We are a part of a herd of friends and family. Sometimes we feel there is security in numbers. But what if your herd’s destination is a cliff? What will you do to stop the stampede of your herd as it charges head-first toward self-destruction?
Idaho means freedom, family, and the right to worship. Idaho means the right to protect yourself and help your neighbor when they need a hand. Idaho also means mind your business and the opposite of marshall law.
In early 2020 our world turned upside down. Thousands of employees and staff of our local medical facilities were told if they didn’t submit to medication ‘ prescribed/mandated’ by ‘private businesses,’ then they would lose their employment. Thousands stood by their side. They still lost their jobs. We lost their expertise and their experience in our medical facilities.
We, the people of the state of Idaho, reaffirm our solemn commitment to the foundational principles that have made America the greatest country in the world. As noted in our state constitution and restated here, we remain grateful to Almighty God for our freedom. We recognize that all of us are “by nature free and equal, and have certain inalienable rights, among which are enjoying and defending life and liberty, acquiring, possessing, and protecting property, pursuing happiness and securing safety.”
The fact that a pandemic may or may not be occurring changes nothing about the meaning or intent of the state constitution in the preservation of our inalienable rights. Despite this, in direct contravention of Idaho’s founding principles, state and local public officials have, for months, denied the people of our state basic and fundamental rights by issuing a long procession of emergency orders and edicts that have denied people freedom of movement, assembly, religion, possession and enjoyment of property, and the pursuit of happiness. This has been allowed to go on for too long.
By this letter, we demand an end to the emergency orders issued by state and local government officials and the restoration of our constitutionally-protected rights. We further resolve that any order issued in the future will be ignored, unless those orders recognize, honor, and uphold, without reservation or equivocation, our God-given rights.
The signers of the Declaration of Independence believed so much in the unalienable rights – life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness – they were willing to sacrifice themselves for the hope of freedom for their children.
You might not be aware, those 56 Americans pledged their live, their fortunes, and their sacred honor. It was no idle pledge.
Nine signers died of wounds during the Revolutionary War.
Five were captured or imprisoned, wives and children were killed, jailed, mistreated or left penniless.
Twelve signers’ houses were burned to the ground.
Seventeen lost everything they owned.
No signed defected. Their honor like their nation remained intact.
For more than 200 years, we have been bound by the principles and ideals expressed in our founding documents, but it is up to citizens like us to carry on this legacy for future generations.

He has refused his assent to laws the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
He has forbidden his governors to pass laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.
He has refused to pass other laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of representation in the legislature; a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.
He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.
He has dissolved representative houses repeatedly, for opposing, with manly firmness, his invasions on the rights of the people.
He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the legislative powers, incapable of annihilation, have returned to the people at large for their exercise; the state remaining in the meantime exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.

He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his assent to their acts of pretended legislation:
For quartering large bodies of armed troops among us;
For protecting them, by a mock trial, from punishment for any murders which they should commit on the inhabitants of these states;
For cutting off our trade with all parts of the world;
For imposing taxes on us without our consent;
For depriving us, in many cases, of the benefits of trial by jury;
For transporting us beyond seas to be tried for pretended offenses;
For abolishing the free system of English laws in a neighboring province, establishing therein an arbitrary government, and enlarging its boundaries, so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these colonies;
For taking away our charters, abolishing our most valuable laws, and altering fundamentally the forms of our governments;
For suspending our own legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.
He has abdicated government here, by declaring us out of his protection, and waging war against us.
He has plundered our seas, ravaged our coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people.
He is at this time transporting large armies of foreign mercenaries to complete the works of death, desolation, and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of cruelty and perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the head of a civilized nation.
He has constrained our fellow citizens, taken captive on the high seas, to bear arms against their country, to become the executioners of their friends and brethren, or to fall themselves by their hands.
He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavored to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian savages, whose known rule of warfare is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes, and conditions.
In every stage of these oppressions, we have petitioned for redress, in the most humble terms. Our repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A prince, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.
Nor have we been wanting in attentions to our British brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. Independence day is upon us! Tomorrow, we recognize the birth of this great nation! We’ve had a good run, but the enemies of freedom have infiltrated our society and are actively working to bring us down!
The word “Freedom” has somewhat different meanings for each individual. The right to individualism is a huge part of freedom to me! The freedom to do with my body and care for it is the very foundation of freedom!
Today we are being told on a daily basis to give up that right and submit to the science of “experts”.
We are being told that we are endangering others by refusing vaccines or by not wearing a mask and the list goes on.
Soon the authorities will want to chip us “for our own good and the good of society”.
I will not consent. Will you?
We have the right to keep our bodies in a natural, un-chipped, vaccine free, antibiotic free, etc., state.
The enemies of freedom are attacking these concepts because once they have successfully convinced us to submit our bodies to authoritarian figures against our will, slavery will be accepted as natural and proper.

I’m Priscilla Giddings, District 7. I was not going to speak, but now I am here, and I’m the only one who has not spoken, so I’m getting the elbow nudges. I have no prepared remarks. I can tell you it is an honor to serve with every one of these representatives. Just listening to them speak, they have more words of wisdom than anything that I could ever say. And the only thing that is left on my heart as we slowly depart today is the word of freedom.

So for those of you that don’t know, in my former life, I was an A10 pilot and an MC 12 pilot. There’s one thing that I did spend a lot of time doing, and that was a thousand hours of combat flying over Afghanistan, watching and surveilling people who did not know what freedom was—people who lived in fear and people who lived under terrorism. Because terrorism is the absence of freedom. And the common theme that’s running through all of this as we fight for the type of government, and which rules and laws are being enforced, is that we have fear.
Why are there legislators in the hallway? Why are there legislators at home? Why are there people not going out? Why are there people not going to the park?
Why are there mothers… I have two, under two years old… Contact tracing, if they were to test me and I have something, they can take me away from my kids. That’s fear!
It’s the absence of freedom that is fear and that’s terrorism. We’re being terrorized in our own country and our own emotions and to me that is unamerican.
And so what can we do?
We’re here.
We’re trying.
But all we can do is Pray.
And every night my husband gets on his knees with me and we pray, because there’s only one thing, the verse that comes to my mind is, “where the spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.” That’s the only way we can get our freedom back.
And so thank you for the honor to serve, thank you for being here, keep fighting! We need freedom. We need the spirit of the Lord. Pastor, will you please close us in prayer, and then we can all depart.

The recent ‘discovery’ and narrative of an alleged new virus making its way to Idaho has created an environment of fear and an uncharted landscape of government overreach in the lives of all Idahoans. This interruption in the education, business, and social interaction of Idahoans will not be tolerated. While some may believe that the unlawful destruction of our way of life may ‘slow the spread’ or ‘protect the susceptible,’ this is simply not accurate and not appropriate. Humans encounter trillions and trillions of pathogens – bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites in our world every minute of every day. Nature brilliantly designed our bodies with amazing immune systems to combat these earthly cohabitants of ours.
Our natural rights are not subject to claims of suspension for ‘safety’ purposes. UNALIENABLE means these rights are inherently ours. These rights cannot, and will not, be suspended or infringed upon ever, for any reason. This is non-negotiable.
Idahoans who personally feel concerned about this or any pathogen certainly have the right to restrict their own movement, self-quarantine, avoid social interaction, or take any other measure of self-induced restriction they deem necessary for their own safety. What may not happen is government-forced restriction on the people, whether state or federal. It is up to each and every person to keep themselves well, not the state. We understand that it is our job as individuals to get adequate nutrition, sleep, relaxation, exercise, and fresh air. It is not up to the state, or any other Idahoan, to police what another does, nor to protect them. The state does not have the right to dictate the way Idahoans lead their lives, nor to force some Idahoans to protect others for a theoretical threat. Every person is sovereign, and we as a state are sovereign. We will not allow the violation of our sovereignty.
Thomas Jefferson, the author of the Declaration of Independence, said, and we echo this sentiment, “I prefer dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery.” The people of Idaho will not be enslaved. There is nothing more dangerous than the destruction of our liberty, and we will not stand for it.
Health Freedom Idaho, and all that stand with us, demand that our God-given rights be respected. We assert that every single business in our state is essential, and that they shall be respected as such. Health freedom and all freedom includes the right to human interaction, happiness, unrestricted movement, and unrestricted social interaction. Peaceful assembly is a fundamental right, and it shall not be infringed.
We expect and demand access to every single item on the market. Government will not be permitted to decide what products are and are not available for sale or trade. We will not stand for it.
We expect you, Governor Little, as well as all state, city, and county executive departments, state, city, and county employees, the Representatives and Senators that comprise our Legislature, our law enforcement, our Judges and our courts to understand, respect, and uphold our God-given rights. We expect you to immediately rescind any and all orders that infringe on these rights. We will allow no less. You have no authority to have put these orders in place and they shall be removed immediately.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Food and Drug Administration, and all other federal departments have no authority in our sovereign state. We will not allow their influence or recommendations to lead to the suspension or destruction of our rights.
Governor Little, you took an oath to uphold the Idaho Constitution and United States Constitution against all enemies. The enemy now is those who seek to use fear to destroy unalienable rights. Idaho does not and will not stand for this, under any circumstances. We demand you rescind all restrictions on our rights immediately.

As Christians, we were told in the scripture more than 100 times to FEAR NOT. Fear is a powerful force. We need to heed the warning.
Fear can make you do things you wouldn’t normally do– and silence you when you should be speaking.
I am guilty of staying silent – but I no longer can.
Christians are not only convinced that evil is no longer evil- but that evil is GOOD as long as the term “science” is attached to it.
As a pro-life Christian, I believe that human beings are created by God in His image. Therefore every person, from conception to natural death, possesses inherent dignity and immeasurable worth – including preborn children.As a Christian, then, I am called to defend, protect, and value all human life.
In the area of vaccines, some Christians and ministries have unknowingly taken positions in contradiction to their own core value of the sanctity of human life, and have based those positions on intentionally deceptive and incorrect information promoted by the industry itself.
Pro-life Pastors and Christians have told me, they don’t want to hear about abortion-tainted vaccines. Their excuses are:
It was only 2 aborted babies,
it was a long time ago
…vaccines have saved humanity.
We have been utterly DECEIVED by these lies.
For years I assumed that vaccines were a “dead virus” in a sterile saline solution. Is that what YOU believed? I had no reason to believe otherwise.
I didn’t have time to think about it much when my children were young. I was a busy mother of 4 sweet girls under the age of 7. I carved out time to research their strollers, cribs, cart seats, and our laundry detergent.
I wanted to protect them. So, I dutifully took my children to get their shots. I was just doing what I was told like all other parents. Listen to the doctor, who have years of training and knows better than their mother.
It wasn’t until the birth of my youngest that I found out the truth that was never disclosed by the doctor or church leader.
14 years of prayer and longing, God blessed me with my son. My Samuel was born at home, without medical intervention and almost without the midwife.
Coincidentally he was born during the epidemic outbreak of H1N1. You might remember it although it’s hard to keep up with the CDC fear-mongering epidemics.
I shared my concerns with my midwife. While I wanted to bring my son into the pediatrician to get his shots and protect him from these “preventable diseases” the flu shot was not recommended for newborns.
How could I protect him from this deadly flu epidemic?
After all, He might be exposed to it at the doctor’s office.
Her response – startled me.
She had just gotten over H1N1 flu virus which she treated it with goldenseal and other herbs. My mouth must have been hanging open. I was shocked. I thought (based on the media coverage) that she should be dead if she got the FLU.
Research the vaccines.
The suggestion that changed the course of my life – research the vaccines.
She knew I intended to cocoon my newborn – to remain at home for the first 6 weeks and bond with son and his siblings.
I had time, she said, to research. There was no hurry to inject his healthy body. And so. I did.
Although she left me a book and a DVD – it was what I found on the internet that made me realize I was remiss in protecting my children.
My first discovery was an article, posted in a scientific journal, that detailed out the fact that aborted human beings were used in the manufacture of the vaccines. The article was written by the scientist in a tone of pride and arrogance.
It described in gruesome detail the acquisition of WI-38- was the label given to the 3 ½-month-old female- who was aborted and whose DNA made it into the final product of the MMR.
Her parents were interviewed to determine if their aborted child would be a good fit for medical research.
Dr. Stanley Plotkin who developed the Rubella vaccine by using the cells of this aborted baby girl testified recently in court:
“This fetus was chosen by Dr. Sven Gard, specifically for this purpose. The abortion was done because they felt they had too many children.”
These vaccine developers didn’t just passively sort through discarded baby parts. They were actively involved in aborting the babies in such a way as to maximize access to “fresh” tissue in order to develop their products.
An aborted baby boy was also used as spare parts in the production of vaccines. His designation is MRC-5 – let’s call him Michael. Michael’s 27- year old mother as ‘given an abortion’ for psychological reasons…
Did that mother suffering from mental health issues have a choice? Certainly – The babies didn’t.
Their bodies sacrificed at the altar of science and justified by our CHURCHES and Christian Organizations under the guise of the ”good for mankind.”
The Excuses continue
My Pastor said, “yes, but it was just those two abortions…”
As if the murder of just two is a lessor evil in the sight of a righteous God?
What lies!
The biotechnology industry – developing our vaccines didn’t use just two babies who “would have been aborted anyway” years ago. Quite the contrary. Hundreds of babies were aborted in the quest to develop human fetal cell lines for the purpose of producing live virus vaccines.
During the rubella outbreak in Philadelphia in 1964 doctors convinced pregnant women that they had been exposed to rubella – the 3-day measles and that their baby would be born horribly deformed if they continued with their pregnancy.
Mothers were exploited and manipulated by FEAR, and they allowed the murder of their child.
NOT 2 NOR 5, NOT 10 or 20 but 26 mothers aborted their babies at the direction of their doctors.
Their aborted babies’ bodies were immediately sent to the science labs of Dr. Stanley Plotkin.
When researchers dissected the aborted fetuses it was then determined that these precious human beings were HEALTHY -uninfected..sacrificed in vain…Unusable for their medical research and product development.
The 27th baby was infected. RA273. Rubella-abortus-27th – 3rd tissue sample that contained the live rubella virus.
And although he had successfully isolated the virus that would eventually be used in the rubella vaccine on the market today, it didn’t stop there. In subsequent research papers, Dr. Plotkin noted another 40 aborted babies were dissected to obtain further virus samples. 2
This means there were at least 67 babies electively aborted just to obtain the virusfor the rubella vaccine. And they STILL had to culture the virus – on the bodies of even MORE aborted babies.
The bodies of 32 ‘elective abortions’ produced the final WI-38 cell line.
Are you counting? 99 aborted babies were used to produce the rubella vaccine.
**As a mother – the lives of the innocent “two” were enough to stop vaccinating. Pastor, I ask you do the 99 sacrificial lives give you pause?
Pro-life Christians still attempt to JUSTIFY VACCINES…with the excuse “It was a long time ago…”
Time. We are finite beings created by a timeless God.
Time? How can we justify the evil of child sacrifice that we have built our vaccines upon using the excuse of time?
Evil doesn’t lessen because our human memories of it do.
We have been lied to – again…
These atrocious acts of taking the life of the unborn for vaccines
– This was NOT just an act “back then”.
They are continuing to abort human babies… – they have spent years perfecting their procedures -so that the baby is still alive when they harvest organs for medical research.
I discovered all these facts – and was left with a horrible dilemma…Just weeks old, I knew I could not inject my son with the abortion-tainted vaccines. Almost instantly after realizing I would not vaccinate my son- I was overwhelmed with dread and FEAR.
Fear – my son – who I had longed for – 14 years – would die of a vaccine-preventable disease. I was terrified I would cause the death of my son. I spent hours..begging God to protect my son.
It was during those six weeks of sheltering my newborn from the world – I began to reason…
WHO AM I?
To think that a product – created by humans would outmatch the knowledge and power of the Almighty God…the Creator of the universe.
Thoughts stirred-You either “trust in the Lord with all your heart, soul, and mind,” or you don’t.
DO I truly believe that HE IS Omniscience – all-knowing?
DO I truly believe that HE is all-powerful?
If I believe that GOD IS ALL KNOWING. Then He knew that diseases – infections would arise that is why he incorporated an immune system into our fearfully and wonderfully made bodies.
GOD IS ALL-POWERFUL. He can protect my son, all my children, from the infection without the intervention of tainted vaccines.
Vaccines Did Not Save Us!
We continue to buy into their lies. Millions of lives have not been saved by vaccines. *Vaccines reduced the week-long acute illnesses but NOT the mortality rate.
Looking at mortality records, there is something that is never mentioned. The death rate for all infectious diseases had plummeted before the introduction of vaccines for all those diseases.
In the United States, the mortality rate for measles decreased by more than 98% before the introduction of the measles vaccine in 1963.
In 1962, there were millions of cases of measles – a week-long infection with a fever and a rash- but the odds of dying from the infection were less than the odds of dying from drowning in a bathtub or; drowning in a swimming pool; less than slipping, tripping, or stumbling; or accidental suffocation in bed.
While the cases of measles had remained fairly steady over time, the mortality rate had already plummeted well prior to the introduction of the vaccine. That doesn’t mean there weren’t deaths because of measles in 1962. There were, but they were very rare.
They have skewed the figures intentionally FRIGHTEN parents into using their products.
The Fear of the DISEASE – I didn’t even realize I had been infected with it!
This grip of FEAR so entangled my heart and mind.., and then one day I simply REPENTED. I had put my trust in the religion of SCIENCE. I had misplaced my faith.
The deception by the industry has Christians placing their FAITH VACCINES as the Savior OF MANKIND.
Who is Our Savior?
As a Christian, a believer in God – a JUST and RIGHTEOUS GOD How can we expect He would honor our injection of a product – developed on the bodies of murdered children – to ‘protect us from infection?
It’s contrary to his nature – He can’t – He doesn’t.
Our children’s vaccines, the Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Chicken Pox are developed on aborted human beings and contain the DNA of those babies.
More than 4.5 Billion people have been injected the world wide the past 50 years with vaccines tainted with fetal DNA and Studies are just now showing that fragmented DNA that exists in the vaccines* from those aborted babies is being inserted into the nucleus of the cell of the vaccine recipient. Humanity’s attempt to outsmart our Creator to ‘boost our immunity to disease’ is creating bodies that are weakened by mutagenesis. Damaging our very DNA.
Vaccines may have reduced the number of cases of week-long illness. The fever, rash, and swollen lymph nodes. The evidence is clear – CHRONIC life-altering diseases are on the rise.** Since the advent of vaccines -that chronic childhood diseases have increased exponentially.

I don’t vaccinate because of my firmly held moral objection to abortion tainted vaccines. Because of my religious beliefs.
They took away my children’s right to attend school – even a private Christian school. (SB277)
Vaccine mandates took away my livelihood – private, in-home – Christian family daycare. Their vaccine mandate requires the injection of tainted vaccines for all my children, the children in my care and for myself. (SB 792)
Vaccine Mandates affected the churches. It took away my child’s opportunity to attend the church preschool program. I spoke with the leaders about my concerns. Yet, the Church remained silent. They then forced vaccines on all participants of their program including the adults.
No. This wasn’t Idaho.
This was California… However, it is not going to stop in California
States across America have begun to remove religious exemptions to vaccinations. Mississippi, New York, West Virginia, and Maine have successfully removed religious exemptions.
I know the Truth.
Along with this knowledge comes the responsibility to act.

Consistent with the stand so many Christians have taken to defend the sanctity of life, we should also stand for these children who have no voice. Christians and Christian ministries should lead by example, particularly because of the strong positions we already take regarding the sanctity every of human life. The world is looking for integrity.
Unbelievers and believers alike rely on our commitment to the Lord, truth, and reliable content to help them make life-impacting decisions on behalf of their families.
Will taking a stand be hard?
YES.
Christians weren’t promised an easy life.

All Mighty God, you created us – formed us in your image. You placed us in THIS TIME. Help us to do your will that you might be glorified in our words and deed. We ask for protection against the ‘evil one’ the liar! We know that Fear is a Liar. Fear doesn’t come from you Lord. Ghostery’s tools are a little more in-depth and advanced than the ones offered by DuckDuckGo, so you might consider it if you want to take extra

Tor Browser stands for browsing “without tracking, surveillance, or censorship” and is worth a look if you want the ultimate in anonymized, tracker-free browsing—unless you’re on iOS, where it isn’t yet available.
The browser app for Android, Windows and macOS is actually part of a bigger project to keep internet browsing anonymous. The Tor Project routes your web navigation through a complex, encrypted network of relays managed by its community, making it much harder for anyone else to work out where you’re going on the web.
As well as this additional layer of anonymity, Tor Browser is super-strict on the sort of background scripts and tracking technologies sites are allowed to run. It also blocks fingerprinting, a method where advertisers attempt to recognize the unique characteristics of your device across multiple sites, even if they can’t tell exactly who you are.
At the end of each browsing session, everything gets wiped, including cookies left behind by sites and the browsing history inside the Tor Browser app itself. In other words, private browsing mode is the default.
Because of the extra encryption and anonymity measures, Tor Browser can run slightly slower than other browsers, but in terms of staying invisible on the web, it’s the best there is. It can even help you get online in countries where the internet is blocked or censored.
Brave is a project from Brendan Eich, once of Firefox developer Mozilla, and its mission includes both keeping you from being tracked on the web, and finding a better way to serve you advertisements. It’s a dichotomy that doesn’t fully fit together just yet.
There’s no doubt about the effectiveness of its tracker blocking technologies though. The browser apps block ads by default and put tight restrictions on the information sites can gather on you through cookies and tracking scripts.
You can block trackers, scripts, and fingerprinting technologies—where sites attempt to identify your particular device—individually, but unlike DuckDuckGo and Ghostery you don’t get a detailed breakdown of what’s been stopped.
Brave also tries to block phishing attempts over the web, and will force HTTPS encryption where it’s available. It’s a comprehensive package that strikes a well-judged balance between simplicity and power.
Time will tell whether Brave’s attempts to create a new privacy-respecting ad platform are successful, but it’s testing the idea of paying users to watch ads and splitting the revenue with content creators. You can also give micropayments to sites you like directly, though all of this is completely opt-in.
We had some pretty devastating decisions against our health freedom and parental rights last week.
Jonathan, in AZ, had his colon removed against his mother’s consent.
His mother dared to ask for a second opinion regarding her son’s very complicated health issues. She questioned the doctor and was severely punished.
Are we meant to all hail the white coat in this country or are we meant to have individual rights provided to us by our maker and protected by the constitution of this great republic? She was stripped of her parental making authority and banned from the hospital leaving Jonathan to face a terrifying procedure without the comfort of his mother. Jonathan has autism and one can only imagine how terrified he was, wondering if he would ever see his mother again. Does the doctor have the right to demand that you follow their recommendation or face tyrannical forced surgeries, drugs, or treatments such as chemo? Does the hospital policies trump your parental authority? Does child protective services (CPS) have the right to remove your parental rights because they don’t like the healthcare decisions you are making?
In Eagle ID a group of residents has been fighting for their right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness on their own properties.
ADA county decided against the citizen’s health and property rights by siding with Verizon and allowing a cell tower to be placed at a very unsafe distance of 20 steps from the property line of the city of Eagle’s private property owners.
If they can’t find justice in the court system their families will be subject to known and unknown health risks of long-term exposure to radio waves and microwaves. We do know that the people within .25 mile radius of these towers will be in danger from the microwaves of the cell phone towers interfering with their bodies own EMFs, causing a variety of potential health problems including headaches, memory loss, cardiovascular stress, low sperm count, birth defects, and cancer. To add insult to injury these homeowners could face up to 20% value loss of their properties.
Should citizens be subject illness, death, noise nuisance, and or loss in property value so that others can have faster internet speed or so Verizon can continue to profit?
Is Verizon’s profit more important than the property owner’s values because they have endless money?
Are you ok with the county selling you out because they are too afraid to stand up to the bully companies?
Telecommunications Act of 1996 essentially removed the value of life and well being of the residents of an affected community in favor of money and profit and tied the hands of local officials to deny a tower based on health concerns. This does NOT excuse our local authorities from their duty to protect Idaho citizens in life and property. This means that our local authorities must get creative and assert their authority in protecting our property values for the sake of our health but they didn’t follow through on their responsibility, now it’s in the hands of the courts.
As we know, there is a worldwide attack on natural and holistic healing practices.
We were closely following the Jeromie & Jennifer Clark case in Canada. John Wyatt Clark’s family first used natural methods to heal their son and then took him to the hospital. According to the testimony, the baby was responsive and was also responding neurologically. That was until the hospital gave the baby WAY too much saline at WAY too fast of a rate. Instead of the hospitals’ actions coming under scrutiny, it was the healthy lifestyle of the family that has been on the chopping block. The Clark’s were found guilty and could face up to 30 years in prison.
