  • Special Session Designed to Compel Businesses to Comply

There are 3 bills to be considered at the Special Session which begins Monday rumor has it that the committees are meeting to discuss all the bills on SUNDAY. The bills can be read at the bottom of the Governor’s proclamation.

    WE NEED TO ACT NOW.
The state didn’t mandate masks, rather, they had local cities and counties do it for them. It’s not hard to see that the same thing will happen with a vaccine. This Special Session of the Legislature beginning August 24th will provide cover to allow the government to enact such orders.

JOIN THE CITIZENS MARCH AGAINST GOVERNMENT IMMUNITY @ 7:30 a.m. Monday at the Capitol

    Attend the Hearing for RS28049 10:30 A.M. Room EW42

RS28046 – the first bill attached at the bottom of the proclamation states. “An emergency existing therefor, which emergency is hereby declared to exist, the act shall be in full force and effect on and after it’s passage and approval.” This bill makes it a LAW that an emergency exists but there is no end date for it.

Translated: This means the Governor or any other entity like a health department can use emergency powers whenever they want.

RS28049 is the last bill attached at the bottom of the Governor’s proclamation.  It says that all businesses and persons will have immunity from liability for actions taken related to a “coronavirus-related pandemic or epidemic” as long as they make a “good faith effort to comply with a statute, rule, or lawful order of a government.”

Businesses that do not comply with every edict of government WILL HAVE LIABILITY. This is not about protecting small businesses, it is about compelling behavior of businesses.

Said another way, it is using society to control and exclude those who choose another path. Just as with the mask mandates, any government entity can “order” businesses to require proof of vaccination with a coronavirus vaccine in order to enter their business once the vaccine is available and there will be nothing we can do about it. And even if you are injured or killed by this brand new, experimental vaccine, you will be on your own. Interestingly, this bill will sunset July 1, 2023.

    EMAIL NOW.
Attend In-Person or Virtually Regarding RS28049

Per the Meeting Announcement: Limited public seating will be available in the committee room. Committee meetings will be live-streamed in designated overflow rooms throughout the Capitol. Please wear a mask and maintain physical distancing while in the Capitol.********************************************

TALKING POINTS – please write your own or choose from below:

    1) Please oppose RS28049 which opens the door for businesses to require medical procedures to enter their premises. In the same way masks are now required, vaccination could be required, even though federal law recognizes vaccines injure and kill some recipients.
    2) Please oppose RS28049 which will effectively do away with businesses that do not want to do the bidding of the government by exposing them alone to liability.
    3) Please oppose RS28049 which is not about protecting businesses but compelling behavior of businesses, said another way, it is using society to control and exclude those who choose another path such as not wanting to inject a vaccine.
    4) Please oppose RS28049 as a business that might require a vaccine to enter would have no liability for the damage that vaccine might cause nor would the vaccine makers which are protected under the Prep Act. Individuals will be left to fend for themselves if they suffer a catastrophic injury resulting in losing their job, excessive medical costs, and even loss of life. 20% of the formerly healthy individuals in the high dose group of the Moderna phase II trials had to be hospitalized and this vaccine will permanently alter the recipient’s DNA.
    5) Please oppose RS28046 as the language of this bill is outrageous. No legislature may codify into law the existence of a state of emergency but this bill does exactly that by never providing an end date for said emergency.

    6) Please support legislation that protects all businesses from liability for a customer contracting Covid in their establishment.

  • Mask Lawsuit Idaho

A mask lawsuit in Idaho is to be filed against the Panhandle Health District. The end result, if successful, would allow an otherwise free people to be able to make their own health decisions without fear of criminality.

    Interview regarding mask mandate lawsuit

The plaintiffs in the case include Pleasant Meadow Dairy.

“We care that our customers can get our milk and make choices in what they eat and how they live there lives.  We trust our customers are like us – intelligent and responsible – and that they care for their neighbors as themselves.  We trust them to make the right choices in regards to masking or not and think the choice should be theirs, and not the government’s.

We also do not think health boards should have the power to make otherwise law-abiding citizens suddenly criminals subject to misdemeanor charges with penalties including fines up to $1,000 and significant jail time.

Further, we care about law enforcement officers and the conundrum they are now put under with such mandates, including their own personal convictions on the subject, but now having to be put in the position of having to arrest otherwise good citizens of our counties.

We have therefore agreed to work as plaintiffs with two very liberty-minded attorneys in our area to file suit against appropriate parties seeking a temporary and permanent injunction against the mandates. “

    Paul Herdon, Pleasant Meadow Dairy

Boyles Law and The MacPherson group are working together to represent several plaintiffs affected by the vague and irrational Panhandle Health District mask mandate issued on July 23, 2020. The Board of Directors for Panhandle Health District approved and issued a mandatory mask order for all persons in Kootenai County, presumably visitors, and residents. Therefore, there is now an active Kootenai County mask mandate.

    Goal $25,000 for Expert Witnesses

Find out how this money will be accounted for (by a certified public accountant) and hear from Colton Boyles, one of the lawyers who has taken up the challenge to fight the mask mandate. The impact of a successful lawsuit will help preserve liberty for the ENTIRE state.

Update on Fundraiser for Mask Mandate Lawsuit to be filed Monday August 3

A WonderWe fundraiser has been established. They have asked all liberty-minded, freedom-loving Idahoans give to the cause.  A $100 donation would be amazing from each and every person as we are going to need $25,000 to enter the fray. *They mention that ANY amount helps!

    Government Mandates vs Personal Responsibility

“We have personal convictions about government mandates and personal responsibility that favor personal responsibility and liberty over governmental mandates in every area of our lives, even public health.

Furthermore, we do not believe the science backs masks working as a deterrent to virion transmission, particularly cloth masks worn by the general populace without any personal protective equipment training, sanitation, and discipline.”

A message from Paul Herndon, Pleasant Meadow Creamery

They have created a post linking the various studies on the subject here:

    http://pleasantmeadowcreamery.com/masks-dont-contain-virion/

Faulty Use of PPE Creates Problems

Speaking of use of personal protective equipment, (PPE), we have documented evidence that not even the governor of Idaho, Brad Little, nor Anthony Fauci, the president’s advisor, properly observe exercise of sanitary PPE practices.  These screen grabs are from just the last couple of days.  The governor hands his mask off his ear, handles it with his fingers touching the inside of the mask, and just generally does not follow good PPE protocol.

    https://pjmedia.com/news-and-politics/matt-margolis/2020/07/24/dr-fauci-violated-d-c-mask-mandate-during-the-nationals-game-n688303

Anthony Fauci, likewise, violates proper mask protocol. Here, he is hanging the mask below his chin having contaminated the mask with his hands, and now on his dirty and contaminated neck.

If these two guys can’t get it right, how is the general public supposed to?

The World Health Organization has produced two videos on proper mask etiquette/handling – one that is for surgical style masks, and the other for cloth masks.  Note the surgical style are to be disposed of immediately after use, while the cloth ones require copious hand washing with alcohol based sanitizer even to touch the thing:

    WHO Surgical Mask

    WHO Cloth Masks

Centura Health did a very interesting video showing how easily your common person is going to contaminate their mask:

    https://youtu.be/eVJbenwzR1s

    Contaminating the Mask

Finally, we think you would find this video by Patrick Bet-David very interesting.  He covers all of the above and just some common-sense practicality in regards to masking.

Face Masks – Helpful or Hoax?

    What does all this mean?

From the Pleasant Meadow Creamery blog:

We care that our customers can get our milk and make choices in what they eat and how they live there lives.  We trust our customers are like us – intelligent and responsible – and that they care for their neighbors as themselves.  We trust them to make right choices in regards to masking or not and think the choice should be theirs, and not government’s.

We listened to the entire Panhandle Health Board hearing and we found the physician, nurse, and Kootenai Medical Center officers skewed the data and ramifications to sway the vote.  The public was given little consideration, and the mandate was passed.

The mandate itself is vague and poorly written.

    Lawsuit and Temporary Injunction

We have therefore agreed to work as plaintiffs with two very liberty minded attorneys in our area to file suit against appropriate parties seeking temporary and permanent injunction against the mandates.  The end result, if successful, would allow an otherwise free people to be able to make their own health decisions without fear of criminality.

It will allow us to make our milk deliveries to Kootenai County without fear of criminality and prosecution, since we choose not to mask.

We respect your right to mask if that is what you want to do, and we do not have a negative view of that choice.  It’s yours to make.

To enter this fight, and because the attorneys we will be retaining have already been busy in the whole COVID era, many times working pro bono, we want to be sure they can be compensated adequately to fight.

We are therefore establishing a WonderWe fundraiser and ask all liberty-minded, freedom-loving Idahoans give to the cause.  A $100 donation would be amazing from each and every person as we are going to need $25,000 to enter the fray.

Our intent is to prepare a lawsuit this weekend with filing on Monday so we can get a hearing next week on the temporary order.

Won’t you please join us in the fight?  To donate, please click this link:

  • Unmasked: The censored truth about face coverings and mask mandates

There is no new data or science in this area telling us that wearing masks is beneficial. Death rates continue to drop yet mask-wearing continues to grow. The case count increases as the testing is increasing. The GREAT NEWS is that more positive tests we find, the lower the death rate, and our current infection/death rate is falling below 1% making this equivalent to the seasonal flu.

NEW ENGLAND JOURNAL OF MEDICINE – Harvard doctors and scientists “We know that wearing a mask outside health care facilities offers little, if any, protection from infection. Public health authorities define a significant exposure to Covid-19 as face-to-face contact within 6 feet with a patient with symptomatic Covid-19 that is sustained for at least a few minutes (and some say more than 10 minutes or even 30 minutes).

The chance of catching Covid-19 from a passing interaction in a public space is therefore minimal. In many cases, the desire for widespread masking is a reflexive reaction to anxiety over the pandemic.”

    Masks Are of Limited Benefit

The truth is you aren’t irrational or obdurate if you are skeptical about masks. The “experts” have admitted that masks’ efficacy is usually negligible. Dr. Anthony Fauci himself, in a “60 Minutes” interview early in this pandemic, dismissed masks as essentially useless.

“There is no reason to be walking around wearing a mask. When you are in the middle of an outbreak, wearing a mask might make people feel better, and might even block a droplet,” he said with almost an eyeroll, “but it’s not providing the perfect protection people think it is, and often there are unintended consequences…”

Fauci may have changed his tune, but plenty of sensible doctors are still speaking up. A doctor in the Wall Street Journal pointed out that cloth masks—the type worn by the overwhelming majority of the population—are not very effective, echoing Fauci’s earlier admission. The WSJ author noted that even the N95 masks fall short: “They’re considered effective at blocking coronavirus particles only when they’re form-fitted and tested to make sure there isn’t any leakage.”

WHO warns that “the wide use of masks by healthy people in the community setting is not supported by current evidence and carries uncertainties and critical risks” PDF

WHO’s most recent recommendations say the following: “Masks can be used either for protection of healthy persons (worn to protect oneself when in contact with an infected individual) or for source control (worn by an infected individual to prevent onward transmission).”  They do not recommend mask-wearing in healthy people unless in contact with a sick individual.

Research shows that cloth face coverings are useless at best, dangerous at worst.

OSHA says environment with less than 19.5% oxygen is unsafe. Gases such as CO2 displace oxygen. Wearing a mask for just a few seconds causes CO2 to accumulate and displace oxygen causing oxygen levels to fall below 19%. OSHA says anything below 19.5% is an “imminent threat to health or life.”

The 7 studies CDC uses to justify its mask policy do not support that end. They do not evaluate healthy people. They just hope no one will actually read the studies.

In short, cloth masks are largely symbolic. The science hasn’t changed, but the agenda has.

    Masked School Children

BOISE mandates masks for ALL STUDENTS! TAKE ACTION NOW!

Even though there hasn’t been a single documented case of a child passing the virus to a teacher in the world and only a few documented cases of child to parent transmission Idaho public schooled children will be forced to wear masks the entire school day. Experts say that such drastic measures are detrimental to the health and well being of our children!

You might be surprised to know…

Childcare centers remained open during lock-downs to support families of those workers deemed ‘essential’. There were NO OUTBREAKS among the 40,000 children between the ages of 1 and 14 at 1,100 separate sites for daycare.

“there is converging evidence that the coronavirus doesn’t transmit among children like the flu — that it’s a lower risk.”

Dr. Joshua Sharfstein at the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health

There are two related reasons for this, Sharfstein explains: One is that children seem to be less likely to get infected, and the second is that when they are infected they are much more likely to be mildly symptomatic or asymptomatic. If they’re not coughing or sneezing, it’s harder for them to spread the virus to others. The New Yorker reported that Iceland, which did extensive contact tracing, found only two examples of child-to-parent transmission. (SOURCE)

Mark Woolhouse, professor of Infectious Disease Epidemiology, University of Edinburgh, told the PA news agency there are three main risks associated with children returning to school.

He described these as the risk to children, the risk to teachers, and the risk of transmission in the community increasing.

Speaking as an independent researcher, and not in an advisory role, he said: “Covid-19, though a very unpleasant virus, and capable of causing illness, on occasion in any age group, in fact, is very, very very rarely a serious problem in children.

    WHAT ABOUT OXYGEN?

Mask wearing is bad for your health.

For years OSHA has required that employers do medical testing of their employees before they require them to wear these types of masks.

If you don’t have good oxygen intake and continue to build up CO2 in your blood becomes acidic and that will negatively affect your immune system. So those most at risk could be putting themselves even more at risk by wearing these masks.

Masks reduce our flow of oxygen and cause a condition called hypoxia or low oxygen levels in the body. Hypoxia can cause heart attacks, strokes, seizures, death and more. Low oxygen levels stress the body resulting in increased cortisol. Cortisol suppresses the immune system rendering people MORE susceptible to illness.

    Other questions to consider…

How many employees are being harmed by being required to wear these masks and if someone gets ill or dies because of wearing these masks will the employers be sued?

A Certain Type of N95 Mask May Do More Harm Than Good

Experts say certain N95 masks with front valves protect the user but don’t prevent that person from spreading COVID-19 to others nearby. Getty Images
    • Experts are warning the public against wearing certain types of N95 face masks with front valves.
    • They say the masks protect the people wearing them but do not stop virus droplets from escaping and infecting others.
    • The masks are designed for construction workers to use to keep out dust and other particles.

All data and statistics are based on publicly available data at the time of publication. Some information may be out of date. Visit our coronavirus hub and follow our live updates page for the most recent information on the COVID-19 outbreak.

Not all N95 respirator masks are created equal.

In fact, you may unknowingly be wearing one that does more harm than good when it comes to preventing the spread of COVID-19.

That was the warning the San Francisco Department of Public Health sent via Twitter last week.

It said, in part, “the ones with the valves or openings on the front are NOT safe, and may actually propel your germs further.”

It was a reminder that the city’s original public health order requiring face coverings said that any mask with a one-way valve was not to be used.

“Valves of that type permit droplet release from the mask, putting others at risk,” the order stated.

Experts who spoke with Healthline agreed.

“The virus can be transmitted through the valves, which offer no filtration at all,” said Dr. Ali Raja, executive vice chair of the department of emergency medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital and an associate professor at Harvard Medical School.

“Any mask with a one-way valve is only going to protect the person wearing it. It won’t protect anyone around that person from potential exposure to virus particles they exhale,” he told Healthline. “It may give the people surrounding them a false sense of security.”

“In the spirit of ‘your mask protects me and my mask protects you,’ a mask with a valve virtually makes that impossible,” said Jessica Malaty Rivera, MS, a microbiologist and contributor at the COVID Tracking Project.

    Enforcing Mandates

City Councils, Mayors and Police call mask mandates un-enforcable.

City Councils and the Police have said numerous times that a mask mandate is unenforceable. They will push enforcement onto the already struggling businesses under the pressure of license removal.

Mandatory masking provides the foundation on which governments continue to justify emergency measures and rule by executive fiat, and it creates a national mood of consent that America will accept indefinite government expansion because we face a “new normal.” –Molly McCann is Of Counsel with Sidney Powell, P.C

  • Freedom

    Independence day is upon us!
Tomorrow, we recognize the birth of this great nation!
We’ve had a good run, but the enemies of freedom have infiltrated our society and are actively working to bring us down!

The word “Freedom” has somewhat different meanings for each individual.
The right to individualism is a huge part of freedom to me!
The freedom to do with my body and care for it is the very foundation of freedom!

Today we are being told on a daily basis to give up that right and submit to the science of “experts”.

We are being told that we are endangering others by refusing vaccines or by not wearing a mask and the list goes on.

Soon the authorities will want to chip us “for our own good and the good of society”.

I will not consent. Will you?

We have the right to keep our bodies in a natural, un-chipped, vaccine free, antibiotic free, etc., state.

The enemies of freedom are attacking these concepts because once they have successfully convinced us to submit our bodies to authoritarian figures against our will, slavery will be accepted as natural and proper.

    Enter – Health Freedom Idaho

Since it’s formation, this organization has been possibly the most vocal, active, hard-working, uncompromising freedom organization IN THE WORLD!

I’ve never seen anyone fight harder to protect and promote personal bodily autonomy and as such FREEDOM, than Health Freedom Idaho!
Remember; the most basic of freedom starts with your own bodily autonomy!

Many have fought and died for our freedom and we owe them a huge debt of gratitude! Let’s honor the sacrifice of our soldiers by standing up for freedom in our daily lives! I also want to recognize all the organizations promoting freedom! A free, independent nation can only be made up of free, independent individuals!

Health Freedom Idaho recognizes this fact.

    Happy Independence Day!

How empowered do you feel when it comes to dealing with political issues? How confident do you feel about understanding government and your rights? Do you fear the government?

If you feel like you aren’t sure how to deal with political topics, or don’t understand quite how government works, and aren’t sure you really know your rights, well guess what? You aren’t alone. And it’s pretty much by design.

How easy it to gain control over others? It doesn’t happen overnight. This is like the year that a giant red launch button was pushed. Plans were in place. Hell, even the planets are aligned for all this upheaval, pandemic, and chaos going on. So my question, how easy is it to gain control over others and have them fall right in line?

THE STEPS TO CONTROLLING THE POPULATION:

    • Don’t educate them on certain topics, control what they learn
    • Don’t truly educate them on their rights and how to use them
    • Confuse the crap out of them, until they don’t know what’s up or down anymore
    • Indoctrination, propaganda, programming
    • Mainstream media
    • Hollywood

The list goes on a mile long, but you get the gist. But that wouldn’t happen in your state, in your country, in America, the land of the free… right?

How much do you remember from civics class? Did you take a civics class in school? If you did, was anything you ever learned put into practice? Probably not.

Here’s the short of what I’m getting at:
The government’s job is to protect our rights. To create equal laws. Its purpose is to serve the people and uphold the constitution. Do you feel like that’s happening right now? I don’t. I can’t even recall a time when I felt like my voice was heard or that government was looking out for the people. But it’s truly out of control this year. Everywhere in this country.

The government isn’t responsible for us, and it’s certainly not meant to reign over us. If you’re living in fear of the government, that’s tyranny. If you’re being told how to live your life by the government, that’s tyranny, that’s a dictatorship, and you certainly wouldn’t see that in America…..right?

    Picture

Yesterday evening I attended an event put on by Rep. Heather Scott and Health Freedom Idaho at Julia Davis Park. I saw her speak at the Capitol in Boise on Tuesday (read about the rally here). She was amazing, as many of the 15 that showed up for that special session were. I was inspired and felt some hope, and unity, and like my voice, and the voice of the people around me in the gallery were being heard. Sure we didn’t get a resolution we had hoped for, but for the first time ever in my life, I felt like there are actually people, legislators that care and really do want to do their job. They want to be a voice for the people and uphold their oath and the Constitution.

My initial impression of Heather is that she’s down to earth, approachable, passionate, and empowering.  She wants to keep America a Republic and she wants people to understand their rights.

Really quickly, I’m going to do my best to sum up the topics she discussed, what I got from her presentation “Plannedemic”:

    1. Power grabbing by our Governor. Running Idaho like he’s a king. Making his own advisory board, making, amending, and suspending hundreds of statutes.
    2. Extreme emergency in Idaho that’s never happened (see information on that here)
    3. The 1.6 billion dollars our Governor has taken from the feds, which of course is strings attached, and it’s 38% more money than Idaho even spends in a year. This money is also not being tracked by the State Controller office. Why?
    4. Contact tracing plans which started at $7 million dollars and are now up to $55 million dollars (correct me if I’m wrong, I’m pretty sure she said 55 mil). This staffs up Idaho for massive surveillance, CPS, and breaking up family units. This is a big one, folks. If you have kids, you need to read over the 37 page document that covers the governor plans. And you need to know your rights about how to protect your children and your family.
    5. Information overload by news and social media
    6. Government “running amuck”
    7. Turmoil, tyranny, and anarchy in America
    8. The “bludgeoning” of messages around Covid i.e. “ new world,” “flatten the curve,” “stay home,” “stay safe,” “self-quarantine,” and last but not least “social distancing.”
    9. Christianity, churches closing their doors when people needed them most. How the media has become the church, telling us what to do, how to spend time, how to interact with each other, etc. The topic of Christians seeing this as a spiritual battle.
    10. Draconian policies. Messages to be afraid, shun socialization, snitch on people not complying, and follow government edicts. Sounds like themes from far too many books and movies, but I won’t go there.
    11. Stickers on businesses to show they’re a “non-hating” business. I don’t know about you guys reading this, but sounds to me a bit like the ol Green Book days, when black people knew/told where they could travel safely. Again, not a topic I’m getting into right now, but you can ponder on yourself.
    12. Mail-in ballots that can lead to fraud.
    13. DNA databases, all the massive swabbing, forced vaccinations, deep state, elite globalists, the book of Revelations, Nanotechnology, oh, and how about all the money that biotech companies are dumping into Idaho.
    14. Businesses only taking credit cards. This way we can be that much more easily traced on where we’ve been.
    15. She explained some phone calls and honestly what sounds like a federal takeover, here’s the language used,” locally executed, state-managed, federally supported scenarios and regulations.” Hhhmmm, so our governor can pretty much free himself from responsibility by putting things off on the health district, some other region, or the President. You may think your hands can be wiped clean Gov. Little, but we the people see otherwise.
    16. She explained socialism briefly: “marginalize, demonize, criminalize, litigate, incarcerate, and exterminate.”
    17. She expressed over and over how critical it is to know our rights, but also how to stand on them, how actually use them.
    18. She asked the question, “What’s your line in the sand? When is enough is enough?” Basically, what do we value, what do we stand for, what can’t we take any more, and what’s it going to take to get people to want to protect their freedom.

Freedom isn’t free. Know your rights was drilled into every bit of the presentation. She wants people empowered to be in a free country that know how to use their rights. We are all responsible for ourselves and to stop being so complacent to the government edicts. We need to know the system we’re in.

Okay, awesome presentation, Heather. Seriously, she was hitting the nail on the head with all of her points she wanted to make. And she didn’t leave us hanging. She did give some pointers. In case you didn’t know, a representative’s job is to uphold the constitution and make laws. If you want the government to hold your hand then you don’t want to live in a free nation. As Benjamin Franklin said, “Any society that will give up a little liberty to gain a little security will deserve neither and lose both.”

Folks, that’s where we are. Right now. What are you willing to give up? What are you willing to lose?

    Picture

We must persevere if we want to keep this country a free nation. We all have to step up and do better. We have to do better for our children, for each other, and for ourselves.  Don’t lose yourself to the propaganda and fear. Remember who you are. Get in touch with that light and love inside. Get right with yourself. Get right with God. Go do some good in the world. Fight for what’s right. Exercise your rights. Learn how to connect with people again. And I don’t just mean because of all the isolation this year. We’ve all been far too removed from one another for far too long. I’m always learning. I’m pushing myself out of my comfort zones.  We can all do this.

  • COVID narrative is virtually collapsed

A new report out from the CDC shows the death rate from the virus is likely 0.2% -THAT’S 2 TENTHS OF A PERCENT- very similar to what many doctors and scientists have been saying all along. That’s very similar to a bad flu season. At the same time more research is showing the virus is more widespread than believed meaning tens of millions have been exposed and had very mild symptoms or no symptoms.

In addition, the CDC reverses its stance, no longer is the virus believed to stay on surfaces for extended periods of time.

Maybe we shouldn’t be so afraid?? The curve has been flattened. The hospitals were not overwhelmed like what we saw in Italy.

Mission accomplished. It’s time to re-open. Not according to Governor Little!

In fact, he announced May 22 a massive ramp-up of Testing. His power trip completely ignores the data, statistics, and recommendations have changed since the formation of the task force. Governor Little presses on using funds he allocated without legislative input to invade the privacy of the citizens.

1st COMES PRIVACY INVASION via TESTING

    Idaho Press Reports;

The strategy, which a governor-appointed task force of both public- and private-sector experts has been formulating over the past month, calls for expanding Idaho’s testing capacity, now at roughly 18,000 to 23,000 tests per week, up to at least 150,000 tests per week.

“The testing demands of COVID-19 are unprecedented,” said Dr. Christopher Ball, director of the Idaho Bureau of Laboratories and co-chair of the testing task force.

Little, at an in-person but socially distanced press conference in the Capitol’s Lincoln Auditorium, said, “A strong economic rebound can only occur with a combination of efforts, and expanded and targeted testing is a big part of our strategy.”

“We have an impressive team of very capable local clinical and laboratory and research experts from across the state helping us navigate this crisis, and I sincerely appreciate their help,” the governor said.

The new strategy lays out five priority groups for testing, with the first two to be targeted right away. “An example of a Priority 1 is any symptomatic health care worker,” Ball said. Another example is residents of nursing homes, whether or not they show symptoms. “For this group, testing that provides a same-day result is ideal,” he said. Priority 1 testing alone is estimated to require about 17,000 tests per week.”

THEN COMES FORCED QUARANTINE THRU CONTACT TRACING

After testing, comes Contact Tracing. What does that involve? This individual took the training to become a certified Contact Tracer and reports on it.

Contact Tracing Scarier than you Imagined from FreedomLover1977 on Vimeo.

NOW ITS TIME TO TAKE ACTION

Contact your representative. Ask them to get involved with returning to the Capitol and representing your voice. Find your representative’s information: https://legislature.idaho.gov/legislators/whosmylegislator/

    WHAT OTHERS ARE DOING

A group of concerned citizens filed to petition for recall. Their filing was approved and they have until August 11, 2020 to return 183,523 signatures.

Those signatures must come from registered voters.

He has shown his inability to listen to the voice of the people by calling in the legislature, elected officials that speak on behalf of the citizens.

He has created martial law and extended it without any clear indication of crisis.

He has taken Idaho from a thriving economy to 100,000’s of individuals without work, closing down small businesses and putting families at risk.

Comments from those participating in the Recall of Governor Little

    Not Convinced?

    MORE ON THE CDC NUMBERS:

“…If you are under 65, in reasonably good health and do not have a vitamin D deficiency, you have only a tiny chance of dying from COVID-19.

And if you are younger than 34, your chances of dying from the virus are so small as to be almost statistically undetectable.

On the other hand, if you are 85 or older, are in a nursing home, have serious health problems and a vitamin D deficiency, you may be in real danger if you are exposed to the virus — but only a tiny portion of the population is in such a condition.”

    Washington Times

The CDC just came out with a report that should be earth-shattering to the narrative of the political class, yet it will go into the thick pile of vital data and information about the virus that is not getting out to the public. For the first time, the CDC has attempted to offer a real estimate of the overall death rate for COVID-19, and under its most likely scenario, the number is 0.26%. Officials estimate a 0.4% fatality rate among those who are symptomatic and project a 35% rate of asymptomatic cases among those infected, which drops the overall infection fatality rate (IFR) to just 0.26% — almost exactly where Stanford researchers pegged ita month ago.

Until now, we have been ridiculed for thinking the death rate was that low, as opposed to the 3.4% estimate of the World Health Organization, which helped drive the panic and the lockdowns. Now the CDC is agreeing to the lower rate in plain ink.

Plus, ultimately we might find out that the IFR is even lower because numerous studies and hard counts of confined populations have shown a much higher percentage of asymptomatic cases. Simply adjusting for a 50% asymptomatic rate would drop their fatality rate to 0.2% – exactly the rate of fatality Dr. John Ionnidis of Stanford University projected.

MORE ON THE IMPACT ON OUR SOCIETY AND ECONOMY

    For that, we have:

    • Added nearly 6 trillion to the national debt
    • Laid-off or furloughed 50 million workers
    • Placed 60 million on food stamps
    • Gone from 5% to 13% unemployment
    • Crippled the petroleum industry
    • Created struggles in our agricultural sector
    • Ruined the tourism industry
    • Bankrupted the service industry
    • Caused an impending meat and protein crisis
    • Threatened, fined, and arrested church leaders
    • Exacerbated mental health problems
    • Shut down schools and colleges
    • Given unbridled power to unelected officials
    • Increased suicides higher than COVID deaths
    • Delayed surgeries and treatments for profound illnesses
    • Infringed upon countless important civil liberties
    • Placed 300 million Americans on house arrest
    • Not all is lost, the world’s 25 RICHEST individuals have gained $255 billion in the past 2 months
    • Our Governor has unbridled power is ignoring the Idaho Constitution, suspending almost 200 rules, messing with the election, allocating millions of dollars of funds to invade the privacy of the citizens while ruining the livelihoods of 1000’s

And the censorship keeps the masses naive and hostile

“All these doctors and nurses say COVID is dangerous but these people on Facebook who barely passed high school science say it safe” – troll commenting on a post regarding the CDC estimates

The doctors who have come out to question the narrative have been shut down and censored by the channels that could reach the masses.

  • CDC School Reopening Guideline Impacts Idaho

No field trips. No playground. No community lunches. No assemblies. Everyone wears a mask- at all times. Daily temperature checks of staff and students, social distancing, follow proper prevention hygiene, such as washing your hands frequently and using alcohol-based (at least 60% alcohol) hand sanitizer when soap and water are not available.

    Physical distancing suggestions:

    • Space seating/desks at least 6 feet apart when feasible.
    • Turn desks to face in the same direction (rather than facing each other), or have students sit on only one side of tables, spaced apart.
    • Create distance between children on school buses (g., seat children one child per row, skip rows) when possible

These are some of the CDC’s guidelines for reopening schools.

TELL OUR SUPERINTENDENTS OF EDUCATION THIS IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR OUR CHILDREN! (see email list at the bottom of this article)

The CDC does not have the authority to enforce its guidance, which is intended for public information only; the actual policy decisions are up to state and local governments. Our state school board and the Idaho Health and Welfare Department closely follow the CDC guidelines and implement them as rules for daycares and schools.

Today the West Ada County district sent out a survey to parents regarding some of these CDC recommendations and how they will handle COVID 19 and reopening schools. One of the questions is would parents feel more comfortable sending their kids back to school under selected conditions a few of those include students and staff masks, mandatory temperature screening of students and staff and many more.

It is imperative we tell our school, and make our voices heard.

Tell the Superintendents that you do not want your child in this type of environment!

    QUESTIONS TO ASK:

    • Are these recommendations reasonable and healthy for our children?
    • Consider the decrease of oxygen and increase of toxic cleaners in their environment?
    • How will this impact their learning environment?
    • What sort of distraction will the mask be on your face hours on end?
    • How will children be able to learn with muffled voices and being unable to hear instructions clearly?
    • How will this impact their mental health?
    • Physically distanced from everyone in the room?
    • No community activities?
    • Can socialization happen in this type of environment? What does this do to child development?

  • Kootenai Health Director Threatens to Withhold Treatment from those Who Disagree Politically

Dr. Robert Burnett the Director of Surgical Services at Kootenai Health is proposing an alarming violation of medical ethics in his publish opinion post at the Bonner County Daily Bee. He is threatening to withhold treatment from individuals who politically disagree with him. This is extremely unethical and in doing so, likely criminal.

Threatening to withhold health care from anyone, singling out and threatening public officials by directing staff at Kootenai Medical Center and encouraging “all of his co-workers” to ensure care is not provided should be grounds for termination of Burnett and litigation for Burnett and KMC.

“I realize that the pandemic is not much of a concern to those uneducated people who believe this threat is a “hoax” or “overblown,” but I want you to know that in the unlikely but possible event that either you or Sheriff Wheeler contract the coronavirus, and in the less likely event that you will require hospitalization, and even less likely but possible event that you would require a ventilator, that I, and all of my co-workers take comfort in knowing that, because of your behavior, you have essentially relinquished your claim to any of these potentially scare resources. It’s probably for the better that a ventilator go to a health care provider anyway,”

Here’s the opinion piece written by BY Dr. BURNETT

Opinions are opinions but oaths are oaths.  I am disgusted at the recent comments made by Dr. Robert Burnett, Director of Surgical Services, Kootenai Heart Health Center.   While Burnett is certainly entitled to his own opinions based on his knowledge of medicine, so are Rep. Heather Scott and Sheriff Daryl Wheeler, based on their knowledge of lawmaking and law enforcement.  But Burnett put his bloated arrogance on full display as he blatantly violated, in writing, the Hippocratic Oath he took to graduate medical school and become a licensed doctor in Idaho or anywhere in the USA.

    HFI’s Response to Dr. Burnett

Fact: While there is no doubt people are ill and many have died, Coronavirus has proven to be far less deadly than authorities have warned. Moreover, there is debate about whether the virus has been properly identified as Koch’s Postulates, protocols used since the 19th century to identify and determine the pathogenicity of an infectious agent have not been met. Additionally, according to the inventor of the PCR test, the test being used to putatively identify the virus the PCR test cannot be used to diagnose. Although it can identify a minute amount of genetic material such as a virus, it does not prove that that genetic material causes any disease nor that sufficient quantities of that material are present in numbers large enough to cause disease.

Fact: The curves for cases were declining before stay at home orders were put into place. The orders are not responsible for any declines being observed. https://www.professorhinkley.com/blog/why-is-oregon-still-on-lock-down

Fact: CDC is not a public entity and takes money from the pharmaceutical industry.

    https://www.armstrongeconomics.com/international-news/disease/cdc-is-a-private-organization-not-government/
Moreover, CDC grossly exaggerated the swine flu outbreak in 2009 and cannot be trusted.

    https://greatergoodmovie.org/news-views/no-its-the-medical-military-industrial-complex/

Fact: Models are not facts, they’re models. They are projections based on a myriad of assumptions that may be wrong as evidenced by the UK’s Imperial College of London whose models on coronavirus deaths were off by a factor of 50 when one excludes those who would have died during the year in any event. https://www.dailywire.com/news/epidemiologist-behind-highly-cited-coronavirus-model-admits-he-was-wrong-drastically-revises-model

Fact: No punch of any sort reached your face. We are all exposed to trillions of bugs in every moment of every day. What determines whether someone falls ill or suffers complications from an illness relates to how well nourished they are, how well-rested, how much stress, whether they exercise. No one touched you and you alone are responsible for taking care of your immune system.

People who disagree about the dangers of coronavirus or any virus are not uneducated simply because they disagree with you.
