Idaho’s HB 298 passed easily by the legislature and was signed by the governor on April 19, 2021. The amendment to section 39-4802 reads as follows:
“School officials shall describe the exemptions provided in this section and provide a citation to this section in any communication to parents and guardians regarding immunization.”
It is important to note that the school must provide both the description of exemptions as well as cite the statute 39-4802 which says,
“Any minor child whose parent or guardian has submitted a signed statement to school officials stating their objections on religious or other grounds shall be exempt from the provisions of this chapter.”
Idaho parents will finally receive full transparency about what is actually required by Idaho law. If parents receive any form of communication regarding vaccine requirements after July 1 that doesn’t properly include the exemption information, they should contact the school board, their district, the superintendent, the Health and Welfare Department, as well as the Department of Education.
Many Idaho parents are wondering if the Covid-19 vaccine can be required for children attending school. Each state decides which vaccines are required for their children’s school enrollment but they often look to the CDC recommendations for guidance. The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) is a committee within the CDC that develops vaccine schedules. ACIP recommends the use of COVID-19 vaccines within the scope of the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) or Biologics License Application for the particular vaccine. EUA is not the same as FDA approval and under 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3 medical products for emergency use must have informed consent and are not allowed to be mandatory.
As a parent, are you willing to have your child participate in a study using an experimental and, as yet, unproven intervention that is unlike any other intervention which modern medicine has developed?
None of these unapproved interventions (which are being called “vaccines”) have ever been tested in animals, let alone humans, in either short- or long-term safety nor efficacy studies for Covid-19. Furthermore, we have absolutely no idea what effects these interventions will have on our children nor the population at large. Everything about these new interventions is speculative, at best, and of extremely high risk to say the least.
Use of these interventions makes for bad science and bad medicine and is not healthcare by the farthest stretch of anyone’s imagination.
Our community benefits when Idaho parents are empowered with their rights and make informed choices. They should now have full transparency when it comes to the current required vaccines for school enrollment. It is imperative that parents hold their schools accountable for the new addition to the code that requires full disclosure of vaccine exemptions.
Vaccine Exemptions Exist in Idaho! We have seen over the years how the schools attempt to deny, coerce and bully parents. This is why we started Health Freedom Idaho. Nobody was talking about vaccine exemption forms, parents didn’t know there were exemptions and schools didn’t provide the information. It was Health Freedom Idaho that brought a bill from the citizens that got the rules from the health department to line up with statute. Then we brought a bill that required the schools to disclose to parents that exemptions were available for their children. It passed the house but died in the Senate in the previous legislative session.

Immunization exemptions according to the Health and Welfare Website
Idaho law allows a parent or guardian to claim an immunization exemption for their child for medical, religious or other reasons. A medical exemption must be completed by a licensed physician. It is recommended that exemptions for religious or other reasons be documented on the form provided by DHW Immunization Program. Parents or guardians may also claim an immunization exemption by providing a signed written statement when entering their child into school and/or childcare. In the event of a disease outbreak, children who have claimed an exemption and have not received the immunization against that disease may be excluded from school and/or childcare.

COVID-19 VACCINE MANUFACTURERS ARE EXEMPT FROM LIABILITY
According to the CDC, all vaccines have the potential to cause injury or death. On February 4, 2020, the Secretary of HHS invoked the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness act (PREP Act) and declared COVID-19 to be a public health emergency, warranting liability protection for covered countermeasures, which includes vaccination. If an individual is injured or killed by a COVID-19 vaccine, the manufacturer cannot be held liable per the PREP Act. The only possible recourse should you or a loved one suffer injury or death is to pursue compensation through the Countermeasure Injury Compensation Program, which has a difficult threshold for proving a relationship between an injury and the vaccine, a short statute of limitations, no avenue for appeals and doesn’t pay damages for pain or suffering.
The liability exempt status for vaccine manufacturers is not new. Pharmaceutical companies have enjoyed their liability free status for all vaccinations on the CDC schedule since the passage of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986. After large numbers of lawsuits were brought forth for injuries and deaths resulting from the DPT vaccine, Congress passed the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act to protect pharmaceutical companies from liability specifically for vaccines. No other product or industry is protected from liability for injury and death in this way.
Without any liability, what incentive is there to ensure the vaccine is as safe as possible?

Put your thinking caps on, folks. People are dropping dead under an hour after receiving these vaccines (almost 700 people as of Friday), and you still believe the media. Starting Feb1 Idaho Health Districts will be targeting the more than 269,000 Idahoans 65 and older that will be “eligible” to get the vaccine. Patient comprehension is a critical part of meeting medical ethics standards of informed consent. The laws in Idaho require that a person receiving medical procedures receive informed consent. The new “emergency use” vaccine has been manufactured in record time without long term data. During the ACIP meeting concerns were raised about recommending the vaccine to seniors when there were NO TRIALS conducted to determine safety or effectiveness especially on those who are medically fragile.
When a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention advisory committee voted in December to recommend residents of long-term care facilities should be at the front of the line — with health care providers — for Covid-19 vaccines, the lone dissenting voice came from a researcher who studies vaccines in older adults.
Helen Keipp Talbot — who is known by her middle name — raised serious concerns during the meeting of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices about using the vaccines in the frail elderly, noting there are no data yet to suggest the vaccines work in this population.
All the U.S.-based Phase 3 trials of Covid vaccines have to include people 65 and older. But none has specifically tested the vaccines in people who are in long-term care. One can’t assume findings in people over age 65 who are healthy enough to be accepted for a clinical trial are indicative of everyone in that demographic, she said.
Do Recipients realize that Vaccine Reactions are Underreported?
“Underreporting” is one of the main limitations of passive surveillance systems, including VAERS. The term, underreporting refers to the fact that VAERS receives reports for only a small fraction of actual adverse events.”
This system has been shown to reflect ONLY 1% of actual reactions!
The technology was created for an automatic surveillance system for vaccine reactions but was abandoned when it revealed that vaccine reactions/ adverse events were 100 fold what was reported in the voluntary system.
Numerous reviews of VAERS have found that only a tiny fraction of vaccine adverse events are reported. Fifty-five people in the United States have died after receiving a COVID-19 vaccine, according to reports submitted to a federal system. 96 life-threatening events following COVID-19 vaccinations, as well as 24 permanent disabilities, 225 hospitalizations, and 1,388 emergency room visits. These figures according to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System VAERS. This system doesn’t automatically collect information about vaccine reactions but instead relies on the medical system, caregivers, and patients to report.
Deaths have occurred among people receiving both the Moderna and the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccines, according to the reports. In some cases, patients died within days of receiving a COVID-19 vaccine.
As of Jan. 15, 10.5 million Americans have received a COVID-19 vaccine. Federal health officials have said that adverse events are being investigated but that the vaccines are “still safe to get.” Pfizer and Moderna could score $32 billion in Covid-19 vaccine sales — in 2021 alone with their liability free experimental vaccine. The only risk of the product is to the recipient.
Early this year the Health and Human Services Department declared that the manufacturers and administrators of the vaccines are not liable if the product is unsafe and causes injury or death. Any injury, damage, loss of life as a result of the vaccine is the responsibility of the person receiving this fast-tracked experimental medical product.
Not surprisingly the vaccine manufacturer Pfizer told news outlets in a statement that “no evidence currently shows a link between the death and its vaccine.”
Nancy Messonnier, director of the CDC’s National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases, said on Jan. 6 that severe allergic reactions to COVID-19 vaccines were happening at a rate of 11.1 per million vaccinations, compared to the rate of 1.3 per 1 million flu shots.

A team of expert doctors tried for 2 weeks to raise his platelet count to no avail. Experts from all over the country were involved in his care. No matter what they did, the platelets count refused to go up. He was conscious and energetic through the whole process but 2 days before a last resort surgery, he got a hemorrhagic stroke caused by the lack of platelets that took his life in a matter of minutes.
He was a pro vaccine advocate that is why he got it himself.

Eagerly accepting the idea that not-sick people make other people sick (and should be responsible for it too) is an epic societal fail that will have consequences for decades.
“A study of almost 10 million people in Wuhan, China, found that the asymptomatic spread of COVID-19 did not occur at all, thus undermining the need for lockdowns, which are built on the premise of the virus being unwittingly spread by infectious, asymptomatic people.”
Published in November in the scientific journal Nature Communications, the paper was compiled by 19 scientists, mainly from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology in Wuhan, but also from scientific institutions across China as well as in the U.K. and Australia. It focused on the residents of Wuhan, ground zero for COVID-19, where 9,899,828 people took part in a screening program between May 14 and June 1, which provided clear results as to the possibility of any asymptomatic transmission of the virus.
The asymptomatic transmission has been the underlying justification of lockdowns enforced all across the world. The most recent guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) still states that the virus “can be spread by people who do not have symptoms.” In fact, the CDC claimed that asymptomatic people “are estimated to account for more than 50 percent of transmissions.”
However, the new study in Nature Communications, titled “Post-lockdown SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid screening in nearly 10 million residents of Wuhan, China,” debunked the concept of asymptomatic transmission.

Pfizer’s 53 page Covid-19 vaccine document released in December states that the VACCINE DOES NOT prevent Covid-19 infection or spread of the disease. Masks and social-distancing are still required. Hospitals are reporting adverse reactions to the vaccine upon administration.
One hospital in Chicago stopped the vaccination program after several workers had adverse events. A hospital in Alaska is reporting their 4th serious adverse reaction to vaccination out of 144 healthcare workers who received it. A Philadelphia hospital had a nurse manager pass out on camera just 17 minutes after being administered the vaccine.
Please note on Page 2 below that of the 3410 individuals who got Covid-19 during the study, almost half were from the vaccinated group. The vaccine did not prevent infection!

Guillain-Barré syndrome– Weakness and tingling in your extremities are usually the first symptoms. These sensations can quickly spread, eventually paralyzing your whole body.
Acute disseminated encephalomyelitis – widespread attack of inflammation in the brain and spinal cord.
Transverse myelitis – muscle weakness, paralysis, sensory problems, or bladder and bowel dysfunction
Encephalitis – cause confused thinking, seizures, or problems with senses or movement. Rarely, encephalitis can be life-threatening.
Myelitis/encephalomyelitis/ – rare kind of inflammation that affects the brain and spinal cord, usually in children

Encephalopathy – means damage or disease that affects the brain
Convulsions/seizures – a sudden, uncontrolled electrical disturbance in the brain. It can cause changes in your behavior, movements or feelings, and in levels of consciousness.
Stroke –when blood supply to part of your brain is interrupted or reduced, depriving brain tissue of oxygen and nutrients. Within minutes, brain cells begin to die. A stroke is a medical emergency.
Narcolepsy and cataplexy-a chronic sleep disorder characterized by overwhelming daytime drowsiness and sudden attacks of sleep.

Certainly these 95%+ effective vaccines are safe!? Well let’s take a look at the participants qualifications and adverse event reporting.
-45 participants age 18-55 -20 participants age 56-70 -20 participants age 71 or older -Out of 193 potential participants, only 85 were deemed acceptable.
To be acceptable you can not have ANY MEDICAL condition, must have perfect BMI, and perfect blood pressure measurements. 56% of the people who applied were rejected.
