    BILL EXPLAINATION

H 429 Exemptions for Masking of School Children

Those in red want your children to be masked without exemptions!! They want your children in a plexiglass cage and kicked out of school programs.

Is that YOUR legislator? Is s/he representing YOUR family? What say you at voting time IDAHO⁉️

Red Voted to Keep Your Children Masked WITHOUT Exemptions

Rep Ron Ronald M Nate’s H429 Allowing Parents to OPT their children out of mask mandate

    Statement of Purpose:

“To protect the rights of children to attend public schools, to provide an exemption from mandates for mask-wearing, Plexiglas enclosures, or other medical interventions for medical, religious, or personal reasons, which cannot be denied. No person will create limitations on participation or activity in any school programs on the basis of such exemption.”

Email the Senate and ask them to vote YES on H429 to protect Idaho’s children.

H 419 Amends Existing Law to Prohibit Employers from Requiring Proof of the Vaccine

The house passed H419 which amends existing law to prohibit employers from requiring proof of the jab.

Headed to the senate! The names in RED …They want employers empowered to require you to take a medical procedure against your will and violate your right to privacy If you don’t own your body what does that make you

If you have privacy what does that make you

    You got it…a slave

Email the Senate and ask them to vote YES on H419 to protect Idaho’s workers. #5MinActivism

Tell the Senate NO on H 412 – 3(b)excludes protection from discrimination for our healthcare workers

Tell the Senate NO on H415 Exemptions

When an exemption is given – how easy it is to take it away!!

Ok, who here is from CA and experienced the removal of vax exemptions for your children and o attend school?
How many of you moved here to flee the state that you lived in but had turned against you when it came to your parental rights and health freedom?

I remember watching your legislative session where your philosophical exemption was removed. I watched hours of testimony and cried with you. I watched you plead for your rights and saw your words fall on the deaf ears of a cold legislature. I saw how the shenanigans of changing up the committee after testimonies but before the vote changed the possible outcome of the vote. I learned that day that what the government giveth the government can take away. This was when I knew that my own children were in danger of losing the liberty I had enjoyed.

My California friends have now lost religious exemptions for their children and doctors won’t give medical exemptions for fear of losing their licenses.

If ID passes H415 ID workers will be headed for the same fate as the children of CA.

Out of fear and desperation, we can not settle for this crumb bill (trading our rights for privileges) that the government will eventually take away.

Email the Senate and tell them to VOTE NO on H421. Our legislators want to pass protection for you but this is not it.
    Idahoans deserve better!!

  • Legislature Reconvenes UPDATES On Vaccine Mandate Bills

Today was a VERY BUSY DAY. Here is the run down and a summary of what happened. All the bills brought to the Ways and Means Committee were printed and then distributed to other committees for debate and voting. The good bills, such as H411, were assigned to the Health and Welfare Committee. Chairman Fred Wood HID all day long so as not to be seen by the public. He showed up at 5 pm just before adjournment of the House. He has not called the Health and Welfare Committee to convene to allow the bills to be heard.

This is a critical power play. Without the Health and Welfare Committee hearing the bills they will simply die. Learn more from Miste, Sarah and Glenneda in this quick update:

We will do our best to keep you updated: Check our channel: https://t.me/hfidaho

Bills are being added to committee schedules as of publication. The public is supposed to receive 24 hours to review the bills and suppose to be given the option of testimony on the bill. Already we are seeing they are limiting testimony to 30 minutes from the public. They haven’t provided even an hour to review the bills they are voting upon. To keep up with what is going on in the Legislature it’s important to visit the Legislative Website on a regular basis.

    • House Voted to Censure Lt.Col. & Representative Priscilla Giddings.

Lt. Col and Representative Priscilla Giddings, champion of truth. Her testimony was powerful and compelling but fell on mostly deaf ears. She showed her superstar command of presence in hostile territory. A true hero of the people.
    – Darr Moon

Green Voted for the Censure of Giddings and removal from Committee

TAKE ACTION TO PROTECT YOUR FREEDOM

TELL LEGISLATORS TO VOTE YES ON H 411

TELL HEALTH AND WELFARE COMMITTEE CHAIRMEN THAT YOU WANT IT TO CONVENE TO BE HEARD :

This is a very promising bill that adds a section to the legal code that prevents individuals from being discriminated against due to vaccine mandates. It also protects all, including our children, from forced vaccinations. View this bill in full here:

You have more rights now than what they are proposing to pass.

  • 2021 Senate EMAIL List

During Legislative Sessions Only (approximately January – March) these E-mail addresses will give you access to the senators. *Keep in mind most don’t check these email accounts outside of session. If you know your district you can find their complete contact information at the Idaho Legislature Website here. If you don’t know your district you can look that up by address here.

When they are voting on a bill of importance it’s critical that you send your correspondence to ALL the legislators. Sometimes you will only be communicating with those on a specific committee that is voting upon a bill. (Find Health Committee email lists here). Other times you will want to communicate with your personal representatives to let them know how you want them to represent you simply look up your district and find your 2 representatives and 1 senator.

SUBJECT LINE – EASY TO IDENTIFY TOPIC/BILL
Your subject line should reflect the bill number and your preferred vote (Vote Yes or Vote No). At the very least they will be able to track the correspondence of citizens in favor or opposed to the legislation.

BODY OF THE EMAIL – EASY TO READ
Use bullet points to summarize your reasons. Make it easy for them to scan the main points. If the bill has a direct impact on your family and community make those points concisely.

Try to avoid having attachments to your email these tend to get filtered out and put in the spam folder. If you have hard copies that need to be seen by the legislator those should be sent by regular mail.

    SIGNATURE – IDENTIFY YOURSELF
If you are in their district, they represent you directly and should know. You don’t have to include a complete mailing address or phone number.

Using these email groups helps your communication to go to the Senators instead of into their spam folder.

    • Create several identical emails.
    • Copy a group list for each individual email.
    • Send the emails separately to each group.

  • Health Freedom Legislative Voting Record 2017/2018

Health Freedom Idaho tracked several bills over the past two years with a direct impact on parental rights, health freedom and informed consent. Idaho remains number #1 for health freedom. We are thankful that our Legislators were open to listening to our concerns and many voted in favor of liberty. Due to the complexity of this legislation, the decision to vote for or against any bill will require more explanation that can be provided in this simple spreadsheet. We recommend you contact your legislator and ask WHY s/he voted the way they did on these bills. Taking time to communication with your legislator is the best way to preserve your liberty and allow that individual to better represent your family.

Health Freedom Idaho Members Impacted the Following Legislation:

    2017 WINS

(Failed) SB 1182 Re-defining child neglect to include parents who don’t follow conventional medical protocols “Faith-Healing Exemption”

(Passed) HB 195 returns health care options to allow Chiropractors to administer IVs.

(Failed) HB 91 tracking of vaccine status of ADULTS

    2018 WINS

(Passed) H494 require providers inform parents that their child’s vaccination records will be entered into the tri-state database system. Most parents are not aware that the IRIS database exists and that they have the option to have their children’s confidential medical information expunged from the system by contacting the Health and Welfare Department after EACH doctor’s visit or school/daycare enrollment.

(Failed) H577 CBD regulation requires a doctors note in order to purchase any products with CBD containing less than .3% THC.  Since .3% or less THC is naturally occurring in hemp products this could limit ability to purchase for Idaho citizens. These interchangeable terms, “THC free”, “Contains trace amounts of THC”, “non detectable” or “negligible levels” all means that the product contains .3% or less THC. THC is difficult to measure after a product is made as it is measured in dry weight before hand. Read all the related CBD oil research articles by HFI. *HFI stood alone against this legislation and its unintended consequences of reducing liberty. Many legislators voted in favor of this bill with the misinformed understanding that it would expand health freedom.

    2018 Loss

(Passed) H393 The State formed a commission to comply with the ACA’s vaccination requirements it was due to expire. The Immunization Assessment Board  whose express purpose is the promotion of a corporation’s product, and also form an insurance assessment board for forcing insurance companies to purchase large lots of the corporation’s products to target a specific age group of Idaho’s citizens. It was due to expire, but was extended with the passage of this legislation. Vaccinations are available through a federal program, funds spent by this commission are wasted on vaccines purchased, unused and expired. Its an unfortunate waste of tax payer money.
