  • 14-Year-Olds Can Consent to Treatment W/out Parents Knowledge

    Idaho Parents – Do you realize that your minor child 14 to 17 is able to consent to their own treatment for contagious and infectious disease?? COVID, measles, chickenpox – well, all those childhood vaccines, are part of the medical ‘treatment’ for infectious diseases.

    Does this mean that your 14 year old could receive a vaccination at a school clinic without your authority or permission? READ THE LAW BELOW.

    West Ada School District is hiring more nurses. Opening medical clinics on school and district properties.

    These predators know that 39-3801 Idaho Code exists. HFI and Rep Priscilla Giddings brought this to the attention of Chairman Fred Woods during the 2021 Regular Legislative Session that this section of code needed to be repealed to preserve parental authority. Fred Wood refused a print hearing.

    Consider this scenario of the infectious disease that has put us in a state of emergency COVID-19:

    Imagine you are 14 and a freshman in high school. You are on “the list” because your parents have a vax exemption on file for you or some other reason the school knows you haven’t been injected yet with experimental mRNA gene therapy (aka medical treatment). Your 14-year-old friends have all had it. They are heckling you. You feel like the freak. The nurse calls you to the office and says, “Look right here, Idaho law says you are mature enough to make this decision on your own.” How many of us at 14 could have pushed back and said no??

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a minor fourteen (14) years of age or older who may have come into contact with any infectious, contagious, or communicable disease may give consent to the furnishing of hospital, medical and surgical care related to the diagnosis or treatment of such disease, if the disease or condition is one which is required by law, or regulation adopted pursuant to law, to be reported to the local health officer. Such consent shall not be subject to disaffirmance because of a minority.   • Idaho City School Board Mocks Mask Exemption

    We live in a small mountain community near Idaho City, Idaho.  Last year our daughter was beginning her high school career at the Idaho city high school. There was a mask mandate in place at the school (not the town). We shared that we have a religious exemption and that our daughter could not wear a mask. The school board and staff mocked our religious exemption and told us there is no such thing as a “religious exemption”. One of the board members that mocked the exemption claims to be a Christian pastor.

    It is against our religion to wear a mask. As Christians, we view the mask mandate a little bit differently than most.

    We see it as taking part in a satanic ritual, a humiliation ritual. Our God says that we are to abstain from engaging in rituals.

    Eph 5:11 ..Take no part in unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them.


    We were made in God’s image and likeness. To wear a mask on our face goes against God and our religious beliefs. It is not trusting in God and is an abomination to God.  It is also hypocritical.  Christians are covered by the blood of Jesus. A sign of a believer is to lay hands on the sick..not hide behind a mask. We are a temple of God!

    It is our job to teach our kids to walk in truth and in light, not to conform to this world. We believe the mask is a prelude to the end times mark of the beast. We are warned of this throughout the Bible. As Christians, we will not take the mark and we believe the mask is part of that.

    Our daughter is a blood-bought child of the most high God. Jesus Christ. When Our daughter was born God breathed the breath of life into her and we will not hinder that breath.  Throughout the Bible, we are warned not to follow the doctrines and commandments of men. The Lord Jesus Christ Of Nazareth is who we follow.

    We were told in an email from the superintendent that a medical exemption from a licensed healthcare provider would be allowed. We submitted a note from her doctor explaining the need for a medical exemption. We got that exemption and they refused it. The school superintendent Brian Hunicke actually called her doctor without our permission. We then found another doctor. That doctor wrote an exemption…this time on a prescription pad titled “medical exemption”. They denied it. They said for them to allow her in without a mask they would need access to her medical records, her doctors and that their special Ed team would need to evaluate her to determine if there was a true need.

    Our daughter is not special needs. They wanted to place her on a 504. Since then many other parents have stood up, furious with this school board. We have discovered several strange things with their board elections (or lack thereof) and school board minutes.

  • Pro Life Objections to COVID Shots

    As a pro-life Christian, I believe that human beings are created by God in His image. Therefore every person, from conception to natural death, possesses inherent dignity and immeasurable worth – including preborn children.

    As a Christian, then, I am called to defend, protect, and value all human life. 

    In the area of vaccines, some Christians and ministries have unknowingly taken positions in contradiction to their own core value of the sanctity of human life, and have based those positions on intentionally deceptive and incorrect information promoted by the industry itself.

     These vaccine developers didn’t just passively sort through discarded baby parts. They were actively involved in aborting the babies in such a way as to maximize access to “fresh” tissue in order to develop their products.  

    An aborted baby boy was also used as spare parts in the production of vaccines. His designation is MRC-5 – let’s call him Michael. Michael’s 27- year old mother was ‘given an abortion’ for psychological reasons…  

    Did that mother suffering from mental health issues have a choice?  Certainly – The babies didn’t. 

    Their bodies were sacrificed at the altar of science and justified by our CHURCHES and Christian Organizations under the guise of ”good for mankind.” 

    During the rubella outbreak in Philadelphia in 1964 doctors convinced pregnant women that they had been exposed to rubella – the 3-day measles and that their baby would be born horribly deformed if they continued with their pregnancy. 

    Mothers were exploited and Manipulated by FEAR,

    And they allowed the murder of their child. 

    NOT 2 NOR 5,  NOT 10 or 20 

    But 26 mothers aborted their babies at the direction of their doctors.  

    Their aborted babies’ bodies were immediately sent to the science labs of Dr. Stanley Plotkin. 

    When researchers dissected the aborted fetuses it was then determined that these precious human beings were HEALTHY -uninfected..sacrificed in vain…Unusable for their medical research and product development. 

    The 27th baby was infected. RA273. Rubella-abortus-27th – 3rd tissue sample that contained the live rubella virus.

    And although he had successfully isolated the virus that would eventually be used in the rubella vaccine on the market today, it didn’t stop there. In subsequent research papers, Dr. Plotkin noted another 40 aborted babies were dissected to obtain further virus samples.

    This means there were at least 67 babies electively aborted just to obtain the virus for the rubella vaccine. 

    But they STILL had to culture the virus – on the bodies of even MORE aborted babies.  

    The bodies of 32 ‘elective abortions’ produced the final WI-38 cell line. Are you counting? We are up to 99 aborted babies.

    **As a mother – the lives of the previous two were enough to stop vaccinating.  Do the 99 sacrificial lives give you pause? 

    I don’t vaccinate because of my firmly held moral objection to abortion tainted vaccines. I don’t vaccinate because of my religious beliefs.

    And now mandates are here. We have to choose between feeding our families or taking a product developed with child sacrifice. We can clearly see that the school mandates are coming for our children.

    The time to stand up, speak the truth, it’s NOW!

    Will it be hard?

    YES!

  • The Medical Aspects of Mask-Wearing

    Is a mask similar to wearing a bike helmet? I am seeing way too many analogies from pro-mask parents, saying that they are just like bike helmets, seat belts or steel-capped boots. This is nonsense. Let’s talk about the medical aspects of mask-wearing, not the peripheral aspects of social distancing, isolation, etc.

    If you wear a surgical mask or a homemade mask of cotton …, especially in an enclosed space with other people, like a classroom or bus, this is what happens:

    1) the air heats up and humidity rises. The mask rapidly becomes moist with your breath and as a result, the viruses, bacteria, and fungi which accumulate on the outside have a nice culture medium to grow in, and which can be breathed in, as you force air through the moist mess.

    2) Constantly touching, or shifting the mask to attend to itches, or general discomfort contaminates the mask with anything on your fingers.

    3) you start rebreathing your own carbon dioxide, which results in making your blood acidic. This can result in kidney dysfunction among a long list of other health issues well-proven and discussed in the medical literature.

    4) your intake of oxygen is reduced and your brain doesn’t function as it should. These factors have been extensively discussed in the medical literature because those effects are even seen in the theatre when surgeons wear surgical masks, which cannot stop viruses but are principally there to prevent surgeons from splashes of blood from the patient and putting any droplet onto the patient. Because this is an issue in theatres, for both nurses and doctors when surgeons and nurses wear masks, this is what OSH has set up.

    a) extra oxygen must be pumped INTO theatre to compensate for the oxygen decrease in breathing

    b) the air pressure in theatre is negative which means that while oxygen is being pumped INTO theatre, the air in the theatre is pumped OUT of the room so that no air recirculates which keeps the air clean, so generally, air is pumped in from underneath and sucked out through the ceiling.

    c) The humidity is also kept very low so that the surgeons can stay as sweat-free as possible, and the mask lasts longer.

    d) Temperature is low and controlled.

    e) because of breath moisture getting trapped in the fabric, the minute a mask becomes damp, that results in any virus or bacteria being trapped there, and becoming a Petrie dish.

    It’s inevitable that breathing in through fabric will force some of that accumulating moisture with multiplying bacteria, fungi, viruses, etc, into your mouth resulting in infection, THEREFORE in theatre, the MINUTE a mask becomes even slightly moist, it is changed out and a new dry one put on. So a surgeon can go through a lot of masks during one operation. And if you are wondering why surgeons emerge from theatre and the first thing they do is rip the mask off, it’s because the very act of wearing a mask is incredibly tiring.

    Surgeons hate wearing them, not for any of the above reasons, but because you end up touching your face to relieve the tickles and itches, or adjusting them because they are not comfortable. Masks are a distraction and a thought impediment…

    Nowhere do I see any suggestions that buses, classrooms, or other enclosed spaces should be subject to the OSH regulations designed to keep surgeons safe. So essentially they are saying that children can do what surgeons can’t and that in an uncontrolled environment, masks are perfectly safe. Masks are not safe, and it’s also ludicrous to expect children to observe the sorts of hygiene requirements that surgeons have been trained to adhere to. And we aren’t even talking about the fact that cloth masks and surgical masks don’t stop infection – which is the government message of masking up. As far as I know, none of the above apply to bike helmets, car seat belts or steel-capped boots.

    None of those things is an irritant, and neither do they change, in ANY way, the biochemical balance in the body or have the potential to result in serious staph skin infections, and an increase in respiratory pathogens as a result of breathing through the developing Petrie dish in front of your face. Masks have the potential to create serious issues for adults and children. Next time you go to buy that $52.00 box of masks make sure you read the warning on the side of the box that says that these masks cannot protect you from covid. And please rethink these faulty analogies, because it’s vital that people understand the facts so that they can avoid cognitive assumptions and biases.

  • Doctors Exemption Note for Mask Mandate

    The morbidity risk for children of the virus is nearly zero. Still, schools are attempting to mandate masks with some giving options to opt-out with a doctor’s note. Here is an example of an exemption note obtained for a child that was used successfully in a school situation.

    To Whom It May Concern:

    Child’s Name has been under my chiropractic care for a number of years.  I care for his spinal integrity and nerve system optimization. Having an unobstructed nerve system allows him to better adapt to his environment and function at his best.

    The child’s name is a curious young man, full of wonder.  He has a terrific sense of humor and he isn’t afraid to ask deep questions. I believe, with his mother’s corroboration, that he is quite at ease in my office because he knows what to expect and I eliminate as many stressors that may hinder his comfort. Otherwise, he can act inattentive and become easily distracted.

    In 2020, Child’s Name underwent a psychoeducational evaluation that revealed that he has some challenges with language processing which are impacting his ability to complete classwork to his full potential. Furthermore, he demonstrated relative weakness with making sound/symbol (auditory/visual) and visual recall associations for spelling and reading. These difficulties, concludes the evaluator, are indicative of an auditory, visual, and kinesthetic integration challenge.

    Apparently, Child’s Name’s scores were below average on one selective attention task and one dual attention task, and very low on single attention tasks. These combined results indicate that he has features of ADHD, combined presentation. He also has underlying processing difficulties that make academics, especially writing, very laborious for him and create fatigue, inattention, and overactive motor tendencies.

    Child’s Name’s parents are concerned, with reason, about the effects that wearing a mask will have on Child’s Name’s academics and social development/engagement. Social engagement depends on how well we can regulate the muscles of our faces and heads via pathways linking the cortex with the brainstem. These are the muscles that give expression to our faces, allow us to gesture with our heads, put intonation with our voices, direct our gaze, and permit us to distinguish human voices from background sounds.

    The neural regulation of the muscles of the face and head influences how someone perceives the engagement behavior of others. Absent facial expressions, and especially in someone who already exhibits learning, processing, and social challenges, may cause compromised emotional regulation and limited, spontaneous social engagement.

    Should Child’s Name be forced to wear a mask while at school, we may likely see a further decline in his ability to learn and to exhibit adaptive and social behaviors? 


    Child’s Name’s parents are very well informed about the current health situation/crisis in which we find ourselves.  They go to great lengths to ensure that Child’s Name eats well, gets plenty of clean water, exercises, and rests. I believe that Child’s Name’s nerve system and subsequent ability to learn would be enhanced if he was allowed to attend school without having to wear a mask. To ask this child to wear a mask while in school would very likely impact his ability to learn, to interact with others, and to continue to develop socially.

  • Updates to Idaho Vaccine Exemptions

    Idaho has some of the strongest languages in the US when it comes to parental rights and vaccine exemptions 💪💯 Not only do we have all three exemptions in place (medical, philosophical, and religious), and not only do parents have it in statute *and* in the rules that we have the right to submit our statement on any form (we do not have to use the state form), but now the schools *must* by law inform parents of these rights and must cite this section of code!!

    It took years of work to protect, clarify, change the rules, and now add these new 26 words, but we have succeeded. Now – we must defend, educate, and keep it in place.

    Here are two letters that can be used for your vaccine exemption for DAYCARE or SCHOOL.

    Just added: Section (3) to Idaho Code 39-4802:TITLE 39HEALTH AND SAFETY CHAPTER 48 IMMUNIZATION 39-4802. EXEMPTIONS.
    (1) Any minor child whose parent or guardian has submitted to school officials a certificate signed by a physician licensed by the state board of medicine stating that the physical condition of the child is such that all or any of the required immunizations would endanger the life or health of the child shall be exempt from the provisions of this chapter.
    (2) Any minor child whose parent or guardian has submitted a signed statement to school officials stating their objections on religious or other grounds shall be exempt from the provisions of this chapter.
    (3) School officials shall describe the exemptions provided in this section and provide a citation to this section in any communication to parents and guardians regarding immunization.

  • Dangerous pathogens found on children’s masks point to the need for a larger, more controlled study

    “A group of parents in Gainesville, FL, sent 6 face masks to a lab at the University of Florida, requesting an analysis of contaminants found on the masks after they had been worn. The resulting report found that five masks were contaminated with bacteria, parasites, and fungi, including three with dangerous pathogenic and pneumonia-causing bacteria. Although the test is capable of detecting viruses, including SARS-CoV-2, only one virus was found on one mask (alcelaphine herpesvirus 1).



    The analysis detected the following 11 dangerous pathogens on the masks:

    • Streptococcus pneumoniae (pneumonia)
    • Mycobacterium tuberculosis (tuberculosis)
    • Neisseria meningitidis (meningitis, sepsis)
    • Acanthamoeba polyphaga (keratitis and granulomatous amebic encephalitis)
    • Acinetobacter baumanni (pneumonia, blood stream infections, meningitis, UTIs—resistant to antibiotics)
    • Escherichia coli (food poisoning)
    • Borrelia burgdorferi (causes Lyme disease)
    • Corynebacterium diphtheriae (diphtheria)
    • Legionella pneumophila (Legionnaires’ disease)
    • Staphylococcus pyogenes serotype M3 (severe infections—high morbidity rates)
    • Staphylococcus aureus (meningitis, sepsis)

    Half of the masks were contaminated with one or more strains of pneumonia-causing bacteria. One-third were contaminated with one or more strains of meningitis-causing bacteria. One-third were contaminated with dangerous, antibiotic-resistant bacterial pathogens. In addition, less dangerous pathogens were identified, including pathogens that can cause fever, ulcers, acne, yeast infections, strep throat, periodontal disease, Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever, and more.”

  • Mask Lawsuit Against Idaho School

    The forced masking of Idaho students violates ID Law. Find out how to support the fight against a school boards’ illegal power grab.

    Basin School District No 72 in Boise County, Idaho is enforcing a mask mandate in violation of state law. If students don’t wear a mask, they cannot attend school in person or ride the bus.

    The Governor, State Department of Health and Welfare, local health district, county and city have all refused to require face coverings.

    Idaho City High School parents and students have filed suit in Boise County, Idaho alleging that this violates parental rights, religious liberties, informed consent and Idaho law and causes grave harm to Idaho students.

    Where does the school district get the authority to make law and force health decisions upon students against the wishes of the parents?

  • Contact Tracing, Testing, Forced Quarantine in Idaho

    Contact Tracing, Testing and ultimately forced Quarantine are the next big step, we are told, to opening up the economy. Governor Little placed the state of Idaho in a state of extreme emergency and implemented IC 46-601 placing the entire state under martial law. Data gathered since March 26, 2020, reflects that the COVID-19 illness accounts for the death of one person a day in Idaho. Using this current data, it’s hard to consider that Idaho is under an extreme emergency situation (other than the one created by Governor Little’s reaction to COVID-19).

    However, Governor Little IGNORING the statistical data announced Idaho will invest $7 million from the federal CARES Act to expand its contact-tracing capabilities, with plans to employ 255 contact tracers statewide to test and trace citizens of Idaho.

    The lack of privacy should be of great concern to every American. Parents are especially alarmed by the CDC comments that there would need to be ‘social services’ to wrap around to those who are contacted, tested, and confirmed positive.

    The CDC Contact tracing manual calls on state health departments to provide ‘social services’ support to families that might not have the resources to quarantine in a single room in the house. Single parents and those living in generational living situations are the targets of social service support which could include the removal of uninfected children from the home by social services. (page 37)

    Contact Tracing and YOUR KIDS!

    The COVID Tracing Manual for Idaho proposes creating five priority levels for testing. At the top of the pyramid is health care workers who have COVID symptoms and residents of nursing homes. At the next level are the inmates and employees of the state’s correctional facilities.

    Governor Brad Little says the state needs to also step up its contact tracing abilities. He says Idaho is on its way to having 500 people as CONTACT TRACERS.
