings. While there are concerns about the EMF radiation emitted from smart meters, the RF radiation is low and only transmitted for short periods of time.

Ultimately, the decision to opt out of a smart meter is a personal one. If you’re concerned about the potential health effects of EMF radiation, it’s worth researching and considering all options available to you.

  • Are we still in a free country?

In Idaho, a man sits in jail for six months for a peaceful 10-minute protest on a sidewalk in daylight. #FREEROBERTJONES

He was wrongfully arrested for Disturbing the Peace (1A-protected political protest) on -11-2021; Trial and Sentencing on 9-15-2022

Robert Jones, a good, selfless, and humble man and a true Patriot, was sentenced to 6 months in jail for exercising his First Amendment Rights by peacefully protesting on a public sidewalk in Boise. This is so disgusting and it’s happening right here in OUR Idahome.

    -Eva

SUPPORT ROBERT and our first amendment rights!

Support Robert! We hope he will be freed of his six-month sentence (for a 10-minute protest!) in time for Christmas so he can return home with his family.

Join us as we sit in the courtroom for the hearings this week: Dec 19 and 23, both at 2:30, Ada County Courthouse, Boise. We want more eyes on the judge and the court proceedings.

Stand against injustice by our Judicial system. Financially support his family: givesendgo.com/G6J75

    The Background of the Story

On September 15, Robert Jones was found guilty of disturbing the peace after a jury of six ignored the fact that the elements of the alleged crime had not been proven during deliberations. The jury even returned to the courtroom to ask the judge how to proceed as it was clear they lacked the evidence that the jury instructions told him they needed in order to convict.

Judge Susan Clark should have been fully aware that the jury lacked the necessary evidence to convict. Nonetheless, in defiance of law, reason, and logic, they found Robert guilty.

Judge Clark proceeded to sentence him. When Robert said that he would not consent to probation which included a Thinking Errors Class. Judge Clark responded by sentencing Robert to a maximum of six months in jail, which was the unjust conclusion to Roberts’s trial.

DENIED THE RIGHT TO A SPEEDY TRIAL.

Sentencing took place one year and nine months after his arrest, an unreasonably long period during which Robert was often denied access to the courts. His crime? Protesting. Because of a lack of access to the government, he protested on a public sidewalk. It was during daylight hours, exactly two years ago, and it lasted no more than 10 minutes.

It seems that his right to a speedy trial, his right to access the courts, and his first amendment protected right to political protest were all violated.

As of December 16, 2022, Robert will have served three months in Ada county jail. He was wrongly convicted and harshly sentenced. Because prisoners in Ada county jail are no longer allowed to receive visitors, Robert has seen his wife and family only by way of video calls.

    UPDATE FOR Monday, December 12

Robert appeared in court in person so that judge Susan Clark could hear and rule on the motion for reconsideration of sentence. It was a kangaroo court.

Follow up on the Robert Jones hearing today. The courtroom was packed–67 people came to support Robert. ❤ This was the hearing for Reconsideration of the Sentence, meaning there was a chance he would be released from his sentence and sent home today. That did not happen. And once again, justice did not happen.

A little background: on Friday, very late in the day, the prosecution filed an Opposition to the motion, to which Robert’s lawyer responded with a memorandum last night. Today Judge Clark explained, in keeping with the prosecution’s complaint, that the motion was unclear. She somehow didn’t understand what it was Robert wanted. Well, Robert’s sentence consists of court fees and six months in jail. That’s it.

The man is sitting in front of her, in shackles and jail clothes, and he is asking for Reconsideration of his Sentence under Idaho Criminal Rule 35, and the judge has received 25 affidavits from friends asking her to release him from jail, and she couldn’t figure out what he wants?
    No, she couldn’t.

She’d rather appear incompetent than have to reject him in front of all those people. Well done, you guys. ❤️🙏

    Facebook comment

Secondly, Robert was very bummed this evening. Very.

But he was also so very appreciative to see so many faces of people come to support him–both familiar faces and new ones.

He wants everyone to know that your standing with him matters. It brings more attention to the thing he is standing for–liberty. And furthermore, I think he was just really touched by all the support.

When he was first brought into the courtroom, there weren’t many people in there. He had NO IDEA that we were out in the hall, and when we were finally allowed to come in, he was blown away. But he also wasn’t allowed to turn around and look at us. When they finally took him out again through the side door, and we all shouted, “We love you, Robert,” and applauded, he wished he had said more or had time to say more. But those officers are quick. Still, we could see the gratitude all over his face.

It was suggested by the judge that this matter be revisited at Robert’s other hearing, which is already scheduled for Monday, December 19, at 2:30 (that’s to hear the Motion for Request of Stay of Sentence Pending Appeal). But that didn’t work for the prosecutor, who apparently likes to respond to things at the last possible moment and push out other people’s hearings as far as possible.

Therefore, the matter of Robert’s request for Reconsideration of Sentence will now be heard on Friday, December 23, at 2:30.PLEASE COME TO BOTH upcoming hearings!!!

First of all, it is possible that Judge Susan Clark found it difficult to reject Robert’s request outright with so many eyes on her today and that she thought she would kick it down the road to another day when fewer eyes would be on her. We need EYES ON HER!

    What else can you do?

Call the ACLU on Robert’s behalf?”

    ACLU could potentially:
    1. File an amicus brief to help Robert’s case;
    2. Represent Robert in suing the bad actors in government who wrongly arrested, prosecuted, denied access to the courthouse, etc.;
    3. Provide support to Robert’s lawyer;
    4. Ask for an injunction for relief of punishment should Judge Clark deny Robert’s request for a stay of sentence next week;
    5. Lend their name and clout to a case that deserves attention because Roberts’s First Amendment Right to political protest was denied repeatedly! Wrongfully arrested, wrongfully convicted, wrongfully imprisoned!

Please support Robert and the cause of Freedom, including our 1st and 2nd Amendment Rights.

Monday, December 19, at 2:30 (that’s to hear the Motion for Request of Stay of Sentence Pending Appeal) and Friday, Dec 23, both at 2:30, Ada County Courthouse, Boise.

  • STOP THE COVID SHOTS FOR SCHOOL

Despite a huge public outcry, consisting of more than 31,000 public comments posted on the CDC’s website, despite hundreds of experts warning of serious risks to children, the Centers for Disease Control has voted to add the Covid mRNA vaccine to the VFC Program, which provides free Vaccines for children and as well as add the COVID-19 vaccines for children as young as six months old to the new Child and Adolescent Immunization Schedules, which will be rolled out in February 2023. This will add 54 injections (72 antigens because of combined shots like MMR) to 72 injections (90 antigens.) Its nothing to do with health. This will allow the pharmaceutical companies to escape product liability which means the “emergency” can end, but the liability protection for the pharmaceutical companies continues.

More than a dozen states automatically add new CDC recommendations to their required schedule of vaccines for schools and daycares. There is information about vaccine laws and exemptions in every state here

TELL HEALTH DEPARTMENT NO! WE DON’T WANT THE COVID VAX FOR SCHOOL

Idaho will require the Health Department to submit a rule change to the legislature. Prior to that submission, they are required to host public hearings. IT IS TIME TO SPEAK UP NOW AND SAY “NO!”

Negotiated Rulemaking Meetings and Public Hearings Schedule

We must stop them before they try!

“Every state must reject this CDC mandate for children immediately. Even the CDC’s own data reveals that these COVID shots are harming children. Pharmaceutical companies merely see children as a budget item to increase their bottom line and they continue to ignore the serious adverse events and deaths caused by these experimental shots.”

    Call to Action

We know you are outraged and want to take action immediately. Now is the time for the parents and grandparents to reach out to the Health Department, the Education Department, and school administration, as well as the legislators who are running for office, and let them know that there is no medical or scientific justification to add a vaccine to the childhood schedule especially when there is no clinical data to justify shot.

Parents hold power — don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

Today’s vote on adding the COVID-19 vaccines means 18 more shots — one per year between the ages of 6 months and 18 years — will be added to the schedule, according to Toby Rogers, Ph.D.

“So overnight the childhood schedule would go from 54 injections (72 antigens because of combined shots like MMR) to 72 injections (90 antigens),” Rogers said. “This has absolutely nothing to do with health — it’s all about profit and power.”

The number of shots added to the schedule may, in fact, be higher than Roger’s estimate because the accepted revisions did not appear to specify the number of booster doses recommended and linked only to the Interim Clinical Considerations for the use of COVID-19 Vaccines Currently Approved or Authorized in the United States.

The accepted COVID-19 vaccine recommendations that will go into effect in 2023 include the following primary series:

    • Age 6 months-4 years: 2-dose series at 0, 4-8 weeks (Moderna) or 3-dose series at 0, 3-8, 11-16 weeks (Pfizer-BioNTech)
    • Age 5-11 years: 2-dose series at 0, 4-8 weeks (Moderna) or 2-dose series at 0, 3-8 weeks (Pfizer-BioNTech)
    • Age 12-18 years: 2-dose series at 0, 4-8 weeks (Moderna) or 2-dose series at 0, 3-8 weeks (Novavax, Pfizer-BioNTech)

For children who are moderately or severely immunocompromised, the recommended primary doses are increased from a 2-dose series to a 3-dose series.

CDC DATA REFLECTS THE SHOT IS NOT SAFE FOR CHILDREN!

Ironically, the CDC presented data at its ACIP meeting on September 1, 2022, that confirms that COVID shots are not safe for children. The data presented were summaries of reports from the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), Vaccine Safety Data Link (VSD), a private insurance-based system that monitors hospital records, and V-safe, a voluntary smartphone-based monitoring program that relies on text messages and web surveys.

The data presented at the ACIP meeting revealed that within seven days after vaccination, 40-50 percent of children 5-11 years of age reported a “systemic reaction,” 10-15 percent had a “health impact,” and 2-4 percent needed “medical care.”  Within seven days of vaccination, 60-75 percent of children 12-17 years had “any systemic reaction,” 10 to 25 percent were “unable to perform daily activities,” and 5 to 20 percent were “unable to work or attend school.”

Therefore, more than 30 percent of children in this age group had a health impact after the second shot, and booster dose, and approximately 2 percent needed medical care.

The CDC data clearly shows that these injections are not safe for children and teens and should be discontinued immediately. Other countries, like the United Kingdom, stopped the COVID shots for children under 12 years, except for children in high-risk categories. Sweden has also decided against recommending COVID shots for children aged 5-11.  (SOURCE)

Government Protects the Billion Dollar Pharmaceutical Companies at the Expense of Our Children

By adding the COVID shots to the childhood schedule, transferring liability for vaccine injuries to the federal government’s National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP). This delivers permanent legal protection to Pfizer and Moderna by allowing them to bring an FDA-approved shot to the market without facing lawsuits and bring in billions of dollars in revenues for the drug companies.

Pharmaceutical companies are not liable for injuries or deaths associated with Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) injections but can be held liable for injuries caused by a fully licensed “vaccine,” unless that shot is added to the CDC’s childhood schedule. This means liability protection also includes the adult COVID shots as well. This will allow the pharmaceutical companies to escape product liability which means the “emergency” can end, but the liability protection continues.

REPORTED INJURY AND DEATH ARE NOT ADEQUATELY TRACKED

Vaccine injury reports have skyrocketed since the COVID vaccines. This voluntary reporting system doesn’t adequately track the injuries and deaths associated with the shots. Individuals experiencing reactions are not reported by medical facilities in a consistent or regular basis. However, the reports that are coming in are shocking and leave little doubt that this shot is causing long-term harm to many. OpenVaers.com

  • Non-Compliance

I recently saw a sign hanging from an overpass that said, “We can’t comply ourselves out of tyranny.” Sadly, in an effort to keep from rocking the boat, many of us toe the line even when we know it’s a violation of our constitutional rights. It is a pervasive idea among the American (and global) population that “simple” compliance with authority will yield the best results. People think that if they follow mandates issued by the government, eventually, their lives will return to normal. This may be true in some regard, but you cannot comply your way out of tyranny– and that compliance will only give greater power to those in control.

Even if your life returns to what it was before the pandemic (which there is little evidence to show that will happen, even after more than two years of compliance), the thick stench of tyranny does not wash away. Your life may eventually return to “normal,” but not because of a voluntary community effort, but because those you’ve given the power to allow it to return to normal. There’s a chance you may get the results you seek through compliance, but the tyranny remains.

    Non Compliance with our Churches

This past Friday, Sean Feucht  of Let Us Worship spoke to a group of thousands of Idahoan Christians about the fact that local churches shuttered their doors out of fear. He challenged our church leaders to stand up and, next time, take the lead to honor God above the government.

Think of what life would be like now had more churches, businesses, and individuals stood up to the tyranny. We The People, are the authority; we don’t have to submit to tyranny. Many churches deferred to the “authorities” because of Romans 13, but they fail to understand that our government at its essence, is vastly different from the Roman empire in that WE are the authority. The 501c3 entanglement further compromises the institutionalized church.

Victory for Mike McClure, Non-Compliant Pastor in California

Two Years Ago, Pastor Mike McClure, from Calvary Chapel San Jose remained open in defiance of orders from San Jose. He faced $1,200,000 in mounting fines. He won’t budge. Most “pastors” and Churches have turned their back on him. Still, he did not comply and accepted no deals. He risked it all. The California Court of Appeal finds “public health” orders forcing church closure are UNCONSTITUTIONAL! Non Compliance at the Workplace

Our inalienable rights have been trampled over the past two years. It didn’t start then; however, it came to a head in March 2020 when the Governor announced that this pandemic wouldn’t be over nor would normally return until people were vaccinated. Keep in Mind this was before the development of the vaccine started! *Governors across the United States were given the same script.

As an organization, we challenge citizens to challenge our elected officials and unelected leaders to stand up and honor the Constitution. I am proud to say that many who knew better threw off the chains of apathy and took a stand against unconstitutional mandates.

Many individuals did so to the point of losing their livelihoods. Our website and social media channels experienced EXTREME censorship. But, we continued to press on. We protested at the Capitol, at the Central Health District (while snipers pointed weapons at women and children). We stood with nurses, doctors, and hospital employees who knew better than the average citizen how to read the science and challenged the lack of scientific data backing the mandates.

    Non Compliance with Boise’s Mandates

Mask mandates were among the most controversial issues in Idaho in 2020, but that chapter of state history has come to an end with Boise Mayor Lauren McLean eliminating the city’s mask mandate and gathering limit on May 14, 2021.

Boise was among the last of the local governments in Idaho – a total of nine counties and 10 cities – with a mask mandate in place. In Boise, disobeying the mask mandate in any public area, including parks and trails, was considered a misdemeanor crime, punishable by a fine of up to $1,000 and up to six months in jail.

Susan was ordered jail time for protesting this mandate.

They have set the precedents to close us down and lock us up when we don’t comply with the tyrannical mandates and restrictions.

    What have we learned?

What have we taught our children?

    What needs to change?

Are you willing to make the sacrifice to keep your children and grandchildren from living under tyranny?
