    Put your thinking caps on, folks. People are dropping dead under an hour after receiving these vaccines (almost 700 people as of Friday), and you still believe the media. The media who literally just did that thing that toddlers do when they do something wrong, and you don’t even ask about it, and they tell you what they did by randomly saying they didn’t do it.   • She Was Pro-Vaccine Until March 1, 2019

    “I am just so upset and disgusted with myself for not doing more research before getting Evee vaccinated. I had no idea any of these injuries or deaths were happening by the thousands. I stupidly chose to trust the medical professionals. These facts aren’t “made up” or any sort of exaggeration. This is the INSERT for the Pediarix vaccination that my daughter received at her 6 month visit.” 

    Catie Clobes posted publicly on Facebook about the death of her infant daughter. 

    Evee had her 6-month checkup and scheduled immunizations a day and a half before she passed and was found to be in perfect health, as she was her whole life. She was giggling, eating solids, and telling me “no” just the night before her passing.

    I held my beautiful Evee Gayle, who passed away unexpectedly in her sleep Friday morning, in my arms for the last time today. She was in a gorgeous homemade “angel gown” donated by two amazing volunteers who made it overnight just for her. She wore a bonnet with her darling tuft of hair sticking out. ♥️ Wrapped up in a soft pink blanket.

    This feeling of pain is indescribable. The unanswered questions of how or why make it worse. I can’t comprehend any of it. I can’t stop replaying that morning in my head. None of this feels real. Definitely not fair. She was the perfect child and I’m so thankful we never left each other’s side for the short six and a half months I was blessed with her. She was my best friend. My body just aches for my baby. 

    The medical examiner said they would ‘run all tests possible.” When asked if they would run specific tests that would prove that vaccines were NOT the culprit in her daughters death she was told NO “there is no medical reasoning, and it’s not medically approved.”  

    THIS is who they label as ANTI-VACCINE. This mother was pro-vaccine until March 1st 2019 when her baby died. She vaccinated all children on schedule. 

    Catie: I just finished up a very heated, baffling phone conversation with the very “cold” doctor who performed my daughter’s autopsy. The autopsy is pretty much complete on their end, there have been no answers, it’s at a finalizing paperwork phase. My mother was in the room when this call took place, she heard this all! I’m not exaggerating a thing. After several calls this week to try and get this doctor on the phone, I sent an email today requesting the simple additional tests that I wanted done in my daughter’s autopsy. 

    I was assured the day of my daughter’s death by that office that “every test” would be performed, that her receiving vaccinations a day and a half prior was of concern and they’d be running “those kinds of tests”, that they took infant deaths very seriously. I believed them. These simple tests I requested would reveal if vaccinations had played any part in my daughter’s death. Well, less than an hour after sending that email, I finally got that doctor to call me back! She refused to do the tests, each and every one.

    Catie: “My daughter was in perfect health and then received 6 vaccinations and died a day and a half later. Why wouldn’t you run ANY tests to check if vaccinations were the cause?”

    Pathologist: “It’s not medically necessary, there is no medical reasoning, and it’s not medically approved.”

    Catie: No kidding, she said this!! She refused to acknowledge that it might even be a possibility that it was the cause! State or County Medical Examiner offices refuse and will not run any tests in an autopsy that could reveal any link to vaccination as the cause of death because it is not “medically accepted.” This is a fact. They will put SIDS on the death certificate before running of these tests.

    At this point, being an angry, grieving mother, I said some controversial things to try and get some sort of sensible answer out of this woman. She was like a robot. I said to her “it sounds like you’re just reading me some script the CDC and the government have given you!” I cried in disbelief and anger. I yelled “if this was your baby that you just lost, you’d want answers no matter what it took”. 

    I asked her opinion on why so many shots had to be given to such a small child? She never once gave any opinion. She kept repeating that science and research shows this and that but none of it made sense. She had nothing to say about vaccination inserts saying that “SIDS” can occur, and all the other warnings. She had no solid fact, reasoning, nothing educational or productive. I couldn’t even believe I was speaking with a doctor. It was clear she was watching her words. I told her I didn’t believe in “SIDS” and that every death has a real reason behind it. She had nothing to say to that. What was NOT surprising was that a pause of hesitation came before each of her responses.

    She actually started to say to me “Listen, you are a part of a community that…” and I stopped her and I said “NO! I have vaccinated all of my children. I have always trusted medical professionals. I was never told by any doctor that more than a fever could occur after my babies getting their shots. I never knew any better because people like you shame that “community” and silence them. Don’t label me to try and discredit what I’m saying. I was “pro-vaxx” just like you until I sadly had to find out in the worst way possible how many babies and children have died and been hurt by these shots.”

    My last words to her were “you should be ashamed, you’re a doctor and it’s your job to find answers and save lives and that’s not what you are doing.” There was silence on her end and then I hung up.

    I’m making nothing up. This is not “stuff” I’m hearing, this is what I am living. I understand the need for vaccinations, I get the government’s reasoning, the importance. Sure. <smirk> The lack of care, lack of research, lack of information about gene testing and titer level testing to prevent injuries and deaths, lack of any TRUTH or answers, and the lack of any real accountability when it comes to the negative, that I don’t understand. 

    The corruption, that is what blows my mind.

    So I will continue on my fight for the answer I am looking for. I’m just also on a mission to expose and share with everyone the crazy, sick truth I am experiencing along the way. Mommy has got your back, my “Eeves Peeves”!  She always has and she always will. 

    This is an absolute outrage. They label, ridicule, and dismiss these mothers…and now outright censoring them. This mother deserves to be heard. Please. This is what is really going on. SIDs is caused by vaccines. It’s heartbreaking they’ve kept the truth hidden.   • How “Science” Works in the World of Vaccines

    The amount of bad research in relation to the liability free medical products (vaccines) is alarming, that data is sculpted to fit a preferred theory. All the vaccine manufacturers are guilty of fraud and have paid millions of dollars in fines. They tell us the vaccines are safe and effective so why do we believe them? Because, we are told, the science is settled and they point to studies in ‘peer-reviewed’ journals.

    Dr. Marcia Angell, a physician and longtime Editor in Chief of the New England Medical Journal (NEMJ), which is considered to another one of the most prestigious peer-reviewed medical journals in the world, has said:

    “It is simply no longer possible to believe much of the clinical research that is published, or to rely on the judgment of trusted physicians or authoritative medical guidelines. I take no pleasure in this conclusion, which I reached slowly and reluctantly over my two decades as an editor of the New England Journal of Medicine”  (source)

    Ashley Everly, toxicologist who consults Health Freedom Idaho shares how “science” works in the world of vaccines, using a metaphor.

    You have 10 studies showing that jumping in front of a moving bus in the US won’t kill you.

    These studies are used to claim that it’s perfectly safe to do this. All bus drivers are knowledgeable about the roadways, always obey traffic laws, and will always stop before they hit you. If you do get hit, don’t worry, buses are made extra safe and do not cause any real harm beyond bumps and bruises.

    On the other side, you have 5 independently funded studies which have found you can absolutely die or be severely injured if you jump in front of a moving bus in the US. 

    The speed at which buses typically move are much faster than is safe for individuals to jump in front of them And not be severely harmed.

    Of the ten studies claiming safety:

    • 5 excluded data on two or more of the following conditions:
      •  If the injury occurred on roadways where the speed limit was over 15 mph.
      •  If the injury occurred when bus drivers were speeding.
      •  If the injury occurred with bus drivers who wear prescription glasses. 
      •  If the buses had not had a tune up in the past three years.
    • The other 5 compared accidents of newly hired bus drivers to bus drivers with the most experience (these individuals were all over 65 years of age) and found no difference in the amount of injuries.

      They only included deaths in those who were hit by buses, for ten minutes, post-accident. They determined that any injuries and subsequent deaths in that time frame were due to pre-existing conditions, and concluded bus drivers and moving buses are completely safe.

    • 3 of them were funded by the government. The main author of two of them has a criminal record. One of the authors of the 3rd study blew the whistle that their study was fraudulent.
    • The remaining 7 were funded by the automobile industry or American Bus Driver Association.  

    Based on the above “settled science”, US regulatory agencies, legislators, the bus industry, advisory groups, and mainstream news media all claim that jumping in front of moving buses is completely safe, and there’s no evidence otherwise. In fact, state and federal legislators have suggested mandating the procedure on all people. 

    Meanwhile, the US government quietly pays out billions of dollars to bus-injured victims, for severe injuries and deaths, and hundreds of thousands of individuals who previously believed jumping in front of moving buses was safe, but have subsequently been harmed by doing so, are trying to warn others of the risks.

    The obvious conclusion that should be reached is that the ‘science’ a farce. This has been reported by the Editor of a topic medical journal who admitted that ‘50% Of Pro-Vaccine Science Is Fraudulent’  

    Documents obtained by Lucija Tomljenovic, PhD, from the Neural Dynamics Research Group in the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at the University of British Columbia, which reveal that vaccine manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, and health authorities have known about multiple dangers associated with vaccines but chose to withhold them from the public. This is scientific fraud, and their complicity suggests that this practice continues to this day. (source)

    Please investigate every medical procedure recommended for your child. Vaccines have caused many children to have permanent injury, a lifetime of auto-immune disease, disability and sometimes even death. Denial of vaccine injury and damage by a medical professional does not change the facts.   • Will You Hear Us?

    If you’re a parent, is it possible to look at the anguish on the face of this woman and not have a visceral reaction to it?

    I see mother Karen Kaine’s with daughter Lorrin Danielle Kaine who suffered vaccine induced seizures from Vaccine Injury.
    Wheelchair bound, one hundred percent dependent on her mother’s care, she never made any childhood gains and she had seizures every day for the rest of her life. 

    I see parents Kerri and Cody holding their convulsing screaming toddler Kash who seized for 20 minutes as they rushed him to the ER where spent 10 days in a coma in the PICU. Kash’s reaction was to his one year MMR vaccine. He never had any other reaction to previous immunizations. He never completely recovered and has lifelong impacts to his vaccines.

    I see parents like Marjorie and Nick Catone who selectively vaccinated, spacing out the toxins and yet woke up one morning to find their precious son gone. 

    I see mothers who witnessed what happened to their child. They know. These mothers (and fathers) have been dragged through the mud. They have had people wish death and suffering on them and their families. They’ve had their own doctors and legislators disregard them and try to silence their voice as one of ‘misinformation’.

    And you think you can scare them? Intimidate them? Get them to back down? Are you INSANE?

    They’ve already been through more than any parent should- why would trolls scare them? Why would they be concerned with what their neighbor thinks? Or what their cousin thinks?

    If this was your child… would anything stop you?

    Not a chance. It’s not one in a million – its millions of children and adults damaged by vaccines. They aren’t speaking up to save their children – they are speaking up to save YOURS!

  • Toxicologist Mom: How I Became Anti-Vaccine.

    For several years, I was unsure. I felt caught between different sources of conflicting information that I thought to be credible. But I knew too much to believe what we were always told – that vaccines were “safe and effective”. 
    This article has been excerpted from ThinkLoveHealthy. Written by Ashley, a dedicated mother, wife and toxicologist with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Toxicology from the University of California at Davis.
    I will also add that I am a scientist. Specifically, a toxicologist – someone who determines the level at which a particular substance is toxic or deadly. (Please don’t attempt to remind me that “the dose makes the poison”. This applies to substances that are not toxic at the lowest levels we can measure.) I know how to read, understand, and interpret scientific research. When it comes to vaccines, I search for proof. For solid scientific evidence. It was and still is, of utmost importance to me, to see the research, and only then, come to an informed decision. And in the end, the overwhelming amount of unbiased historical and scientific evidence – was against vaccines. 

    I do not take this issue lightly. 

    The debate about vaccines is so volatile, simply because we all CARE so much, about children, about our families. People on both sides of this debate – the majority of them are truly GOOD people. The difference between us is that you believe the benefits of vaccination outweigh the risks. And after years of research and/or witnessing our children suffer vaccine injury, we do not. 

    There is passion and frustration on both sides, and we are coming from the same place with that frustration. We simply disagree on how to best protect our children. (quote from post via Facebook) 

    I chose a delayed and selective vaccine schedule for my son. I was torn between the risk of a “preventable” disease and the risk of vaccine injury. I didn’t know as much as I do now.

    The first time he received vaccines, at 4 months of age, he was somnolent for 4 hrs following the shot – awake but out of it. I was worried, because it wasn’t like him to be awake and not fully alert… but I felt some relief when he seemed to be back to himself later that day.

    A month later I went in to get him two more shots (Prevnar & Hib). 

    It was then that I found out the nurse had given him a vaccine for which I did not give consent. I was livid. At the previous appointment I had requested a DTaP-only shot. The nurse said it was available but scoffed and rolled her eyes at me for not wanting to give him the rest of them, and tried to pressure me to give him the rotavirus vaccine. 

    She ended up giving him Pediarix – DTaP, Polio, HepB in one shot – while my husband and I sat there believing she was administering DTaP.
    Pediarix contains high levels of aluminum and I had intended to avoid it.

    Three days after that second set of vaccines, my son started showing signs of having neurological damage – he developed some kind of head tic, which looking back, appears to have potentially been non-febrile seizures (no fever). I didn’t connect it to the vaccines at the time.

    I didn’t know that both Prevnar (pneumococcal) & Hib contain aluminum. I didn’t know that aluminum has been linked to tics in scientific studies. I didn’t know that aluminum reduces the concentration of magnesium in the central nervous system, which can lead to tics, nor that it destroys nerve cells in the brain – and that this was happening to my 5 month old son. But I know now.

    I was still naive, ignorant, and fearful of diseases for the next year of my son’s life. I was caught in between the risks of the diseases and the risks of the vaccines. I was concerned about whooping cough, so he received two more doses of DTaP. 

    But as he got closer to two years of age, I started getting more and more concerned about his development. He had several symptoms of being on the spectrum. Language and speech delays, gross motor delays, cognitive delays (for example, he couldn’t understand how to answer a yes or no question until after he was 2 years old), he had sensory processing issues, he refused to let anyone, even me, hug or kiss him, he would bang his head on the couch and into people, sometimes the floor…

    He would rarely look me in the eye or smile for pictures, when his younger cousin would immediately make eye contact and smile. He had a pretty vacant expression much of the time. There were many indicators, and I was honestly terrified as he grew older, that it would become more and more obvious to everyone else that he was not a neurotypical child. I don’t think anyone in my life knew how much anxiety this brought me.

    At that point I chose to stop vaccinating him altogether and I started focusing on getting him eating well. 

    …

    Then my daughter was born and my son finally started being able to speak more than two syllables at a time. I found I had the ambition to dive head first into reading anything and everything I could find on vaccines, disease, and health, so I embraced it. I was obsessive about reading scientific studies from both sides and looking into the history and statistics of disease and disease mortality. I’ve never been so consumed with anything like I was with this. It was my sole focus besides being with and caring for my children. I spent hours – every spare moment – every day – reading. I’m not exaggerating.

    … I would open my mouth to speak, and my husband would say, “Is this about vaccines?”

    It was a rough time because he could not relate to my passion for the subject and he was trying to focus on supporting our family. He didn’t really have time to hear about every new detail I was piecing together. 

    The aluminum, the mercury, the aborted fetuses, the chicken embryo cells, fetal bovine serum, casein (milk protein), monkey kidney cells (“vero cells”)… Then there was the constant flow of stories from mothers and fathers about their vaccine injured children. The stories about how their pediatricians refused to acknowledge that vaccines could have been a factor in the sudden decline of their child’s health, even though their child was perfectly healthy and happy prior to shots, and only hours after began screaming inconsolably for days – then suffered developmental delays, digestive issues, recurring ear or respiratory infections, food allergies (e.g. to casein, eggs, peanuts), etc.

    There were way too many stories of infants dying shortly after vaccines and their deaths being labeled “SIDS” by blind medical professionals who had no clue about the ingredients in vaccines, nor would they give credit to the fact that genetic mutations can make children susceptible to vaccine injury and death.

    There were so many stories of children getting a “measles -like” rash and a fever, shortly after receiving the live-virus measles/mumps/rubella vaccine… so many doctors refusing to diagnose measles, AS MEASLES, after the child was injected – with the live measles virus! Most parents don’t know that live virus vaccines can “shed”, like in the case of rotavirus or varicella (chicken pox) – or maybe they’ve been told that shedding is a myth. Yet, the MMR vaccine insert [page 5] states that live rubella virus can be swabbed from the nose of vaccinated individuals for 29 days post-vaccination. It’s been documented in the case of one vaccinated two-year-old, that it’s possible for a vaccinated person to carry and shed (and contract!) vaccine virus-associated measles five weeks after receiving the live-virus vaccine. But the one that takes the cake is the story of the man who shed the vaccine version of the polio virus for almost 30 YEARS.

    Then there are the news stories and studies of  disease outbreaks in fully-vaccinated populations… Like this outbreak of whooping cough, and this outbreak of mumps. The efficacy of most vaccines is questionable at best. Merck is even being sued for greatly exaggerating the efficacy of their MMR vaccine.

    I keep learning new things each day. Still. To this day. Because I READ STUDIES – Studies that never see the light of day because the media will never report on it. And it amazes me how utterly brainwashed we have been to believe we can inject “health” – especially when these injections contain toxic levels of aluminum and mercury. It’s amazing that we think we know how to out-smart our biology, physiology, biochemistry, etc. That we think injecting pregnant women and babies with what reads like something out of a witches brew of ingredients – is NORMAL.

  • Crazy Mothers Know Why

    Hillary Simpson, the mother of a vaccine injured child, starts off her emotional diatribe on Facebook by saying, “I know what happened to my little boy.” Simpson’s emotionally charged plea for a little more understanding from those who choose to bully parents of vaccine injured children, rather than attempt to connect and understand them, is the ire of Simpson’s disgust. She’s calling for change, but more than that, she’s giving a huge piece of her mind to anyone who will listen (and so far, that happens to be a heck of a lot of people according to her Facebook view stats that had already inflated to almost 80k.  at the time of this article’s publishing). So many of our readers are NOT on facebook and may not have seen this video shared here from a youtube upload. 

    “Mothers are strong and capable and resilient. We are strong enough to admit our mistake and even stronger still to forgive ourselves… though that may take awhile.   • Is the Hotspot Vaccine Exemptions Campaign A Fear Mongering Set Up For Vaccine Mandates?

    Do you believe that parents should make the health decisions for their own children? If so, you aren’t alone. The numbers of parents opting out of some or all vaccines appear to be increasing based on the nationwide tracking of our children’s vaccine status as they enter kindergarten. That’s right, your child’s vaccination status is being tracked. 

    In Idaho, your family is AUTOMATICALLY ENTERED into the tri-state tracking system by health care providers, child care providers, and school officials. While you can ask for your information to be removed from the Health and Welfare tracking system, it can and will, register it back in at any time by authorized users (doctor, schools, daycare). In other words, if you don’t submit your request to the schools, doctors, daycare providers that you wish to have your private medical information REMAIN PRIVATE and never entered into the system, they will assume that you want to be tracked.

    Your children’s medical information is likely in the database RIGHT NOW. You must request that your child’s medical information removed from the IRIS database.

    ACTION ITEM >>> REQUEST YOUR CHILD’S MEDICAL INFORMATION PURGED FROM TRI-STATE TRACKING SYSTEM KNOWN AS IRIS.

    However, once your information is shared within the government tracking database, authorized 3rd parties can take the information and use it as they wish. (Notice the newest marketing material labeling Idaho’s vaccine exemptions as a hot spot. Or the Idaho vaccination rate map available online.) While you can opt out of IRIS and purge your child’s information from their IRIS system, you are unable to purge it from the third party systems once it has been accessed.

    Tracking your child’s vaccine status harmless? Think again.

    Tracking childhood vaccinations has nothing to do with local health, it’s all about marketing. They are using your child’s private medical information to drive their sales and increase their profit. When you allow your child’s vaccination exemption status to be tracked you are participating in the marketing campaign designed to target your family as ‘public health enemy’ number one.

    If you choose to opt out of even one vaccine, your family is presented as a public enemy.  Look at these headlines! These are obvious marketing campaigns intended to sway public opinion.  Their marketing ploy is to create division in the public against those who don’t comply with the 78 CDC recommended vaccinations.

    Of course, the obvious question for the fear mongers is: If vaccines are effective, why are they worried about other people’s vaccination status?

    Why are parents opting out?

    With the rise in the number of kindergartners who enter school without ALL their shots, the marketing piece serves as a “wake-up call” to the parents blindly following doctor’s orders and the CDC recommendations. Really this question should be why are so many families opting out if vaccines are really ‘safe and effective’? 

    Parents have been empowered with information and truth. Reading vaccine inserts, reviewing ingredient lists and looking at scientific journals that accessible to the public. They are realizing that there are a lack of scientific studies for safety and effectiveness of vaccines. They are waking up to the truth that vaccines permanently damage, injure and cause death to children and adults. Families who suffered intense loss have NOTHING to gain by sharing their stories except the hope that their loss will prevent further destruction of the health and lives of other children.

    Fear mongering a set up for vaccine mandates?

    First create the problem, then present the solution. That is how marketing works right?

    First, they used the tracking of your child’s vaccine record to ‘create’ a threat. Their solution has already been declared – reduce vaccine exemptions and create vaccine mandates. Those who profit from their liability-free vaccines want mandates just as they have in California. Imagine the $$ signs dancing in front of their eyes – their product forced on every school child without any loss from damages or injury.  In 2014 the global vaccine market was worth over 32 billion dollars and was expected to reach over 59 billion by the year 2020.(Those damages are paid from the taxes added to each vaccine.)  

    Were you aware that drug companies donated millions to California lawmakers before vaccine debate and the Disneyland Outbreak of 2015? 

    Did you know that the vaccination status of California before mandated school vaccines was 97.46%?

    They are using FEAR to take away our FREEDOM

    What can be done?

    Step 1: Get your child’s information PURGED from their tracking system. Be vigilant to keep it out of their hands for marketing purpose.

    Step 2: Be aware that those 15 areas labeled as “hotspots” will also be targeted for vaccine mandates. Watch AND PARTICIPATE your local elections. Check on the elected officials funding! Expose those who are being influenced by pharmaceutical companies. Those individuals who actively and openly support health freedom – those are the people who need your support. It doesn’t matter if they are in your district or not! Theirs is another vote for freedom should bills be drafted restricting vaccine exemptions.

That comes out to be one in every 20,000 kids is damaged and compensated 
    • (3.1 billion ÷ 40 doses each ÷ 3,597 victims).
    • But if you take into consideration the CDC also reports only 1% of adverse reactions are actually reported.

    What is the Vaccine Court ? 
    The government does have a vaccine court and fund that serve to compensate people who can show strong evidence that their child’s injury, disability, or death is linked to vaccinations.

    Here’s an explanation of the vaccine court from Generation Rescue:

    The United States federal court has presided over landmark cases for the autism community, filing official court decisions that have linked vaccinations as an environmental trigger of autism.  The court in which all of these decisions are rendered is the Office of Special Masters of the United States Courts of Federal Claims, otherwise known as “Vaccine Court.”

    The U.S. government created this specific court in 1986 to protect pharmaceutical companies from the direct lawsuits that were arising due to the preponderance of illnesses and injuries that were stemming from the company’s vaccination products.  By establishing the Vaccine Court, the government now protects the pharmaceutical industry by trying the cases and awarding damages from a federal excise tax added to the cost of each dosage of a vaccine.

    In the “Vaccine Court,” the burden of proof lays squarely on the claimant.  In other words, a family must show a clear causal connection between a vaccination and its adverse effects.  For the autism community, this standard is made more challenging because the “Vaccine Court” does not accept “autism” as a legal determination.  This is because autism is a clinical diagnosis, labeled on the basis of a collection of clinical features and created by causes that are still unknown.  But the autism community has still persevered, and compelled the court to acknowledge the link between their children’s autism diagnoses and vaccinations’ environmental triggers.

    Here’s how that system works.

    TAX PAYERS PAY FOR ALL DAMAGES! Pharmaceutical companies are not required to participate. 

    The CDC and FDA co-sponsor a national vaccine safety surveillance program called Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). It serves to collect information about adverse events (possible side effects) that occur after the administration of vaccines licensed for use in the United States. People can report reactions that may be related to vaccinations there, and the data is open and available for anyone to access.

    If a case makes it to vaccine court and an award is granted to a family, the money comes from the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program:

    Since the first National Vaccine Injury Compensation (VICP) claims were filed in 1989, 3,887 compensation awards have been made. More than $3.0 billion in compensation awards has been paid to petitioners and more than $120.4 million has been paid to cover attorneys’ fees and other legal costs.

    To date, 9,860 claims have been dismissed. Of those, 4,912 claimants were paid more than $64.8 million to cover attorneys’ fees and other legal costs.

    California’s new mandated vaccines for school eliminates the opportunity for vaccine damaged and wheelchair bound Otto Coleman to attend school. His parents refuse to allow any more vaccinations as they don’t want to risk further damage for their child.

    For those who are still skeptical that such a thing exists…

    Richelle Oxley: DPT shot reaction: post-pertussis vaccine encephalopathy

    “…no evidence to overcome the strong probability that the DPT was the most likely cause. Richelle’s disabilities include autistic-like behavior, hyperactivity, and partially controlled seizures. The court finds further that all other statutory requirements have been met, and concludes that petitioners are entitled to compensation for injuries sustained as a result of the DPT vaccine administered on July 30, 1979.”

    Hannah Poling: MMR vaccine

    “Court ruled in favor of compensation due to the significant aggravation of child’s pre-existing mitochondrial disorder based on an MMR vaccine Table presumptive injury of encephalopathy, which eventually manifested as chronic encephalopathy with features of autism spectrum disorder and a complex partial seizure disorder as a sequelae.”

    Eric Lassiter: DPT vaccine

    Eric was completely healthy prior to a DPT booster. His is a “known case of static encephalopathy after DPT immunization.” Based on the court’s own findings of fact and the reasons proffered by Dr. Lichtenfeld, the court concludes that Eric, more likely than not, sustained an encephalopathy and that the first manifestation of onset of the injury occurred within the Table time frame.

    *The possibility of autism was discussed in depth during Eric’s court proceedings, but a conclusion was never made. One doctor believed the child had autism…but not as a result of the DTP vaccine.

    Bailey Banks: MMR vaccine

    “The Court found, supra, that Bailey’s ADEM was both caused-in-fact and proximately caused by his vaccination. It is well-understood that the vaccination at issue can cause ADEM, and the Court found, based upon a full reading and hearing of the pertinent facts in this case, that it did actually cause the ADEM. Furthermore, Bailey’s ADEM was severe enough to cause lasting, residual damage, and retarded his developmental progress, which fits under the generalized heading of Pervasive Developmental Delay, or PDD. The Court found that Bailey would not have suffered this delay but for the administration of the MMR vaccine, and that this chain of causation was not too remote, but was rather a proximate sequence of cause and effect leading inexorably from vaccination to Pervasive Developmental Delay.”

    Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis (“ADEM”) is “an acute or subacute encephalomyelitis or infiltration and 3 demyelination; it occurs most commonly following an acute viral infection, especially measles, but may occur without a recognizable antecedent….It is believed to be a manifestation of an autoimmune attack on the myelin of the central nervous system. Clinical manifestations include fever, headache, vomiting, and drowsiness progressing to lethargy and coma; tremor, seizures, and paralysis may also occur; mortality ranges from 5 to 20 per cent; many survivors have residual neurological deficits.”

    Pervasive Developmental Disorder, Not Otherwise Specified (PDD-NOS) is a ‘subthreshold’ condition in which some – but not all – features of autism or another explicitly identified Pervasive Developmental Disorder are identified. PDD-NOS; also referred to as “atypical personality development,” “atypical PDD,” or “atypical autism”, is included in DSM-IV to encompass cases where there is marked impairment of social interaction, communication, and/or stereotyped behavior patterns or interest, but when full features for autism or another explicitly defined PDD are not met.

    As a preliminary matter, even though Respondent conceded during briefing that Bailey suffers from PDD, Respondent’s expert, Dr. MacDonald characterized Bailey’s condition as autism; however, he at one point conflated the two as of one or of like kind. Tr. at 84-86. Despite his comments to that effect, the Court is inclined to view Bailey’s condition as accurately as the medical records will allow; that is, to find that Bailey more likely than not suffers from PDD, and not from autism.

    Elias Tembenis: Death after DTaP vaccination. This little boy had seizures after receiving a DTaP shot…but was still given boosters and other vaccines. In 2002, doctors noted that Elias had features of Pervasive Developmental Disorder (“PDD”), which is an autism spectrum disorder. He died in 2007, at age 7. The immediate cause of death was multisystem organ failure, which was a consequence of cardiac arrest…which was a consequence of Elias’s seizure disorder.

    “Petitioners have satisfied the legal requirements for proving that Elias’s December 26, 2000 DTaP vaccination was a legal cause of his epilepsy and death. Respondent has not overcome Petitioners’ evidence by proving an alternative cause. Therefore, I find that Petitioners have established entitlement to compensation under the Vaccine Act.”

    Ryan Mojabi: MMR vaccine

    Saeid and Parivash Mojabi of San Jose, California had their infant son vaccinated with the measles-mumps-rubella (MMR), among other vaccinations, between 2003 and 2005. Shortly after the MMR vaccinations, their son developed Autism Spectrum Disorder, asthma, and an encephalopathy, which refers to a syndrome of brain dysfunction. The case is ‘unpublished,’ meaning there is little information available to the public.

    The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services conceded that the MMR vaccination caused the boy’s encephalopathy. There is no documentation stating the government recognized that the encephalopathy directly led to his autism. The Mojabi’s were awarded a lump sum of more than $980,0000, and another lump sum, several million dollars more, will be invested in annuities on his behalf to cover annual costs for the rest of his life.     From the same law firm that represented Ryan Mojabi:

    A similar case involving a young girl reports an eerily similar timeline. The girl’s mother, Jillian Moller, filed her claim in 2003, alleging that her daughter was severely injured by the vaccines she received at 15 months old.

    Almost immediately, the girl developed high fevers, seizure episodes, and a similar measles-type rash. She started staring blankly, having shaking episodes, and was diagnosed with encephalopathy characterized by speech and developmental delay. She was also ultimately diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

    More than seven years after filing her claim, the government agreed to settle, and made an offer upwards of $1.1 million. Another $9 million will be granted for annual expenses throughout her life. The Department of Health and Human Services did not officially admit that the vaccines caused her encephalopathy or autism.

    Notice that in several of those court cases, terms like “autistic-like,” “features of autism,” “PDD or atypical autism,” and “autistic disorders” are used.

    Here’s a recent case from outside of the US.

    Valentino Bocca: MMR vaccine (Italy)

    Valentino was never the same child after the jab in his arm. He developed autism and, in a landmark judgment, a judge has ruled that his devastating disability was provoked by the inoculation against measles, mumps and rubella (MMR).

    Judge Lucio Ardigo, awarding compensation to the family, agreed. He said it was ‘conclusively established’ that Valentino had suffered from an ‘autistic disorder associated with medium cognitive delay’ and his illness, as Dr Barboni stated, was linked to receiving the jab.

    Skeptics will say that none of these cases proves there is a link between vaccinations and autism.

    Maybe they don’t prove anything. Maybe the definition of “autism” is too broad and confusing (after all, the diagnostic criteria specified by the American Psychiatric Association has changed several times). There isn’t a blood test – or any medical test – that can be used to detect autism spectrum disorders. Diagnosis is challenging.

    But it is hard to discount the increasing number of heartbreaking tales of drastic changes (or death) in once-healthy children shortly after receiving vaccinations.

    Dr. Jane Orient, the executive director of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS), said that she believes the science behind vaccination risks is far from settled and that hundreds of parents have reported that their children have had severe deficits after an inoculation.

    “We have a lot of observations that are not otherwise explainable,” said Dr. Orient, an internist. “I don’t think we can dismiss it out of hand.”

    The AAPS has called for an end to government-mandated vaccinations in the past:

    “Our children face the possibility of death or serious long-term adverse effects from mandated vaccines that aren’t necessary or that have very limited benefits,” said Dr. Orient.

    “This is not a vote against vaccines. This resolution only attempts to halt blanket vaccine mandates by government agencies and school districts that give no consideration for the rights of the parents or the individual medical condition of the child.”

    “It’s obscene to threaten to seize a child just because his parents refuse medical treatment that is obviously unnecessary and perhaps even dangerous,” said Dr. Orient. “AAPS believes that parents, with the advice of their doctors, should make decisions about their children’s medical care — not government bureaucrats.”

    You won’t hear about most of this via the mainstream media. Could that be because vaccine manufacturers like Merck give money to some news organizations? (One example: Merck sponsors CNN.)

    Perhaps parents are a more reliable source of information. After all, don’t parents know their children better than anyone else?

    Today, I made a wrong turn. So I pulled into the neighborhood to check my phone. I was sitting in front of a home when the owner drove up. I thought he might be mad a stranger sitting in a vehicle in front of his home.

    He Paused his vehicle, then drove around us and parked.

    I rolled down my window, said, “I’m sorry, just a bit lost”.

    He seemed to ignore me as he pulled in in garbage cans. But then, while I was still searching for the right address, he walked up to my open vehicle window.

    I started to apologize again. He interrupted with a wave of his hand and with a slight New York accent he said. “Nah, I was actually reading your signs there

    “I…I mean”.. He started to choke up. “My son, in there (waving towards his home) he’s completely…” (his voice faded).

    <He cleared his throat and he began again>

    I was so surprised to see that because, my son, he was completely healthy and then when he was one, got his vaccines.

    Four days after his vaccines he had a seizure. They didn’t get him oxygen in time and he’s completed.. (again his voice faded)

    Its the vaccines that did this. He was perfectly healthy until then.

    See that car there, that’s the hospice nurse. He’s being fed through a tube. His body is so twisted, he can’t breathe on his own anymore.

    He’s dying. He said it so matter of fact.

    I got choked up. I said, “I’m sorry. I am so very sorry.”

    I handed him our HFI brochure. We talked about California laws that had forced me out of the state and to Idaho for refuge. I told him about Health Freedom Idaho, here to make sure that parents are never felt compelled or forced into making health choices by the government.

    We talked about the increase in vaccines to the 68 given today – he didn’t know that. We talked about vaccine injury and the lack of manufacture liability – he didn’t know that. We talked about the 3 BILLION paid to families and that there are so many more like himself, whose children suffered and they didn’t even get any help/or a “day in court”.

    I felt so bad. Teary eyed I said good-by offering to help – but not knowing what that would be.

    My daughter said, “maybe you let him tell his story was the help he needed.” There are too many of these stories. #NotOneInAMillion Even #Oneistoomany

    Vaccine injury is real.
