  • BREAKING: Lawsuit Exposes Vaccine Immunity Fraud by HHS

In exchange for giving vaccine companies immunity from prosecution for adverse reaction & medical harm, the Federal government said it would take measures to monitor & improve vaccine safety.  A new lawsuit by Del Bigtree shows HHS never looked at ANY safety or adverse reactions for ANY vaccine for the 31 years since they were given oversight.

“The following document comes as a result of a lawsuit filed by Robert Kennedy, Jr. against the Department of Health and Human Services. After RFK’s countless freedom of information requests were ignored, he sued HHS in an attempt to collect information on the required safety studies and licensure requirements that the HHS is commissioned to be responsible for.

These safety studies are part of the fulfillment of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 which grants legal immunity to pharmaceutical companies and vaccine makers. These safety studies were assigned to HHS in an effort to be the checks and balances over Big Pharma, because they have no liability. Additionally, HHS was also to conduct and report these findings every two years to Congress.

As you will see in the attached court ordered stipulation, THEY DID NOT DO ONE SINGLE SAFETY STUDY IN THE LAST 30 YEARS – OR – AT LEAST THEY STATE THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF ANYTHING!

ORIGINAL FILES CAN BE DOWNLOADED HERE

Many of us have seen this news about the HHS lawsuit win for Del Bigtree, ICAN, and Robert Kennedy Jr. circulate and it CONFIRMS what we already knew! What are we going to do about it?

    Class action lawsuit?

    Civil suits?

Demand Congress REPEAL the Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986?

Maybe we should send them bills and invoices for the healthcare needs of all the vaccine injured, the funeral costs and emotional damages for those who died, the bills for those living with chronic illnesses and disabilities as a result of their ineptness?

How about suing for malpractice, negligence, ignorance, complicity in this corruption and incompetence, and stop giving doctors, our government agencies, and vaccine manufacturers a free pass to poison and destroy the population.

    Really?! WHAT CAN BE DONE?

Since HHS didn’t hold up their part of the bargain and did NOT fulfill conducting any safety studies in 30 years, as a REQUIREMENT of this 1986 act, then they are in default and forfeit this act and agreement.

Send this to every legislator and person that needs to make informed choices in this area. Share far and wide! #HHSLawsuit

  • U.S. Senate Votes To Legalize Hemp Farming

The non-psychoactive cannabis cousin of marijuana would finally become legal to grow in the United States under a bill overwhelmingly approved by the Senate. We hope that this bill passes as it will end the confusion about hemp in our state and the country. The wide-ranging agriculture and food policy legislation known as the Farm Bill, passed by a vote of 86 – 11 on Thursday, contains provisions to legalize the cultivation, processing and sale of industrial hemp. With over 25,000 products being made from hemp just imagine how much $$$ that can mean for America and our farmers. #HempFarmAct#FarmBill

The wide-ranging agriculture and food policy legislation known as the Farm Bill, passed by a vote of 86 – 11 on Thursday, contains provisions to legalize the cultivation, processing and sale of industrial hemp.

The move, championed by Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY), would also make hemp plants eligible for crop insurance.

“Consumers across America buy hundreds of millions in retail products every year that contain hemp,” McConnell said in a floor speech on Thursday. “But due to outdated federal regulations that do not sufficiently distinguish this industrial crop from its illicit cousin, American farmers have been mostly unable to meet that demand themselves. It’s left consumers with little choice but to buy imported hemp products from foreign-produced hemp.”

McConnell also took to the Senate floor on Tuesday and Wednesday to tout the bill’s hemp legalization provisions in separate speeches.

In April, the GOP leader introduced standalone legislation to legalize hemp, the Hemp Farming Act, the provisions of which were included in the larger Farm Bill when it was unveiled earlier June 2018.

The Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry approved the bill by a vote of 20-1 two weeks ago.

During that committee markup, Sen. Charles Grassley (R-IA), one of Congress’s most ardent opponents of marijuana law reform, threatened to pursue serious changes to the bill’s hemp provisions on the floor. Namely, he wanted to remove the legalization of derivatives of the cannabis plant, such as cannabidiol (CBD), which is used by many people for medical purposes. But Grassley never ended up filing a floor amendment, allowing hemp supporters to avoid a contentious debate and potentially devastating changes to the bill.

Hemp legalization enjoys broad bipartisan support.

“Legalizing hemp nationwide ends decades of bad policymaking and opens up untold economic opportunity for farmers in Oregon and across the country,” Sen. Ron Wyden (D-OR) said upon passage of the Farm Bill on Thursday. “Our bipartisan legislation will spur economic growth in rural communities by creating much-needed red, white and blue jobs that pay well. I’m proud to have worked with my colleagues to get the bipartisan Hemp Farming Act through the Senate. Today marks a long-overdue, huge step forward for American-grown hemp.”

BIG news for industrial hemp farming! Today, the Senate passed my bipartisan #HempFarmingAct, legislation that would lift a decades-old ban on growing industrial hemp on American soil. #RonReportpic.twitter.com/r0fBzseRIh

    — Ron Wyden (@RonWyden) June 28, 2018

Earlier this month, the Senate approved a nonbinding resolution recognizing hemp’s “growing economic potential.”

“For the first time in 80 years, this bill legalizes hemp. We forget, but hemp was widely grown in the United States throughout the mid-1800s,” Sen. Michael Bennet (D-CO) said in a floor speech on Wednesday. “Americans used hemp in fabrics, wine, and paper. Our government treated industrial hemp like any other farm commodity until the early 20th century, when a 1937 law defined it as a narcotic drug, dramatically limiting its growth. This became even worse in 1970 when hemp became a schedule I controlled substance. In Colorado, as is true across the country–I have talked to a lot of colleagues about this–we see hemp as a great opportunity to diversify our farms and manufacture high-margin products for the American people.”

McConnell’s standalone hemp bill currently has 29 cosponsors signed on—17 Democrats, nine Republicans and two independents.

A Congressional Research Service report released last week says that the “global market for hemp consists of more than 25,000 products.”

House Republican leaders blocked a vote to make hemp legalization part of that chamber’s version of the Farm Bill. But now that the language is included in the version approved by the Senate, it will be part of discussions by the bicameral conference committee that will merge both chambers’ bills into a single piece of legislation to be send to President Trump’s desk. All indications are that McConnell, as the most powerful senator, will fight hard for the survival of his hemp proposal.

A White House statement of administration policy released this week outlining concerns with the Farm Bill does not mention its hemp legalization provisions.

In 2014, McConnell included provisions to allow limited state-authorized hemp research programs in that year’s version of the Farm Bill.

Kentucky’s agriculture commissioner cheered the passage of the new hemp provisions on Thursday..

For farmers across KY, there is no piece of legislation more important than the #FarmBill. I am excited that @SenateMajLdr’s #HempFarmingAct made it into this measure, which will allow states to unleash the full economic potential of our industrial hemp pilot programs. #KyAg365 pic.twitter.com/HjU6OGKNjZ

  • Facebook Deletes Health, Wellness, Organic and Natural Living Accounts in the Name of Fake News

FB announced they were deleting “fake accounts” this week. Zuckerberg himself has announced that he will hire an additional 3,000 employees to shut down ‘fake news’ pages of this platform. Their definition of ‘fake news’ includes groups with labels of organic, natural, traditional, wellness, health and love, brighten my soul. Certainly looks like they’ve targeting deleted anything that threatens the Pharma money flow.

  • NEW RULES! Health Department Will Have To Follow The Law. WIN FOR HEALTH FREEDOM!

Health Freedom Idaho has spent the last two years going head to head with Idaho Department of Health and Welfare over their ‘immunization exemption form’.  The form was purportedly ‘required’ by all schools and daycares in accordance with a rule created by IDHW. The problem? This RULE created by a state department directly undermined an existing Idaho STATUTE (law).  Parents, schools and legislators recognized the issue prior to HFI involvement. State Representative Heather Scott brought it up with the Idaho Attorney General, who made it clear that the health department should NOT encourage schools to deny entrance to children whose parents had complied with the statute and submitted a signed statement invoking exemptions (in place of the falsely required form). 1

Health Freedom Idaho presented multiple bills, over the course of the last two legislative sessions, addressing this inconsistency. SB 1050  and SB 1227  were each created to clarify that parents submitting written statements, in accordance with Idaho Statute regarding exemptions, was perfectly legal procedure for invoking exemption status for their children, rather than being coerced into using the IDHW exemption form. Neither bill was ever heard. The chairman of the senate health committee drawered them to avoid allowing these bills to be voted on by the entire legislature. This allowed IDHW to continue undermining law and train school staff to (illegally) deny the enrollment of children to schools and daycares whose parents chose to forego THEIR “official” form. The health department even went so far as to suggest that school staff go behind parents’ backs by filling out sectionsparents intentionally left blank.

PARENTS STAND UP. CHILD DENIED ACCESS TO SCHOOL OVER AN ILLEGAL FORM.

Issues surrounding the IDHW immunization form escalated. Sara’s son was denied access to an Idaho kindergarten after she submitted her own signed statement to the school, along with her child’s enrollment package, a month prior to the start date. Just days before school began, she was told her child was denied entry because she used her own signed statement, despite it being in full compliance with Idaho statute, rather than submit the IDHW form. This drew a LOT of media attention to the problem. It went up the chain of command and, rightfully, Sara’s son’s enrollment denial was overturned by the Superintendent of Education.

GOV’T ATTEMPT TO MAKE THE FORM MORE PLEASING.

The IDHW immunization exemption form was problematic from the beginning. Senator Anton called out the form’s most significant issues at the SB 1050 Health Committee hearing. The original form from IDHW attempted to coerce parents to ‘admit’ to putting their children at risk by choosing not to vaccinate. It also demanded parents provide the state with their religious convictions for rejecting vaccinations. Throughout the years, the form has been redesigned and presented to the legislators and rule committees, but each draft continued to contain components not required by Idaho statute.

In a goodwill attempt, Sara was invited to a meeting to voice her opinion of the most recent ‘revamp’ on the IDHW immunization exemption form. Sara made a point to advise the committee that the form, in itself, is a non-requirement according to the Idaho statute.

“The state–prescribed form, based on IDAPA 16.02.15,  is in violation of code 39–4802 and 39–4804. The form developed by IDHW still falls far outside the scope of Idaho code 39–1118(2) and 39-4802(2).”

Now, you may ask, “Have you seen the new form? They have taken the offensive language out of it.”  Idaho Department of Health and Welfare altered the form both in February 2017 and in October 2017. It has changed, yet again, in 2018 with the addition of check boxes to give parents the option to ‘opt-out’ of providing non-required medical information utilized in vaccine tracking. Still, this “new” form implies that parents should provide information which IS NOT required by statute in order to invoke an immunization exemption for school or daycare attendance.

Health Freedom Idaho still stands against the form and advises parents to submit their written signed statement for vaccine exemption to schools and daycare.

HFI ENCOURAGES PARENTS TO STAND FIRM. SUCCESS!! QUIETLY THE GOVERNMENT APPROVED NEW RULES!

Guess what folks! CHANGES HAPPENED!  < See the new administrative rules for schools and daycares

This is good news! Now the Department’s rules are in agreement with the LAW. This should not have taken so long and such a large effort to achieve. Idaho’s parents expect the schools and the legislature to be open to the will of the people and clearly and completely follow the law. We should have had a public hearing on this issue long ago. The resistance of the department and the legislative process in regard to the vaccine opt out matter was a perfect example of government being reluctant to follow the law while adopting an attitude of “we know best.” That is not the way things should work under representative government. I am proud to have joined ranks with those standing up for their rights under Idaho law. I was fully prepared to push this issue next legislative session, but thankfully that won’t be necessary.
    Dan Foreman
    Senator – District Five

The schools and day cares will now be required to follow the “letter of the law” allowing vaccine exemptions to children with a written statement provided it has only these 4 pieces of information.

A signed statement that must include: (5-18-18)

    • i. The name of child and the child’s date of birth; and (5-18-18)
    • ii. A statement indicating that the child is exempt from immunization as provided in Section 110 of this rule for religious or other objections; and (5-18-18)
    • iii. The signature of the parent, custodian, or legal guardian (5-18-18)

So there you have it folks!  We stood up together to make sure that our health freedom for vaccine exemptions was protected. Remember we stand stronger, and our voice is louder when we stand together. JOIN US!

1 In September 2015, Representative Scott sent a series of questions to the Idaho Attorney General. The first answers received are here (9-9-15-IdahoAGOpinion.pdf). In response to several questions that were not clearly addressed, Representative Scott sent out a series of follow up questions. The answers to these questions are here (10-14-2015-IdahoAGResponse.pdf).Please note the answers to questions 3 and 4. If you are having trouble with your school accepting an exemption letter versus filling out an IDHW exemption form, feel free to download this Idaho AG response and share it with your school.

2 Schools are falsely telling parents seeking vaccine exemptions that they must fill out and sign a state prescribed form that is “incriminating” based on IDAPA 16.02.15, an Administrative Rule in conflict with Idaho law. • Senate Race: Who stands FOR Health Freedom?

Health Freedom Idaho candidate surveys are starting to come in. Here’s what some candidates say in regards to Health Freedom.
Click the candidate name’s to read their complete survey answers:

    District 1Scott Herndon
    Regarding licensing of holistic practitioners:

“A license is a grant of permission, and I think the free market ought to be used to discern the qualification of naturopaths and other holistic practitioners. Then, leave it to the holistic healthcare industry to create their own industry standards and private industry board certifications by which they certify the qualifications of their practitioners.”

    District 8 Marla Lawson
Regarding parental rights and vaccine choice:

I think there is validity to concerns over the danger of today’s vaccines. I also feel parents should have say so as to what medicines and treatments are given to their children.

    District 14

    Natalie Feuerstein
Regarding CPS involvement of a gravely ill child after parents decline treatment

The rights of the parents are supreme, and should only be superseded by the government in extreme circumstances AFTER a jury of peers deems the parents, grandparents, other family members to be unfit (due to criminal neglect). Going against the advice of a doctor is NOT criminal neglect. Doctors are not infallible, and parents have the right and responsibility to do what is right for their children regardless of advice from others (including doctors).

    Todd Hatfield
Regarding the rights of citizens and the government

Citizens are due as much information as possible from their governmental agencies regarding any and all health and safety notification. Rights are not granted by government, government protects the inalienable rights of the individual.

    District 15

    Sarah Clendenon
Regarding Informed consent on carcinogenic spraying:

Not only should there be information given on anything that cities and counties release into the air, but there should be public discussion, debate, testimony from experts, and city/county votes on the issue. If it is approved after that process, there should absolutely be public notice requirements and the opportunity to opt your property completely out.

    District 17

    David DeHaas

    Regarding licensing of holistic practitioners

I am against Licensing. Licensing always creates a favored class, limits free market competition, and limits choice.

    District 23

    Mark Rhatigan
Regarding informed consent and health freedom

I believe we have been given Maximum Liberty to utilize one’s own rights, whether personal or parental, as given by our creator, to use our freedom balanced with morality and all the responsibilities that are tied to that. That said, it is our responsibility not our governments to keep ourselves as completely informed with unbiased (special interest agendas withheld) information, so we can make educated decisions for our families, as issues come up.

    District 28

    Alan Curtis
Regarding CPS involvement when parents choose to deny treatment for a gravely ill child

Parent’s rights end when the child turns 18. Pretty simple concept. Unless the child is being sexually or physically abused the government has no
    business intervening.

How did the current Senators vote on Health Freedom Issues?

  • Health Freedom Legislative Voting Record 2017/2018

Health Freedom Idaho tracked several bills over the past two years with a direct impact on parental rights, health freedom and informed consent. Idaho remains number #1 for health freedom. We are thankful that our Legislators were open to listening to our concerns and many voted in favor of liberty. Due to the complexity of this legislation, the decision to vote for or against any bill will require more explanation that can be provided in this simple spreadsheet. We recommend you contact your legislator and ask WHY s/he voted the way they did on these bills. Taking time to communication with your legislator is the best way to preserve your liberty and allow that individual to better represent your family.

Health Freedom Idaho Members Impacted the Following Legislation:

    2017 WINS

(Failed) SB 1182 Re-defining child neglect to include parents who don’t follow conventional medical protocols “Faith-Healing Exemption”

(Passed) HB 195 returns health care options to allow Chiropractors to administer IVs.

(Failed) HB 91 tracking of vaccine status of ADULTS

    2018 WINS

(Passed) H494 require providers inform parents that their child’s vaccination records will be entered into the tri-state database system. Most parents are not aware that the IRIS database exists and that they have the option to have their children’s confidential medical information expunged from the system by contacting the Health and Welfare Department after EACH doctor’s visit or school/daycare enrollment.

(Failed) H577 CBD regulation requires a doctors note in order to purchase any products with CBD containing less than .3% THC.  Since .3% or less THC is naturally occurring in hemp products this could limit ability to purchase for Idaho citizens. These interchangeable terms, “THC free”, “Contains trace amounts of THC”, “non detectable” or “negligible levels” all means that the product contains .3% or less THC. THC is difficult to measure after a product is made as it is measured in dry weight before hand. Read all the related CBD oil research articles by HFI. *HFI stood alone against this legislation and its unintended consequences of reducing liberty. Many legislators voted in favor of this bill with the misinformed understanding that it would expand health freedom.

    2018 Loss

(Passed) H393 The State formed a commission to comply with the ACA’s vaccination requirements it was due to expire. The Immunization Assessment Board  whose express purpose is the promotion of a corporation’s product, and also form an insurance assessment board for forcing insurance companies to purchase large lots of the corporation’s products to target a specific age group of Idaho’s citizens. It was due to expire, but was extended with the passage of this legislation. Vaccinations are available through a federal program, funds spent by this commission are wasted on vaccines purchased, unused and expired. Its an unfortunate waste of tax payer money.

  • NO H707 Health Dept To Make Medical Decision WITHOUT Parental Consent

UPDATE! H 707 bill died in committee, it wasn’t heard or voted upon. A bill number was printed and it was ‘laid to rest’ in the Chairman’s drawer. Some suspect that it was brought forth to see if the public was paying attention. We were and they know it!

NO on H 707. Not only does Idaho have bad language allowing Sheriff “emergency child removal” without a court order which we’ve already seen abused. But now there is a bill which would allow the health department to make medical decisions for children, without parental consent or a court order. Please contact the House Health and Welfare Committee and let them know this is not acceptable to Idaho parents!

HB707 Is a BAD bill that, if passed, will remove parental medical decision making authority and turn it over to the Dept of Health and Welfare.

This bill amends statutes 16-1602, 16-1609, and 16-1629.

16-1602 Removes medical, dental, psychiatric, etc decision making from the person that has legal custody.

16-1609 Provides the H&W Dept the right to authorize evaluation and treatment of children taken into shelter care.
    “…the department shall attempt to
obtain parental consent by one (1) parent.”
If the parent denies consent or is unable to be contacted, the department shall have the right to authorize treatment.”

    This is unacceptable!

16-1629 If the Dept is given custody of the child then the Dept has the right to authorize all kinds of medical treatments for you child including surgery.
“…and to authorize surgery if the surgery is deemed by two (2) physicians licensed to practice in this state to be necessary for the child.”

It sounds like they will use the declaration of imminent danger to take kids into custody and get them medical care when they are removed from the home. This does away with the currently required court order.

Remember baby Elijah? He was taken on his first day of life and put into shelter care in CDA last year. The baby was taken wrongfully and the judge gave the baby back to mom and dad. If this bill were law at that time the Dept would have had the authority to vaccinate their baby without parental consent.

66% of Idaho children taken by the state and placed in foster care were RETURNED to their parents. Wow! The state held physical custody of 770 children for length of time (talk about nightmare) but parents NEVER lost legal custody. These 770 children were returned home, because a judge felt that the parent posed no threat to the child’s health or welfare. The State Health and Welfare department should NEVER have the authority to treat a child outside parent’s consent.

  • Senator Lee Heider’s State Senate Shenanigans

Folks in the Twin Falls area may be shocked to know what their allegedly conservative senator, Lee Heider has been doing at the state capitol. Recently, as the Chair of the Senate Health and Welfare Committee, his shenanigans included continuing to keep locked in his drawer a bill, SB1227, which would protect parents’ rights regarding their choice to exempt their children from vaccinations and keep their medical information confidential from meddling government agencies like the Department of Health & Welfare when putting their child into school or daycare. Senator Heider assured Senator Dan Foreman, who agreed to carry the bill this year, that Senate Bill 1227 would be on last Monday’s agenda, but of course, it never appeared. Heider pulled the same stunt last year, but also had agreed to carry the bill himself to insure that it would never leave his drawer and have a chance of being passed.

The good people that live in Twin Falls area might also want to know just how Lee Heider has been voting. According to the American Conservative Union’s Accuratings and the Idaho Freedom Foundation’s Freedom Index for last year, Senator Heider votes for our freedoms and conservative values a mere 53%-55% of the time. Wow! That sounds very much like he is voting as a liberal/progressive.

    A Bit of Background

Senator Lee Heider (Republican – Dist. 24) has been using his position as the Chairman of the State Senate Health & Welfare Committee to block legislation that would protect parental rights and freedom of choice in health care, while simultaneously assisting very controversial agendas of government agencies.

Prior to the 2017 legislative session, Senator Lee Heider agreed to sponsor a bill that would clarify the existing statute and protect the rights of Idaho’s parents from the attempts of the Department of Health & Welfare to gather confidential medical information with their intentionally discriminating/incriminating form.  IDHW had written a rule that was contrary to the intent of the statute, and had been mandating their form be used when attempting to register children for school.

On January 23rd,  Heider met again with Sarah Clendenon and Miste Karlfeldt, members of Health Freedom Idaho, a nonprofit organization interested in protecting the freedom of health choice for Idahoans, to discuss plans to present the bill.  Surprisingly, Heider then informed them that it was already too late, as the deadline for personal bills was the following day.  He also made it clear that his Senate Health & Welfare Committee members would never agree to pass the bill.  HFI requested that Heider move forward with the bill anyway, as planned, but Heider ignored their requests, until Representative Christy Zito agreed to carry the bill.  At that point, Senator Heider put the issue before his committee, and they agreed to have bill, SB 1050, printed.

Who Does Senator Heider Work For?

However, it quickly became apparent that Senator Heider, did not intend to ever let the bill leave his drawer.  In fact, Senator Heider told Miste Karlfeldt, Executive Director of Health Freedom Idaho that he had instructions from Governor Otter, directing him to keep the bill drawered.  The governor and Dick Armstrong, the director of the Department of Health & Welfare, had plans for a bill that would change the statute to specify that IDHW’s form be required from parents when attempting to register their children for school after exercising their right to exempt them from vaccinations.  After members of Health Freedom Idaho and other concerned parents inundated the governor’s office with phone calls and emails protesting such actions, the controversial bill was never presented.

    The Bait and Switch

After more phone calls and emails to Senator Heider and his committee members, requesting that SB 1050 be heard, it was finally scheduled for February 23rd.  However, Miste Karlfeldt received an email at 4:50pm on the 22nd stating that Heider had changed the agenda and SB 1050 was no longer to be heard the next day.  All those that had prepared to give public testimony and travel to Boise to support the bill were left high and dry. The email did state that HFI could give the presentation they had requested to give to the Health & Welfare Committee, but that Dick Armstrong would first be presenting on IDHW’s updated form. Senator Heider had previously informed HFI that no public testimony would be allowed during presentations.

In the Health & Welfare Committee meeting on the 23rd, it appeared that Heider had changed the rules, and that testimony would be heard, of which many from IDHW were fully prepared for.  Though not fully prepared, but frustrated with Heider’s manipulations, many from HFI signed up to testify anyway.  Heider told Dick Armstrong to take all the time he needed to present the “benefits” of his revised form. Finally, Leslie Manookian with HFI began her presentation. Heider rudely interrupted Leslie partway through her presentation to inform her that there were many who wished to testify, and asked if she could please quickly conclude.

Finally, in one last attempt to sway the outcome of the meeting by manipulating who got to testify, Heider informed those present that since there was not enough time to hear testimony from everyone, he was going to skip around on the list.  IDHW’s group were favored with more testimony opportunities including the final testimony given by Dick Armstrong, himself.

After all this, SB 1050 was never heard in committee. With Senator Heider’s dishonest tactics and rule manipulation, how can good bills ever get past “his” Health & Welfare Committee?

Don’t let Heider get away with this – he works for you, after all – contact him TODAY!
