Contact Tracing, Testing and ultimately forced Quarantine are the next big step, we are told, to opening up the economy. Governor Little placed the state of Idaho in a state of extreme emergency and implemented IC 46-601 placing the entire state under martial law. Data gathered since March 26, 2020, reflects that the COVID-19 illness accounts for the death of one person a day in Idaho. Using this current data, it’s hard to consider that Idaho is under an extreme emergency situation (other than the one created by Governor Little’s reaction to COVID-19).
However, Governor Little IGNORING the statistical data announced Idaho will invest $7 million from the federal CARES Act to expand its contact-tracing capabilities, with plans to employ 255 contact tracers statewide to test and trace citizens of Idaho.
The lack of privacy should be of great concern to every American. Parents are especially alarmed by the CDC comments that there would need to be ‘social services’ to wrap around to those who are contacted, tested, and confirmed positive.
Miste Karlfeldt, of Health Freedom Idaho, discusses these concerns with Attorney Colton Boyles of Boyles Law. Together they hope to empower parents by giving them the legal tools to make fundamental decisions for their families. They hope to inspire We The People to stand firm on their natural rights which are protected by the Constitution.
The CDC Contact tracing manual calls on state health departments to provide ‘social services’ support to families that might not have the resources to quarantine in a single room in the house. Single parents and those living in generational living situations are the targets of social service support which could include the removal of uninfected children from the home by social services. (page 37)
Contact Tracing and YOUR KIDS!
The COVID Tracing Manual for Idaho proposes creating five priority levels for testing. At the top of the pyramid is health care workers who have COVID symptoms and residents of nursing homes. At the next level are the inmates and employees of the state’s correctional facilities.
Governor Brad Little says the state needs to also step up its contact tracing abilities. He says Idaho is on its way to having 500 people as CONTACT TRACERS.
No field trips. No playground. No community lunches. No assemblies. Everyone wears a mask- at all times. Daily temperature checks of staff and students, social distancing, follow proper prevention hygiene, such as washing your hands frequently and using alcohol-based (at least 60% alcohol) hand sanitizer when soap and water are not available.
Physical distancing suggestions:
Space seating/desks at least 6 feet apart when feasible.
Turn desks to face in the same direction (rather than facing each other), or have students sit on only one side of tables, spaced apart.
Create distance between children on school buses (g., seat children one child per row, skip rows) when possible
TELL OUR SUPERINTENDENTS OF EDUCATION THIS IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR OUR CHILDREN! (see email list at the bottom of this article)
The CDC does not have the authority to enforce its guidance, which is intended for public information only; the actual policy decisions are up to state and local governments. Our state school board and the Idaho Health and Welfare Department closely follow the CDC guidelines and implement them as rules for daycares and schools.
Today the West Ada County district sent out a survey to parents regarding some of these CDC recommendations and how they will handle COVID 19 and reopening schools. One of the questions is would parents feel more comfortable sending their kids back to school under selected conditions a few of those include students and staff masks, mandatory temperature screening of students and staff and many more.
It is imperative we tell our school, and make our voices heard.
Tell the Superintendents that you do not want your child in this type of environment!
QUESTIONS TO ASK:
Are these recommendations reasonable and healthy for our children?
Consider the decrease of oxygen and increase of toxic cleaners in their environment?
How will this impact their learning environment?
What sort of distraction will the mask be on your face hours on end?
How will children be able to learn with muffled voices and being unable to hear instructions clearly?
How will this impact their mental health?
Physically distanced from everyone in the room?
No community activities?
Can socialization happen in this type of environment? What does this do to child development?
RESOURCES TO CONSIDER:
The CDC just came out with a report of vital data and information about the virus that is not getting out to the public.
May 2020, For the first time, the CDC has attempted to offer a real estimate of the overall death rate for COVID-19, and under its most likely scenario, the number is 0.26%.
Officials estimate a 0.4% fatality rate among those who are symptomatic and project a 35% rate of asymptomatic cases among those infected, which drops the overall infection fatality rate (IFR) to just 0.26% — almost exactly where Stanford researchers pegged ita month ago.
(As opposed to the 3.4% estimate of the World Health Organization, which helped drive the panic and the lockdown.)
“I’m going to address what happened yesterday.” Ashley Everly says. Sharing an account of what happened at the Idaho park in which mother Sara Brady was arrested. Ashley’s full unedited recording is below.
Eyewitness Account
First. The only thing that was PLANNED by a group of local mothers, was a PLAY DATE for their kids, at the park. See the image below (of children playing in the grass). Nowhere on that post did the organizers encourage people to do anything against the coronavirus orders, btw.
There were some individuals who decided to take down the caution tape so that their kids could play, period. It was a peaceful, beautiful day. Nothing was destroyed and nothing was damaged. And nothing else was “planned” despite all of the horrible lies that are being spread by people who don’t know Sara.
Second. The reasons behind WHY a play date was organized, was because:
(1) It was going to be a beautiful day and it has been weeks or months since our kids played with their friends.
(2) Studies & papers have been coming out since March, showing that the case fatality rate of COVID-19 was not nearly as worrisome as we were originally led to believe and that actually it would end up being similar to a bad flu season – if that*. Instead of the death rate being above 3%, they are realizing it’s more like 0.1%.
This is because they found that a much higher number of people have been exposed and recovered than originally assumed… It’s called underreporting. Not everyone is being tested.
(3) *Therefore, the numbers of deaths were looking to be akin to the flu (which is why I said in the video, “It’s the flu!” – not to be taken literally but in essence because of the death rate), and on top of that, we have the fact that COVID-19 cases have been highly INFLATED due to CDC recommendations – no testing needed – for documenting nearly anything as COVID-19.
I’ve come across too many people who had loved ones who died from other causes, find out that their deaths had been documented as COVID-19. And well, there are financial incentives for hospitals to diagnose COVID-19 ($13,000 per patient) and put them on ventilators ($39,000 for every patient on a vent).
(4) The projected number of deaths from COVID-19, the “final toll” according to Fauci, will be around 60,000. In prior seasons, flu and pneumonia have claimed up to 80,000 lives in the US. Currently, confirmed cases of flu are very low compared to other seasons, and all-cause mortality in the US is lower than usual.
(5) From the graphs of the number of cases by day, we are looking to be on the tail end of the outbreak, even as testing increases.
(6) Other states are in the process of “opening” due to the above information being more widely acknowledged.
(7) We are seeing this, and we see Governor Little of Idaho continuing to mandate unemployment, continuing to use his authority to close publicly (taxpayer) funded playgrounds, to try to prevent us from enjoying the sunshine and gathering together with friends and family.
(8) People want to OPEN IDAHO, NOW.
Government closing playgrounds for this 👆🏻 is unreasonable. For the parents and children who rely on their family’s small business income or jobs that have now been deemed “non essential” by our government, this shut down is cruel. Not to mention the increase in suicides and child abuse.
——————
👉🏻 Additional thoughts:
The park itself was not closed. Our play date would not have been interrupted by the police had the kids not played on the playground equipment and stayed on the grass.
That being said, the playground is in the sun. Heat / higher temperatures / UV radiation 👉🏻 kills viruses. Let’s compare this to every grocery store, where you’re inside, in an air conditioned environment suitable for viruses, and everyone is touching and breathing on the produce. Cloth masks are ineffective for preventing viral transmission, and wearing a mask reduces your oxygen intake, which is bad for your health on a variety of levels.
If you want to stay home, then stay home. This virus will circulate whether we want it to or not, and it HAS BEEN circulating much more than we anticipated, while 99.9% of people are recovering. Yes, 99.9%. A 0.1% death rate or case fatality rate means that 99.9% of people are recovering.
Why not allow those who are willing to risk infection, do so? Those who feel young and healthy enough to withstand a potential COVID-19 infection, should be allowed to do so. This would allow us to build up immunity and provide a greater shield of protection for those who are at risk.
————————
And here is where I dispel more rumors and lies.
Sara arrived late to the play date. We sat in the grass and chatted for a bit and then the police arrived. When the first police officer told the kids to exit the playground, Sara complied immediately and told her kids to stay off the playground and stay in the grass. The officer himself then entered the playground area. Sara wanted to ask him some questions, so she went over to him.
Sara had never even entered the playground area until she went to go speak to the officer (and ask questions about why the kids were able to be on the grass vs the playground, etc).
When the officer told us to move to the grass, she began to walk that direction while asking a question about this. At that point, the officer snapped at her and told her she had 5 seconds to exit the playground, and began counting down.
What did he expect her to do? Make a mad dash for the grass? What kind of garbage is this, treating a mother this way, with all of these children around when she was asking legitimate questions?
It’s WRONG. Sara is a GOOD PERSON. She has such integrity, really cares about people, and she has so much respect for law enforcement. But, she also knows her rights and there’s no law against asking questions!
AND LISTEN. If he can’t keep a level head for a mother asking questions on a playground, what the hell is he going to do when he has to deal with REAL criminals? He could have simply walked with her to the grass while they discussed the issue, but he did not.
Those who acquire the COVID-19 virus have a more than 97.5% recovery rate (typical to the annual flu). The same can’t be said for the 77,000 individuals in Idaho who have filed for unemployment and the 1000’s of Self Employed Individuals who are left without income due to the actions of the Governor in response to the 41 deaths reported from the COVID-19 virus. Hundreds of thousands of pounds of onions and potatoes are being dumped and wasted by Idaho Farmers, leaving them without profit and our state without their food. And yet, Governor has announced today that this #stayhome order will continue through the end of the month.
People are beginning to acknowledge that his response is inappropriate for our economy and our state’s well-being and are asking, “What can we do?” CONTACT YOUR LEGISLATORS IMMEDIATELY!
Idaho’s Constitution makes provision for the Legislators to convene with a simple majority. At this crucial time when Idaho is suffering under the decisions of our Governor and the bureaucrats of the Health Department, We the People request that our representatives come together and speak on our behalf.
Here’s an example letter:
“Idaho Legislator: Please consider coming together to discuss the Governor’s actions as a body. The executive branch should not be making these decisions without calling the people’s representatives to a seat at this decision-making table. Idaho Constitution Article 3 Section 8 does not preclude the Legislature from convening, and Article 3 Section 10 describes that a simple majority of each house constitutes a quorum.
Dr. Robert Burnett the Director of Surgical Services at Kootenai Health is proposing an alarming violation of medical ethics in his publish opinion post at the Bonner County Daily Bee. He is threatening to withhold treatment from individuals who politically disagree with him. This is extremely unethical and in doing so, likely criminal.
Threatening to withhold health care from anyone, singling out and threatening public officials by directing staff at Kootenai Medical Center and encouraging “all of his co-workers” to ensure care is not provided should be grounds for termination of Burnett and litigation for Burnett and KMC.
“I realize that the pandemic is not much of a concern to those uneducated people who believe this threat is a “hoax” or “overblown,” but I want you to know that in the unlikely but possible event that either you or Sheriff Wheeler contract the coronavirus, and in the less likely event that you will require hospitalization, and even less likely but possible event that you would require a ventilator, that I, and all of my co-workers take comfort in knowing that, because of your behavior, you have essentially relinquished your claim to any of these potentially scare resources. It’s probably for the better that a ventilator go to a health care provider anyway,”
Opinions are opinions but oaths are oaths. I am disgusted at the recent comments made by Dr. Robert Burnett, Director of Surgical Services, Kootenai Heart Health Center. While Burnett is certainly entitled to his own opinions based on his knowledge of medicine, so are Rep. Heather Scott and Sheriff Daryl Wheeler, based on their knowledge of lawmaking and law enforcement. But Burnett put his bloated arrogance on full display as he blatantly violated, in writing, the Hippocratic Oath he took to graduate medical school and become a licensed doctor in Idaho or anywhere in the USA.
Fact: While there is no doubt people are ill and many have died, Coronavirus has proven to be far less deadly than authorities have warned. Moreover, there is debate about whether the virus has been properly identified as Koch’s Postulates, protocols used since the 19th century to identify and determine the pathogenicity of an infectious agent have not been met. Additionally, according to the inventor of the PCR test, the test being used to putatively identify the virus the PCR test cannot be used to diagnose. Although it can identify a minute amount of genetic material such as a virus, it does not prove that that genetic material causes any disease nor that sufficient quantities of that material are present in numbers large enough to cause disease.
Fact: No punch of any sort reached your face. We are all exposed to trillions of bugs in every moment of every day. What determines whether someone falls ill or suffers complications from an illness relates to how well nourished they are, how well-rested, how much stress, whether they exercise. No one touched you and you alone are responsible for taking care of your immune system.
People who disagree about the dangers of coronavirus or any virus are not uneducated simply because they disagree with you.
response by Leslie Manookian Executive Board of Health Freedom Idaho Co Producer of the Greater Good
While the death of 13 individuals is tragic, it does not warrant a violation of our state constitution! The Governor changed election procedures suspending the statute with an ’emergency proclamation’.
Governor Little took it upon himself to modify his emergency declaration to amend, suspend, and modify sections of Idaho code. Instead of calling the Legislature back in an emergency session, he took it upon himself to suspend state code which is not Constitutionally permitted.
We Want our Representatives to speak for us, as the Constitution described.
TALKING POINTS
What constitutional authority does the Governor have to suspend rules pertaining to elections? Why wasn’t a special legislative session called to have representative votes on the matter? Does the Governor have the authority to grant power to the Secretary of State? What else can a citizen do to help protect and preserve the Constitution? How can we protect the electoral process from fraud? (see article below by Greg Pruett
ACTION NEEDED!
VOTE (absentee ballot)
Now MORE THAN EVER, we need to make sure to vote in FREEDOM MINDED CONSTITUTIONAL REPRESENTATIVES, SENATORS and SHERIFFS. Our Primary Election in May 2020 will be by mail-in ballot or absentee ballot only.
The Idaho Statesman has a good article about this change to the election process.
The Idaho Secretary of State’s Office will be sending — within the next 10 to 14 days — an absentee ballot request form to all registered voters who have not yet requested the form. Once the form is completed, signed and returned, a ballot will be mailed to the voter, Secretary of State Lawerence Denney explained during a news conference Wednesday.
“…voting through the mail is ripe for abuse. States already deal with voter fraud issues for in-person voting. Can you imagine not having to worry about showing up at the polls at all?
The Heritage Foundation has released a report detailing some of the voter fraud convictions across the country. Ten of those cases are from Idaho!
He brings up some very valid concerns about absentee voting.
How does mail-in (absentee) voting work in Idaho?
So, here is my experience so far with Idaho’s “absentee” process which is how we’ll all vote this May.
The interesting part is that to request my ballot I filled out a form from the Canyon County Elections Office.
However, no identification was required to request the ballot. I simply filled out the form and dropped it through the “Mail” slot on the wall of the building.
Now, I am on a list of people who have “Requested” a ballot.
This information is all public record. For the election, many candidates get the “Absentee Request” list so they know which voters to reach out to.
Therefore, my address is public record.
So, if someone with nefarious intentions were to find out when the ballots got sent out, they could check my mail for my ballot.
Once they retrieve my ballot, they can fill it out and send it back without me ever knowing what happened!
Now, normally only a set number of people vote “absentee” so the ability to do this is somewhat limited.
But, if every person in the state votes through the mail in every election, we may run into bigger fraud cases.
Perhaps some clerk angry with a particular party decides to “dump” a bunch of ballots and never sends them out.
Identification and verification of the process are crucial to protecting our sacred right to vote.
Sugar City, ID mayor Steven Adams‘ Facebook page entitled “Freedom Not Force” As a new mayor, I have struggled to be supportive of our state and national leaders in this time of concern. When COVID-19 started to spread, I was all in with plans to encourage working from home and other common-sense forms of social distancing. The argument for this strategy was that if we changed our social patterns, it would likely lengthen the amount of time required for the virus to spread and allow for less of a peak rush on medical services.
Those who could work from home would, and those who were at highest risk could isolate themselves, all while respecting the freedom of others. Again, the goal was to spread out the impact, not to stop it or keep everyone from getting it. The goal was not even to have fewer people infected, but to spread out the number of infections over time.
Just as we were getting started with this strategy, panic started to set in. This was driven by our media that chose to react to this crisis differently than ever before. Likely for no other reason than to embarrass a president they do not like.
Our state was caught up in this panic and it was fueled by what has been called the “Governor’s Order”. Rather than relying upon the plan just put into effect, the governor announced we would be shutting down most activity in the state unless it was deemed by the state to be “essential”.
This led to controversy because under Idaho law the Governor does not have the authority to issue such an order. Only the Director of the Department of Health and Welfare can issue that type of order. Turns out that is actually what happened.
Dave Jeppesen was the one who signed the order, not the Governor, but for some reason, everyone keeps calling it the Governor’s order, even the Governor.
To make matters worse, he made his announcement from the headquarters of the Idaho National Guard, then later sent out a document claiming his authority to issue the order was partially because he was the Commander and Chief of the state militia, which only makes sense if he was declaring martial law. He had every legal authority to mobilize the state militia in support of the order, but he should have respected the separation of powers built into our law and made it clear he was mobilizing them to provide logistical and material support to the medical community in support of the Director’s order. Better yet, he and the Director should have stuck with the first plan.
So, we jumped from a simple plan to flatten the curve, to a state-mandated general control of the public. Besides being a ridiculous escalation of response, it also leaves us basically nowhere to go in the future if this second strategy doesn’t work. All that is left now is to actually declare martial law and use the National Guard, not to support operations, but to force compliance to the order, which in a sad twist of fate, will leave them less able to provide operational support.
One massive problem is that it won’t work. If you want Idahoan’s to do something for the good of the public you explain the situation with honesty and clarity, then you ask for their help. You don’t try to force them. My neighbors will do anything for you if you ask, but you put a metaphorical, or actual, gun to their head and they will fight you to their dying breath. That is what freedom loving people do.
At the same time, we have our national elected leaders in Washington D.C. selling our future for a mess of pottage. They signed off on a truly massive spending package, money we are just printing out of thin air by the way, some of which will make its way to the citizens and business in need, but most of it will disappear into a corrupt corporate/political web. Is that why we elected them? Is that really what Idaho stands for?
The danger from this virus is real, but the greatest danger is coming from our own government. We must respect freedom, or the concept of freedom becomes hollow and meaningless.
I will continue to work online and isolate myself from others because it is a good idea, not because the state is claiming to force me to do so. I will continue to encourage others in our community to do the same, not because I am a government official, but because I am a neighbor trying to help. I know we can face this challenge together, but we cannot sit by and allow the state and federal governments to continue their usurpation of the natural rights of the people. I raise my voice in the defense of freedom. I invite you to do the same.

One day it will NOT be ok to segregate or discriminate against a child because of their medical status.
One day it will NOT be ok for doctors to bully parents into making medical decisions for their children.
One day it will NOT be ok for legislators to take money from the pharmaceutical companies as bribery for pushing their agenda against the will of the people.
One day it will NOT be ok to tell a parent they are crazy when they say that their child’s health deteriorated after a round of vaccines.
One day it will NOT be ok to use “tobacco” science to “prove” a pharmaceutical product is safe.
One day it will NOT be ok to censor the free flow of information in our society.
One day liability will be our back on the pharmaceutical companies.
One day ALL children will have free access to education.
One day parents will be listened to by their children’s doctors.
One day vaccines will be tested against placebos in double-blind studies.
One day legislators will work for the people, not corporations.
One day vaccine injury will be acknowledged by the masses.
One day a simple “no thank you” will be enough to opt-out of ANY medical procedure, including vaccines.
One day justice will come and the ones who knowingly hurt generations of children will be held liable and thrown in prison for crimes against humanity.
One day, this nightmare will end.
Until then, we stand our ground. We hold the line. We fight. ✊

We do what we must to protect our children from the madness of vaccine mandates.
And we do what we can each day to wake up one more person, share some truth, open someone’s eyes, touch another parent’s heart with our story, do what we can to shine light into the darkness.
Because darkness can not drive out darkness, only light can do that.
It’s surprising that in 2020 these concepts continue to be such a struggle. The chairman of House Commerce and Human Resources took the vaccine discrimination in the workplace bill, the ‘Medical Consumer Protection Act,’ off the agenda last week. He and the rest of the committee need to hear from the people! We need to express to them just how important this protection is to our medical professionals and others whose bodily autonomy and privacy rights are being violated with the threat of their livelihood being wrongly terminated. This bill will not get a hearing and will die if the people do not get loud about how crucial this is.”
H 443 is fundamentally a Civil Rights Bill protecting employees’ rights to conscience. H 443 is a bipartisan bill that deserves the support of all legislators and Idahoans, regardless of party or religious affiliation.
DENIED EMPLOYMENT? FIRED? DIDN’T CONSIDER A JOB DUE TO VACCINE MANDATES FOR THE WORKPLACE? THIS BILL IS FOR YOU!
House Bill 443 It prohibits an employer, who is contracted with the state from discriminating against an employee or an applicant based on their immunization status.
If you have been fired, not hired, quit a job, been harassed/coerced or chose not to apply for or accept a job because of your vaccination status, share your story with committee members and your legislators. If you are concerned that the profession you are currently in may start mandating vaccines as a requirement for you to keep your job, share your concern.
Individuals choose to opt-out of vaccination for moral objection, reasons of conscience, religious reasons:
Federal Civil Rights Act of 1964 protects employees from religious discrimination, harassment, and loss of employment. Religious beliefs are defined to include theistic beliefs as well as non-theistic “moral or ethical beliefs as to what is right and wrong, which are sincerely held with the strength of traditional religious views”.
Employees should not have to file a lawsuit in order to have their rights upheld and protected.
The US Dept. of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) allows employees to decline Hepatitis B Vaccines. OSHA and many labor unions also oppose annual influenza vaccination policies that do not include religious and/or personal objection exemptions.
Individuals choose to opt-out of vaccination for safety concerns & concerns about the effectiveness of the vaccines
There are many reasons an individual employee may choose to decline a vaccine in addition to sincerely held religious beliefs. There are serious safety concerns and concerns about the effectiveness of the vaccine.
H 443 should be supported because it will protect employees who decline a vaccine from adverse actions by their employers for both religious and conscientious beliefs.
These are only suggested points and references. The most important thing to remember is to make your testimony personal. In-person meetings with legislators are best if possible, a phone call – leaving a voice mail if you can’t get through. Make sure your voice is heard!
Please remember that this is NOT a bill about vaccine safety and efficacy or about childhood vaccine exemptions. H 443 is about protecting workers from discrimination due to vaccination decisions and status.
