  • Can a Biased Journalist Produce Objective Work?

    In the past three years, Health Freedom Idaho has grown. HFI has successfully pushed back against liberty stealing statutes and rules, particularly those surrounding vaccines, and in the process made their presence known. Due to this, the media is beginning to take notice.

    We have been told that an Idaho Statesman’s investigative reporter, Audrey Dutton, is writing a feature story on Health Freedom Idaho. In addition to requesting information from Health Freedom Idaho leadership directly, she made public records requests to obtain the names and contact information of members and individuals who testified at the recent rules hearings. She has been sending requests for interviews to Health Freedom Idaho members. We want our members to know that Dutton obtained this information through a public records request, NOT from HFI.

    Ms. Dutton has publicly stated her bias against parents who opt out of some or all vaccinations. She has determined that the vaccination debate is settled despite hundreds of published peer-reviewed studies that call the safety and efficacy of vaccines into question and despite the demonstrable lies and distortions uttered by vaccine proponents. Her opinion is that parents opposed to some or all vaccination are unjustifiably fearful and/or misinformed.

    They like to say, “The science is settled. Vaccines are safe and effective.” But is science ever settled? Ask some real scientists and I’m sure they will tell you that science is never settled but is always ongoing. It takes a great amount of arrogance to claim you know it all and there is nothing more to the story.

     It also takes a great amount of ignorance given that federal law recognizes vaccines injure and kill some recipients and research shows that 6% of pediatricians do not follow the CDC guidelines for their own children and 13% do not plan to follow the guidelines in the future. A whopping 21% of pediatric specialists planned to reject at least one vaccine for their future children. But most don’t talk about it because they are threatened with the removal of their licenses and harassed by their state medical boards if they do.

    Yes, some parents opt out of some or all vaccines for their children and recently their voices have grown stronger as parents educate themselves on the matter and realize their right to direct the upbringing of their children is being threatened all across the nation through draconian legislation and more. Bureaucrats in Idaho have already trampled parental rights codified in Idaho statute.

    Why Do Parents Hesitate to Vaccinate?

    Ms. Dutton has been emailing Health Freedom Idaho members asking for an interview about their vaccine choices. But why would anyone want to talk with her when she’s already determined that those who decline vaccines are simply doing so out of fear and ignorance. And isn’t a parent’s desire to protect his or her children the most important reason to decline a medical intervention admitted to cause injury and death?

    “…many parents in Idaho are opting out of measles/mumps/rubella vaccinations for their children…. The reason they balk usually isn’t religious or because of underlying health problems. It’s fear.”

    One is left to wonder the basis of this assumption and why it matters. A parent has the natural right to care for their child as they see fit. They can choose whether to vaccinate or not – for any reason, or for no reason at all. That said, religion, underlying health problems, documented scientific dangers of vaccines, bad experiences of friends and loved ones, and fear are five justifiable reasons to question whether the potential benefits of vaccinating are worth the risks and spiritual objections. – Health Freedom Idaho

    REFUSING VACCINES DUE TO THE TOXIC INGREDIENTS

    Let’s examine the description (in part) of the MMR II, made by Merck & Co, Inc.

    MMR II (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella Virus Vaccine Live) is a live virus vaccine for vaccination against measles (rubeola), mumps, and rubella (German measles). MMR II is a sterile lyophilized preparation of (1) ATTENUVAX (Measles Virus Vaccine Live), a more attenuated line of measles virus, derived from Enders’ attenuated Edmonston strain and propagated in chick embryo cell culture; (2) MUMPSVAX (Mumps Virus Vaccine Live), the Jeryl Lynn (B level) strain of mumps virus propagated in chick embryo cell culture; and (3) MERUVAX II (Rubella Virus Vaccine Live), the Wistar RA 27/3 strain of live attenuated rubella virus propagated in WI-38 human diploid lung fibroblasts. {1,2}

    The growth medium for measles and mumps is Medium 199 (a buffered salt solution containing vitamins and amino acids and supplemented with fetal bovine serum) containing SPGA (sucrose, phosphate, glutamate, and recombinant human albumin) as stabilizer and neomycin…. Each dose of the vaccine is calculated to contain sorbitol, sodium phosphate, sucrose, sodium chloride, hydrolyzed gelatin, recombinant human albumin, fetal bovine serum, other buffer and media ingredients, and approximately 25mcg of neomycin….”

    Certainly Ms. Dutton cannot fault loving parents for not wanting to inject those ingredients into their healthy children. There is not a single study proving the safety of injecting all those ingredients. Is Dutton unaware of this fact?


    RELIGIOUS OBJECTIONS TO VACCINES TAINTED BY ABORTION

    Many individuals believe vaccines are unclean and defile the temple (their body) because of the injection of modified viruses and bacteria, toxic contaminants and ingredients, and the fact they are cultured on aborted fetal tissues and animal tissues.

    What do all these ingredients mean to someone with possible spiritual objections? There are at least two answers to this question. One is the issue of abortion. The other is the multiple biblical references to introducing foreign substances into the body.

    Wistar RA 27/3 is listed and referenced with WI-38 human diploid lung fibroblasts. These are scientific terms and labels. Here is the reality of what they represent:

    “The rubella virus clinically named RA273 (R=Rubella, A=Abortus, 27=27th fetus, 3=3rd tissue explant) was then cultivated on the WI-38 aborted fetal cell line. A later research paper by Stanley Plotkin [vaccine developer]  would reveal that 40 more babies were aborted after RA273 was successfully isolated, with virus strains taken from 34 of them.[13A] This means a total of over 80 separate, elective abortions recorded were involved in the research and final production of the present day rubella vaccine: 21 from the original WI-1 through WI-26 fetal cell lines that failed, plus WI-38 itself, plus 67 from the attempts to isolate the rubella virus.” – Children of God for Life, Vaccines and Abortions.

    For patients and parents with strong objections to abortion, this information could weigh heavily on the decision of whether or not to use products that contain aborted fetal tissue such as vaccination. (More information on aborted fetal tissue in vaccines)

    RELIGIOUS OBJECTIONS TO VACCINES TAINTED WITH FOREIGN SUBSTANCES

    The second potential religious or spiritual objection relates to foreign substances being introduced into the body. Many believe the Bible commands we not defile the temple God has created.

    “Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.”

    Alarming research out of Italy documents not only the dangerous ingredients intended to be contained in vaccines but dozens of other toxic contaminants from lead to glass.     The bottom line is vaccines contain a variety of ingredients, both intended and unintended that may toxic, carcinogenic, mutagenic and even fertility impairing  – from aluminum to formaldehyde to polysorbate 80 to more. It is easy to understand how many parents might view these as a violation of God’s commandment.

    DECLINING FOR HEALTH REASONS

    To address the issues of underlying health problems and fear, let’s look at more information provided by the vaccine maker. 

    MMR II, made by Merck & Co, Inc. (in part): 

    “CONTRAINDICATIONS: 

    • Hypersensitivity to any component of the vaccine….
    • Do not give MMR II to pregnant females…
    • Anaphylactic or anaphylactoid reactions to neomycin…
    • Febrile respiratory illness or other active febrile infection.
    • Patients receiving immunosuppressive therapy.
    • Individuals with blood dyscrasias, leukemia, lymphomas of any type…
    • Primary and acquired immunodeficiency states…
    • Individuals with a family history of congenital or hereditary immunodeficiency….

    PRECAUTIONS:

    • Adequate treatment provisions, including epinephrine injection (1:1000) should be available for immediate use should an anaphylactic or anaphylactoid reaction occur.
    • Excretion of small amounts of the live attenuated rubella virus from the nose or throat has occurred in the majority of susceptible individuals 7 to 28 days after vaccination.
    • As for any vaccine, vaccination with MMR II may not result in protection….
    • The health-care provider should provide the vaccine information required to be given with each vaccination to the patient, parent, or guardian.
    • The health-care provider should inform the patient, parent, or guardian of the benefits and risks associated with vaccination.

    Manufacturers report that there are vaccine reactions that include getting measles from the vaccine…and chronic conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, brain swelling, paralysis (temporary or permanent), seizures, lazy eye and more…

    The vaccine package insert contains a large section on adverse reactions, some of which include: Panniculitis, atypical measles, vasculitis, pancreatitis, diabetes mellitus, thrombocytopenia, anaphylaxis and anaphylactoid reactions, arthritis, arthralgia, myalgia, encephalitis, encephalopathy, subacute sclerosing panencephalitis, Guillian-Barre Syndrome, acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (adem), transverse myelitis, febrile convulsions, afebrile convulsions or seizures, ataxia, polyneuritis, polyneuropathy, ocular palsies, paresthesia.”

    Given all this information, the description, the contraindications, and the precautions, doesn’t some fear seem warranted? And given these risks, does Dutton really think it is her place to declare the science settled, not to mention shame parents for well-placed fear?

    REFUSING ADDITIONAL VACCINES AFTER SEEING A LOVED ONE INJURED

    Ex-Vaxxer NOT Anti-Vaxxer

    This category of people who decline vaccinations, those who were once pro-vaccine only to experience the downside first hand, is likely the largest. Despite the fact that less than one percent of vaccine adverse reactions are reported, there have been over 87,000 reports of adverse reactions to the MMR vaccine to the federal Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System from the US and it’s territories. And if only 1% of reactions are reported, there could be as many as 8,700,000 reactions.

    Despite official reassurances that vaccine injuries are rare, parents who’ve seen their children hospitalized, stricken with chronic illnesses, paralysis, seizures, or blindness are not going to continue vaccinating. Siblings are spared the potential damage and parents are shamed for being anti-vax when they should receive our sympathy. In reality, they were pro-vaccine until they watched their child suffer and/or die. To add insult to injury, parents are shamed and targeted after vaccination injury by friends, family, and media. Many suffer in silence, raising a child with chronic illness or vaccine-induced physical challenge.

    Yes, parents opt-out for religious and moral reasons as well as previous vaccine injuries. Others, faced with the decision of vaccination, having read the medical literature to truly understand the risks and being left with many unanswered questions as vaccines are not subject to the gold standard of double-blind, placebo-controlled rigor, they utilize the vaccine exemptions available through Idaho statute. 

    Exemptions due to the Unanswered Questions

    Access to information regarding vaccines has become increasingly difficult due to censorship by big tech and the mainstream media who according to Robert F. Kennedy Jr., received a combined $9.6 billion in revenues from pharmaceutical companies in 2016 alone. Information, statistics and basic risk versus benefit analysis of vaccinations are getting harder to research. 

    For example, parents seeking to find out how many children died in the last measles outbreak in 2019 are redirected to the CDC website. However, after scouring page after page there is NO INDICATION how many U.S. children died in the highly contagious measles outbreak. *It was ZERO for those still looking for the answer.* 

    Health officials, doctors, and mainstream media claim that 1 in 1000 children will die from measles but before the introduction of the measles vaccine, the reported number was 1 in 10,000. Thanks to public health measures such as sanitation and clean drinking water as well as access to healthcare and nutrition, the rate declined from 13.3 per 100,000 in 1900 to .2 per 100,000 in 1963, before the measles vaccine was introduced. No children have died from measles in the US in last 2 decades.

    Some of the many unanswered questions: 

    • Why aren’t vaccines tested according to the gold standard with double-blind placebos?
    • Why are they the only product that is one size fits all?
    • If vaccines are so safe, why is there zero manufacturer liability? 
    • Why is the US the only country that gives the Hep B vaccine on the first day of life?
    • Why is it that after vaccine manufacturers received a liability-free pass, the vaccine schedule exploded to more than 70 doses of vaccines?
    • Why does the US give the chickenpox vaccine, when the UK and many other countries don’t, because it’s been proven to cause shingles, which is more dangerous?
    • Many scientists have raised the alarm on the amount of aluminum in vaccines. Why doesn’t the CDC address their concerns?
    • Why did the ACIP committee recently approve the new Hep B adjuvant despite the safety signal of a myocardial infarction?
    • Why are all four major vaccine makers (Merck, Sanofi, GSK and Pfizer), who have all been convicted of fraud, given a free pass when it comes to vaccines? Merck created the deadly drug Vioxx and is currently being sued for fraud relating to the Shingles vaccine, MMR vaccine, and Gardasil vaccine, their products are mandated for school entry?
    • Why do we give 26 vaccines in the first year of life to infants with immature immune systems that cannot even mount an immune response to vaccines?
    • Where are the safety studies on vaccines that were supposed to be conducted and submitted to the Department of Health and Human Services to ensure the vaccine’s safety?

    While we are flattered that time and resources are being spent trying to figure out how a small grassroots effort could grow into an outspoken voice of freedom and liberty in Idaho – answer, because we speak the truth and it resonates – these above questions deserve a thorough examination. Is Dutton willing to ask them? What’s more, the only group possessing unfettered influence at the state and national level is the pharmaceutical industry, that is where the focus of investigative reporting should be. Dutton must possess a great deal of cognitive dissonance to believe that the same industry that has paid billions in fines for fraud and is the largest lobbyist and contributor to political campaigns in the nation, is trustworthy when it comes to vaccines even though they have no liability for these products.

    Our question is whether an already opinionated journalist like Audrey Dutton is capable of reading the medical literature herself, talking to doctors and scientists with genuine concerns, investigating reported injuries and deaths after vaccines and writing a thought provoking and honest piece of journalism? Or will she simply regurgitate what conflicted officials, doctors, and vaccine stakeholders have fed her? We think educated readers know the answer to those questions.

    Our question is whether an already opinionated journalist like Audrey Dutton is capable of reading the medical literature herself, talking to doctors and scientists with genuine concerns, investigating reported injuries and deaths after vaccines and writing a thought-provoking and honest journalism piece? Or will she simply regurgitate what conflicted officials, doctors, and vaccine stakeholders have fed her?

    Our hearts break for our friends in CA. 💔
    They have given everything they have to the fight against SB276 which was signed into law today by a corrupt governor.

    Shared from California. Their vaccine mandate bill that removes almost all medical exemptions passed the House today. The legislators voted to “ignore their rules” requiring a bill to be read 3 times. ”They called a “suspension of rules”. In the dark, the assembly heard SB276 and passed. Amendments added via another bill, they tore through the Assembly, and Senate will hear the bill, then rapidly signed by the governor. Segregation, degrading and demonizing our children. We are In distress #America!

    Yesterday in California, a bill went from

    through committee
    to the Assembly Floor
    to the Senate Floor
    to the Governor, who signed it

    In 8 hours
    Without a SINGLE public hearing.
    Despite THOUSANDS of constituents outside waiting their turn to speak, demanding the bill be stopped.

    55,000 medically fragile California school children will not be able to go back to school after next year.

    Children who have already suffered from these pharmaceutical products.

    Children who have lost a sibling or family member from these pharmaceutical products.

    Children who are immunocompromised and can’t tolerate those pharmaceutical products.

    Children who are genetically immunocompromised and cannot tolerate these pharmaceutical products.

    Now, any doctor who dares listen to his patients about their children having an adverse reaction will be persecuted, penalized, and investigated for writing more than 5 medical waivers.

    No doctor will be willing to help his patients with adverse reactions to vaccines now.

    Every single doctor who has ever tried to help his patients with vaccine adverse reactions prior to this draconian new law, is already being investigated and scrutinized as it is.

    SB276 makes a parent put their child through near death before they are granted a waiver, and it would only be good for 1 vaccine. So that child would still have to get all other vaccines including new ones (new ones are regularly added to the schedule).

    With the passage of this bill, not even a Doctor can excuse a child from an injection that they feel may harm them. California parents have lost their ability to follow a doctor’s advice about vaccination.
    A state bureaucrat is now in charge of that decision. And if they say no, the child will be forced out of school.

    With the passage of SB 276 medical vaccine exemptions essentially no longer exist.

    No Fraudulent Medical Exemptions were Found

    The bill was written in the premise that fraudulent vaccine exemptions were being written. Some report that of the 4000 exemptions reviewed. The primary co-author of the bill confirmed that ZERO medical exemptions were found fraudulent.

    Pharma puppet is looking to vilify any doctor who writes medical exemptions- essentially stripping them away from medically fragile children. He is claiming “fake medical exemptions hurt kids”, all while there is 🚨NO EMERGENCY🚨. There is zero proof that the low amount of children who utilize a medical exemption because ❗️GASP❗️they actually qualify for one are a threat to others. This is the government interfering with the doctor-patient relationship and punishing doctors for doing what is in the best interest of their patients. California doctors will not write medical exemptions for children now for fear of backlash.

    Parents are now faced with the decision to homeschool their children or leave the state of California in order to protect their children from mandated medical assault.

    It’s NOT about Herd Immunity

    This is NOT about achieving herd immunity in order to protect the vulnerable… I have had people contact me saying that even when their child or a family member suffered IMMEDIATE life-threatening reactions to vaccines, that doctors STILL had “no idea” what was going on, and don’t consider the vaccines as the cause.

    All pharmaceutical products can harm people in at least some cases. It’s foolish to believe that is not true for vaccines.

    This is about forcing EVERYONE to vaccinate, regardless of their health, regardless of being vaccine injured, regardless of if you lost a child to vaccines already.

    Herd immunity was based on a concept that only a percentage of individuals in a population (60% or even less) had to contract the infection for others to be protected…

    Vaccines cannot and never will allow us to attain herd immunity and California will continue to have outbreaks despite their goal of 100% vaccination rates in schools.

    THEY KNOW THIS.

    SB 276 is a clear example of government overreach, resulting in the unnecessary and inefficient use of taxpayer dollars. Since SB 277 eliminated both personal belief and religious exemptions (47 other states allow either or both), vaccination rates increased from 92.9 to 94.8 percent. Currently, less than 1 percent of California kindergartners have a permanent medical exemption. In addition, 96.6 percent of kindergartners have had the MMR to protect against the measles infection.

  • Standing Room Only at Public Hearing for Health and Welfare Rules

    What an amazing turn out in North Idaho today!  So many brave moms and dads.  I’m so thankful for all of you.  Watching all of you fight for your babies today bring me to tears. In that roomful, only 1 person spoke for the “rules”. It was an employee of the system! All the rest were a united bunch! Great speeches!

    Hari Heath I was very impressed by the competent knowledge of the subject so many had; how we came at it from so many angles without being redundant; one set of facts became backed up someone else’s direct experience and how resoundingly cohesive this group of individuals was.
    We couldn’t have done better with a producer and a script!

    Public speaking can pretty nerve-wracking for many.  But you all got up there and just spoke from your heart, respectfully but without mincing words.  It was stressful and no one really wanted to do it but we do because there’s nothing we won’t do for our children.  And we know if we don’t speak today, tomorrow may be too late.

    This Saturday was a very sobering reminder to me of the cost some of our children have already paid and those who ultimately lost their lives, as I ran into my friend Shelly.  Some of you may recognize her from Pilgrim’s.  Her family paid the ultimate price, along w 3 other families in North Idaho and a total of 11 families between here and Spokane just in the same month her Vance died.  

    This is why we do what we do.  For babies like Vance and so our children or anyone’s children never again have to suffer the devastating destruction that vaccines can cause.

    According to an article in Idahoednews – Health and Welfare is also getting emails on the issue, but in this case, the headcount is quite different. While 28 Idahoans argued against immunization rules, 62 Idahoans urged Health and Welfare to keep the rules in place, Nathan Brown of the Idaho Falls Post Register reported.

    I OPPOSE  IDAPA 16.02.15 and 16.02.11 Requirements for Immunizations

    36 required school vaccinations

    31 required daycare vaccines (by the age of 2)

    These rules violate informed consent, bodily autonomy, parental rights, medical privacy, and doctor-patient privilege.These rules represent a clear violation of human rights as they go beyond the scope of the law and seek to coerce and bully parents into compliance. Forcing the injection of liability-free medical products into an individual in order to participate in education in public and private schools and participate in private business via daycares.

    • Rules 16.02.15 and 16.02.11 must be stricken or at very least amended to reflect a “recommendation” rather than a requirement/mandate. The Health and Welfare Department must be more transparent and specify that exemptions are available.

    This additional vaccine requirement was added for the 20-21 school year under the guise that it would protect potential college-bound students from the exceedingly rare disease that affects less than 400 individuals a year. The Health Department reports that LESS THAN 3 individuals annually in Idaho and NO reported students have been effected in the last decade. The CDC reports that 92% of the college students who got meningitis WERE VACCINATED with this vaccine. Not surprisingly, 99.9% of those who were in favor of the vaccine at public hearings stood to gain financially from the newest Idaho vaccine mandate.The parents of the 30,000 students a year who are now mandated to receive an additional vaccine are not being provided true Informed Consent. (Meningitis Facts)

    • Additional Vaccination Mandate must be stricken or at very least amended to reflect a “recommendation” rather than a requirement/mandate. The Health and Welfare Department must be more transparent and specify that exemptions are available.

  • Idaho CPS Traumatizing Innocent Families

    March 2022 -The recent tragic incident involving Meridian Idaho Police ripping a breast-fed infant from his mother’s arms and arresting her for her protective instincts has thousands of people in shock! The doctor treating this child with special medical needs said “the infant should be returned to the family”. Yet, the state decided to keep the infant in state custody. Parents everywhere are rising up to seek an end to the often unlawful, traumatizing, and damaging effects that Idaho Child Welfare / CPS has on parents and their innocent children.

     

    That’s a lot of children placed in a system that is proven to be less safe than in their own homes.

    In 2019, the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare conducted 10,159 investigations based on referrals for child abuse, neglect or abandonment out of 23,599 referrals made to the department. In Idaho, it is mandatory that every person report suspected child abuse or neglect, which creates a huge number of referrals.

    CPS social workers or law enforcement attempted comprehensive safety assessments at 4% of the Idaho households with children under the age of 18.

    In every one of those cases, CPS told the parents that they must submit to questioning, entry to their home and that they must submit their children to the questioning and examination of the children by government workers outside of the presence of the parents.

    Idaho CPS social workers say that “nobody ever questions” these intrusions into the family home and the privacy of the relationship between parents and children.

    But, because of the Constitution of the United States, it is simply not the law that parents must obey every demand of CPS

    Just because the Department rules require CPS workers to attempt to infiltrate your home and family life does not mean you have to allow the invasion.

    The fact is that abuse and neglect under Idaho’s Child Protective Act are over-reported and exaggerated. Many of the calls are anonymous, and after investigation, fully 83% of the investigations (8,432 in 2018) are found “unsubstantiated, meaning there was no abuse or neglect.

    In their attempt to investigate, CPS social workers working for the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare frequently use coercive tactics, like showing up with law enforcement officers and telling parents they must cooperate, or they could lose custody of their own children. The Department frequently shows up at odd times, like on a Friday evening or even on holidays.

    That is because their rules require that they investigate priority 1 and 2 referrals either immediately or within 24 hours. And CPS social workers will never confine themselves to just investigating the nature of the original referral. Their “comprehensive safety assessment” means they will stray far and wide from the referral to investigate and explore everything about you and your family relationships, including your parenting philosophies and how often and what types of foods everyone eats.

    If parents know their rights and begin to exercise their rights, they will be empowered against an over-reaching department, and even if the Department continues to attempt its intrusions, at least individual parents will be empowered to operate on a more level playing field.

    A few months ago, I revisited a Reddit article titled, “News outlets self-censor extremely important information because ad revenue from pharmaceutical companies can be up to 70% of their income,” — seventy percent!  Now, that’s a lot of influence and power to decide what will become news and how it will be reported. 

    Cited in the article, from a presentation at the Revolution for Truth Rally and Protest, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. remarked,

    I talked to Roger Ailes [then CEO of FOX News], who I have known since I was 17 years old, he’s very sympathetic with this issue and saw the film Trace Amounts. I said to him, ‘I just want to go on one of your shows. Nobody will allow me to talk about this or debate me.’ He said to me, ‘I can’t allow you on any of them. I’d have to fire any of my hosts that allowed you on my station. Because,’ he said, ‘My news division gets up to 70% of advertising revenues during non-election years from the pharmaceutical companies’.

    Pharma spends billions of dollars on T.V. advertising. 

    Mass media conglomerates rely heavily, as stated by Kennedy, on the money pharma puts into their industry and, in particular, its news cycles for the purpose of generating more profits. This reminded me of the avalanche of scientific and legal evidence that would have anyone reading the literature raise many profound questions about the theory, policies, and practice of vaccination. More importantly for the purposes of this article, I wondered, how would the “spin” on vaccines be played? Upon what context would that spin be promoted? 

    And, how would people be made vulnerable and thus fall prey to the unfolding propaganda campaign?

    The context was the recent measles outbreak. The spin was to be engineered through the propagation of ignorance on the topic of the measles, and lies about the measles, its vaccines’ history, effectiveness, and safety, all in an attempt to deepen the already entrenched super profitable and liability-free market of the vaccine manufacturing industry. And maybe more heinously, through policies that would destroy our most basic right of informed consent and exemptions.

    Yes, Senator Martin – this is how disinformation is spread. He quotes a figure WORLD WIDE blaming anti-vaccine movement for deaths of malnourished individuals. Why not cite the US figures? Because there has been 1000 cases of measles in 2019 AND ZERO Complication including death. In fact, digging DEEPLY into the CDC figures (because they don’t want to make it easy to find) there has been ONE CASE of ‘measles related death’ in the past 27 years.

    The pharma mainstream mass media connection, along with politicians, health agencies and their subordinates (doctors, public health officials, etc.), continue to manage the marketplace and the narrative.  While these pharma giants line their pockets and those of politicians whose careers are progressively being underscored by their own conflicts of interest and echoed by the propaganda afforded them through the mass media industry, the social, economic and political costs of allowing fear to deny an open national dialogue on the topic of vaccines are becoming insurmountable. In the end, our children will have us to blame for the failing state of health that characterizes more than half of their generation.

    H.R.2527 – Vaccinate All Children Act of 2019  Introduced by (D) Frederica Wilson of Florida and currently has 17 democrat co-sponsors. This bill has been presented before and got no traction, but there it legitimate concern it will this session in light of the political climate surrounding exemptions this year.

    This is seriously NOT about how you feel concerning vax and non-vaxx parents. Such limited, ignorant thinking. It is 100% about allowing the government to have control over what is injected into your body. Our bodies are sovereign territory — NOT PROPERTY OF THE GOVERNMENT.     H.R.2527 – Vaccinate All Children Act of 2019

    TEXT OF THE BILL

    116th CONGRESS
    1st Session/Bill Number H. R. 2527

    It reads:
    “To amend the Public Health Service Act to condition receipt by States (and political subdivisions and public entities of States) of preventive health services grants on the establishment of a State requirement for students in public elementary and secondary schools to be vaccinated in accordance with the recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, and for other purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
    SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the “Vaccinate All Children Act of 2019”.

    SEC. 2. REQUIRING STUDENTS AT PUBLIC ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS TO BE VACCINATED.

    (a) Requirement.—Section 317 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 247b) is amended by adding at the end the following:

    “(n) Requiring Students At Public Elementary And Secondary Schools To Be Vaccinated.—

    “(1) REQUIREMENT.—For a State or a political subdivision or other public entity of a State to be eligible to receive a grant under this section, the applicant shall demonstrate to the Secretary’s satisfaction that, subject to paragraphs (2) and (3), the State requires each student enrolled in one of the State’s public elementary schools or public secondary schools to be vaccinated in accordance with the recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices.

    “(2) EXCEPTION FOR CHILD’S HEALTH.—The funding condition described in paragraph (1) shall not apply with respect to a student if a duly registered and licensed physician submits a written certification at the beginning of the school year to the individual in charge of the health program at the student’s school—

    “(A) certifying that the physician has personally examined the student during the preceding 12 months;

    “(B) certifying that, in the physician’s opinion, the physical condition of the student is such that the student’s health would be endangered by the vaccination involved; and

    “(C) demonstrating (to the satisfaction of the individual in charge of the health program at the student’s school) that the physician’s opinion conforms to the accepted standard of medical care.

    “(3) DEFINITIONS.—In this subsection:

    “(A) The term ‘Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices’ means the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices established by the Secretary, acting through the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

    “(B) The terms ‘elementary school’ and ‘secondary school’ have the meanings given to such terms in section 8101 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965.”.

    (b) Application.—The amendment made by subsection (a) applies only with respect to fiscal years beginning after the date that is 6 months after the date of enactment of this Act.”

  • A Browser Without Tracking, Surveillance, or Censorship

    Thanks to an assist from Congress, your cable company has the legal right to sell your web-browsing data without your consent. This is how to protect your data from preying eyes. As the battle heats up for health freedom and body autonomy people are more aware than ever before of the sort of information they can reveal every time they set a digital footprint on the web.

    If you want to push back against online tracking, you’ve got several options to pick from when choosing a default browser. These are the browsers that put user privacy high on the list of their priorities. 

    DuckDuckGo (Android, iOS, browser extension)

    You might know DuckDuckGo as the anti-Google search engine, but it’s also branched out to make its own mobile browsers for Android and iOS. Not only do they keep you better protected online, they give you plenty of information about what they’re blocking.

    DuckDuckGo starts by enforcing encrypted HTTPS connections, when websites offer them, and then gives each page you visit a grade based on how aggressively it’s trying to mine your data.

    Ghostery (Android, iOS, browser extension)

    Get Ghostery for Android or iOS installed, and straight away it gets to work blocking adverts and tracking cookies that will attempt to keep tabs on what you’re up to on the web.

    Like DuckDuckGo’s mobile apps, the Ghostery browser tells you exactly which trackers it’s blocking, and how many monitoring tools each website has installed—if you find certain sites that are well-behaved, you can mark them as trusted with a tap.

    Or, if you find a site that’s packed full of tracking technology, you can block every single bit of cookie technology on it (for commenting systems, media players and so on), even if the site might break as a result.

    Ghostery also develops an extension that works with just about every desktop browser out there—again, you can view the trackers on each site you visit, then take appropriate action on them or let Ghostery decide and its AI smarts decide what needs blocking.

    Ghostery’s tools are a little more in-depth and advanced than the ones offered by DuckDuckGo, so you might consider it if you want to take extra

    control over which trackers are blocked on which sites.

    Tor Browser (Android, Windows, macOS)

    Tor Browser stands for browsing “without tracking, surveillance, or censorship” and is worth a look if you want the ultimate in anonymized, tracker-free browsing—unless you’re on iOS, where it isn’t yet available.

    The browser app for Android, Windows and macOS is actually part of a bigger project to keep internet browsing anonymous. The Tor Project routes your web navigation through a complex, encrypted network of relays managed by its community, making it much harder for anyone else to work out where you’re going on the web.

    As well as this additional layer of anonymity, Tor Browser is super-strict on the sort of background scripts and tracking technologies sites are allowed to run. It also blocks fingerprinting, a method where advertisers attempt to recognize the unique characteristics of your device across multiple sites, even if they can’t tell exactly who you are.

    At the end of each browsing session, everything gets wiped, including cookies left behind by sites and the browsing history inside the Tor Browser app itself. In other words, private browsing mode is the default.

    Because of the extra encryption and anonymity measures, Tor Browser can run slightly slower than other browsers, but in terms of staying invisible on the web, it’s the best there is. It can even help you get online in countries where the internet is blocked or censored.

    Brave (Android, iOS, Windows, macOS)

    Brave is a project from Brendan Eich, once of Firefox developer Mozilla, and its mission includes both keeping you from being tracked on the web, and finding a better way to serve you advertisements. It’s a dichotomy that doesn’t fully fit together just yet.

    There’s no doubt about the effectiveness of its tracker blocking technologies though. The browser apps block ads by default and put tight restrictions on the information sites can gather on you through cookies and tracking scripts.

    You can block trackers, scripts, and fingerprinting technologies—where sites attempt to identify your particular device—individually, but unlike DuckDuckGo and Ghostery you don’t get a detailed breakdown of what’s been stopped.

    Brave also tries to block phishing attempts over the web, and will force HTTPS encryption where it’s available. It’s a comprehensive package that strikes a well-judged balance between simplicity and power.

    Time will tell whether Brave’s attempts to create a new privacy-respecting ad platform are successful, but it’s testing the idea of paying users to watch ads and splitting the revenue with content creators. You can also give micropayments to sites you like directly, though all of this is completely opt-in.
