    A Facebook friend wrote: “I had to go to the emergency room with my wife, she smashed her finger in a car door pretty bad, they had to remove the nail. They asked her if she wanted the DTaP, since the do not really have a tetanus shot anymore. She first said OK. I asked her not to get it because the tetanus is not contagious, and she could have not possibly been exposed from a car door because the bacteria is anaerobic, it can not survive when exposed to free oxygen. She then thankfully declined the shot. They were not pushy, but they did ask 3 more times if she was sure.
    Even if she had been exposed to the bacteria, which is less that 1 in a million chance, the vaccine would do no good, because your body does not instantly build antibodies from a vaccine to a bacteria you have already been exposed to. 
     The tetanus bacteria in generally found in animal poop, and is so sensitive to oxygen that a deep puncture is required, and if the wood bleeds sufficiently there is still very little chance of an infection.”

    The most important thing you can do for your child is to arm yourself with information and facts.  If you have already decided that as a parent you believe vaccinations are not right for your child you can find information below on how to admit them into public school.  If you are currently researching vaccines and are unsure whether or not they are safe, or whether or not they make sense for your family, our best advice to you would be to hold off.

    Don’t continue vaccinating your child until you are 100% sure it is the right thing to do.  You can always continue vaccinating at a later date, but you can never, ever, take away the experience of injuring your child through dangerous chemicals and toxins being injected into their bloodstreams.

    For 99.9 percent of healthy children, chickenpox is a mild disease without complications. However, up to 20 percent of adults who get chickenpox develop severe complications such as pneumonia, secondary bacterial infections, and brain inflammation (which is reported in less than one percent of children who get chickenpox). Most children and adults who develop these serious complications have compromised immune systems or other health problems.

    We give our children the chicken pox vaccine. This vaccine required by many schools and daycares carries a limited protection from the illness and is not guaranteed effective. The vaccine itself contains a LIVE VIRUS which is KNOWN to spread chickenpox to others.
    How Effective is the chicken pox vaccine?

    • Chickenpox vaccine effectiveness is reported to be 44 percent for any form of the disease and 86 percent for moderate to severe disease;

    Consider this. 

    A close friend, has seven children at home. The teen was required to be ‘updated’ on his vaccines in Junior High because the CDC is now acknowledging that the vaccine ‘wears out’ over time. So, in order to continuing attending school activities, he received the chicken pox vaccine. Within days, his elder sibling came down with the illness. Unfortunately, she wasn’t aware that she was sick until she was away from home on her Senior Trip to Disneyland. The vaccine cause her to expose her entire class and those around her at Disneyland to the illness.  Arriving back home, contagious, she then spread the illness to younger siblings, many had already been vaccinated with chicken pox vaccine in the past several years.

    This one family’s story prove that:

    1. The chicken pox vaccine sheds and others do catch the chicken pox disease.
    2. The chicken pox vaccine is not always effective.

    3. Danger of complications from the chicken pox illness increased with age.

    Most concerning is that Chickenpox is much more serious when caught by previously unexposed adults, when it can lead to pneumonia.

    Mass use of chickenpox vaccine by children in the U.S. has removed natural boosting of immunity in the population, which was protective against shingles, and now adults are experiencing a shingles epidemic.

    From the story above its obvious, the vaccinated individual could spread the disease to the immuno-compromised, who can develop septicaemia or meningitis. 

    4. The vaccine is one of convenience, not about saving lives.

    Is chicken pox really dangerous? The estimated death rate for chicken pox is only 1.4 per 100,000 cases (0.0014%) in normal children. It rises to 30.9 deaths per I00,000c ases (0.0309%) in adults.
    As you can see,the death rate is still quite small. Although, it is FAR better to contract chicken pox as a child, than to wait until the adult years.

    Its worth noting chickenpox illness is more of a concern of economics than of deadly outbreak. Children are banned from childcare during the long course of the contagious window of chickenpox, a parent has to take up to a week or more off work to look after their afflicted kids at home.  The CDC and local health departments use the ‘time from work’ reason to have children vaccinated.

    5. Is the Chicken Pox Vaccine itself dangerous? YES.
    Some children will have life long injury from the vaccine itself.

    Chickenpox vaccine is already associated with adverse effects in one in 1,481 vaccinations.1

    Using the MedAlerts search engine, as of September 30, 2015 there had been 3,358 serious adverse events reported to the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) in connection with chickenpox and varicella-containing vaccines since 1990. Over half of those serious chickenpox vaccine-related adverse events occurring in children six years old and under. Of these chickenpox-vaccine related adverse event reports to VAERS, 161 were deaths, with over 60% of the deaths occurring in children under six years of age.

    Mumps is making headlines..again

    Mumps makes headlines every year at this time. It always starts in High Schools, colleges, and universities. Each year, the number of mumps cases fluctuates within a range of a couple hundred to a couple thousand cases.
    CNN reports that, “In December, the CDC said that most of the individual state outbreaks had been occurring among vaccinated people.“

    During 2016, 5,311 cases in 46 states and the District of Columbia were reported to the CDC.

    This is because of four things:

    1. The mumps component of the MMR vaccine does not work, and when it does work, it wears off after 10-15 years in a large number of kids. So many of those who were fully vaccinated (2 doses) have no immunity by their late teens.

    2. Once there is a single case of mumps, people panic and run out to get a “booster” of MMR vaccine. It’s a live virus vaccine and recently vaccinated people can infect others for 4-6 weeks post-vaccination. So recently vaccinated high school and college students are infecting each other, due to the two factors: lack of protection for those who had two vaccines before entering kindergarten, and horizontal transmission (shedding) from the recently vaccinated. This is especially likely to happen in close quarters and among those who are swapping saliva – by kissing and/or sharing drinks, etc…

    3. Colleges and Universities are international melting pots. Mumps – like measles – has different strains (similar to different strains of flu virus), and different strains are endemic (occur naturally) in different countries. That’s why different countries use different vaccines. And just like the flu vaccine, if the strain doesn’t match, it doesn’t work.

    4. The reason we see more of this in late January and early February (every year) is because colleges and universities deny students access to financial aid if they cannot produce their “up-to-date” shot records.
    Many college students don’t know they have the right to refuse vaccines (unless they live in California, Mississippi, or West Virginia), and nobody tells them about religious exemptions. Many college students also do not have easy access to their vaccination records, and thinking there is no harm in getting re-vaccinated (because, after-all… “vaccines are perfectly safe!” [no. they aren’t]), they will just go to the university health clinic and get shot up again so they can access their financial aid.

    That generally happens during the first or second week of January. The “outbreaks” generally happen during the second half of January and they subside around mid-late February.

    Senate Bill #1050
    Clarifies Section 39-4802 (2)Idaho Code that a parent has the legal right to enroll their child(ren) in Idaho schools, while maintaining their privacy, their right to medical confidentiality, and the right to opt out of providing IRIS-type vaccination information. 
    Parents’ rights, privacy, confidentiality, and the right to shield oneself from unjust incrimination are paramount to Idahoans and of utmost importance in maintaining liberty.  This bill will secure those natural rights.

    Idaho has clearly stated in existing laws that parents are legally able to opt out of some/all vaccines for their children when enrolling in daycare or public school.  The Public Health Department has created administrative procedures that intentionally discriminates against a minority group, violates their privacy, and denies their children access to schools when they opt to take their legally allowed vaccine exemption.

    1. IDAHO STATUES CLEARLY STATE: VACCINES ARE NOT MANDATED FOR DAYCARE or SCHOOLS.
    2. IDAHO STATUES CLEARLY STATE: PARENTS MAY SUBMIT A WRITTEN STATEMENT THAT THEY ARE CHOOSING TO EXEMPT THEIR CHILD FROM SOME/ALL VACCINES.

    Department of Health will NOT ACCEPT the legally acceptable written statement from parents.

    Department of Health has created a form that violates family’s rights and in turn forces school officials to deny children entrance into schools

    • Parents are forced to sign IDHW’s mandatory form that demands parents state they are putting their children at risk to contracting disease that carry serious complications.

    • The Health Department refuses to accept a legally acceptable signed parental affidavit. A blatant disregard for Idaho statue. Discriminating against families who choose to invoke their legal option to vaccine exemption.
     
    The Public Health department is getting away creating procedures that contradict the law and children are being denied access to daycare and schools.

    The purpose of this bill is to clarify Section 39-4802 (2)Idaho Code.

    The current language is as follows:

     (2) Any minor child whose parent or guardian has submitted assigned statement to school officials stating their objections on religious or other grounds shall be exempt from the provisions of this chapter.

     Original Intent

    The original intent of this section was that an Idaho parent/ guardian may exercise their right to privacy and medical confidentiality by simply submitting a signed statement to school officials in

    order to invoke their right to exemption regarding the state-prescribed vaccination schedule for school enrollment.

     Rules Created Mandating Unjust Form

    Rules have since been created requiring a state health department form be mandated. The form that was created for this purpose contains unnecessary, possibly incriminating language that is far outside the scope of this section.

     

    Section 39-4804 Idaho Code is being disregarded in the forced use of the current mandatory exemption form. That section states in part:

     

    NOTIFICATION TO PARENT OR GUARDIAN.

     (b) Participation in the immunization registry is voluntary;Because the Idaho IRIS vaccine registry is voluntary, a parent is not requiredto disclose vaccination status to the state.

     Form Forces Parents to Give Up Rights or Child’s Education

    By mandating the current exemption form, which listsindividual vaccines and demands confidential medical information, parents arenot able to exercise their right to privacy and exemption without facingenrollment denial by schools. Clearly this form does not align with theintentions of the current statutes.

     This Bill Will Re-secure Idahoan’s Rights to Privacy, Confidentiality,& Avoidance of Unjust Incrimination

     This bill would modify for clarification Section 39-4802 (2)to read:

     (2) Any minor child whose parent or guardian has submitted asigned statement to school officials stating their objections on religious orother grounds shall be exempt from the provisions of this chapter. The signedstatement may appear in a letter from the parent or guardian and is notrequired to be made on a form furnished by the state board of health andwelfare, a school, or another entity.

    Many people, including many physicians, believe and will tell you “There is no mercury in vaccines anymore. They took that out years ago!” This is not true.  For a list of vaccines that still contain mercury above EPA safety levels click here.
    Seven vaccines are reported to still contain thimerosal, which is 49.5% mercury.

    At almost the exact same time they took a large percentage of mercury out of what was then the childhood schedule, the CDC and ACIP made a new recommendation. That’s right they ADDED MORE. The vaccine-pushers recommended every pregnant woman receive a flu shot during the second trimester.  In addition, the recommendation was made that every child receive annual flu vaccines, beginning at six months of age.

    Flu vaccines often contain high levels of thimerosal, which is 50% mercury. Those pregnant mothers and infants who are most likely to get the flu vaccines with mercury are those who are the least likely to have adequate health care. Physicians in private practices are more likely to use single-dose vials.  It’s the multi-dose vials that contain the highest level of Thimerosal:  50 mcg. for the adult dose and 25 mcg. for the pediatric dose.  That means when a pregnant woman gets a flu shot from her local health department, Walmart, CVS, University Health Center, etc… her tiny fetus is being injected with levels of toxic mercury that are hundreds of times above the “safe limit”  (as defined by the EPA).

    If the fetus survives and if he/she is vaccinated again at six months, 18 months and every year after that, and if those vaccines are administered from multi-dose vials, he or she is getting a whopping dose of mercury every year.

    Myth dispelled.  There is still mercury in the vaccines given to infants and children.  They just changed the schedule and adjusted the dose so that now, infants are getting their doses of mercury at a much earlier stage of neurological development, and when their body weight is significantly lower, which makes the dose per pound much higher.

    Step 1:  Enter first name, weight, and age.  (For the purpose of this example I used “Terry,” 120 pounds, and age 16.)  Click “Select Vaccines” – up pops the CDC’s Recommended Vaccination Schedule for children age 7-18.  In the section for ages 13-18 (high school age), the recommended vaccines for a child on “the catch-up schedule” are:  Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis (Tdap), Human Papilloma Virus (HPV), Meningococcal (MCV), Hepatitis B (HepB), Inactivated Polio Virus (IPV), Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) and Varicella.     • Tdap:  Select either of the first two choices. The others do not contain the pertussis component, so it’s highly unlikely that these girls would have gotten them. For the purpose of this example, Terry is going to get Boostrix.
    • HPV:  Terry is getting Gardasil.
    • Meningococcal (MCV):  Hover over each of the choices on this one… You will see that they are quite different in their ingredients, depending on if the vaccine is a single-dose vs. a multi-dose vial.  My fictitious 16 year-old Terry is going to get her shots at the health department so she will be getting the MCV from a mult-dose vial. I’m going to click Menomume multi-dose.
    • Seasonal/H1N1:  Again, since Terry is getting her shots at the health department she will be getting the multi-dose version of Fluzone from Sanofi-Pasteur.  Multi-dose vials of the flu vaccine are generally used by health departments. They are also used at “Flu Clinics” and places like Walmart and CVS where lots of people are vaccinated for a low cost (or for free) because multi-dose vials cut down on costs to the vaccinators.
    • Hepatitis B:  On this one it really doesn’t matter which you choose because they contain the same amount of aluminum and they each contain the same amount of yeast protein. Click either one. Terry is getting the Recombivax HB – from Merck.
    • Polio:  Click IPOL. This is the only one that is licensed for 16 year-olds.  You might want to hover your mouse over the other options, though. Especially if you have younger children. Check out the aluminum in those vaccines!
    • MMR II:  Again, this is the only option. Click it.

    Now, click the “CALCULATE” button.  Click “OK” in the black box that pops up.

    Step 3:  Vaccine Ingredients Chart:  This tells you how much of each ingredient (other than the actual virus or bacteria the vaccine is supposed to protect against) your child, or in this case, our hypothetical 16 year-old “Terry” will receive from this recommended schedule.

    • Aluminum:  865 micrograms (mcg)
    • Bovine Protein:  Unknown amount. This is a protected trade secret. You’re not allowed to know how much cow DNA is being injected into your kids.
    • Egg Protein:  Unknown amount. Another trade secret.
    • Formaldehyde (you know… like in embalming fluid):  200+ mcg
    • Genetically Engineered Human Albumin:  300 mcg
    • Human Protein from Fetal Cell Line WI-38:  Unkown amount. You guessed it… trade secret. And yes, this comes from an aborted human fetus.
    • Human Protein from Fetal Cell Line Wistar RA 27/:  Ditto to above.
    • Mercury:  50 mcg. (Note the small green bar on the right. That’s the EPA “safe” limit for mercury.)
    • Phenoxyethanol:  Just slightly less than 6 milligrams or 600 micrograms
    • Polysorbate 80:  500 mcg.
    • Yeast Protein:  Unknown amount. Trade secret.

    That’s a lot of stuff. I could talk for days (I’m sure by now you believe me) on the synergistic effects of toxins. However, for the purpose of this post, we’re going to stick to aluminum.  For now, anyway.  Our hypothetical 16 year-old would have received 865 micrograms of aluminum PLUS 50 micrograms of thimerosal if she had received all of these recommended vaccines according to “The Schedule.”

    Now that it’s official and we know that aluminum in vaccines causes autoimmune disease, my hope is that you will use the information in this article to become informed consumers of health care.  My other hope is that you will begin to ask questions about why it has taken so long for us to ask if injecting known neurotoxins into the bodies of infants and children is safe?

    And NO.  That’s not moving the goalpost.  It’s what should have been done in the first place.  It should not be up to people “like me” to have to investigate and publish these things.  Proving that vaccines are safe and that they are not more likely to make you sick than to provide you with protective benefit is something that should be done before the vaccines are released.  It should most certainly be done before vaccines are “mandated” for attendance in public school.

    Educate before you vaccinate.  Afterwards, it may be too late.

    It is ILLEGAL for your school to deny entrance to your child because you are exercising your legal right to opt out of vaccinations.

    Contrary to the Health and Welfares website – this School Exemption Form is NOT the only legal means by which a parent can provide their child’s school of a vaccine exemption.
    Idaho Code 39-4802 only requires a signed statement from the parent(s) or legal guardian of the child.

    Unfortunately, Idaho Health and Welfare Immunization Department (IDHW) has made the use of the form mandatory for schools to admit children whose parents have chosen to legally opt out of some or all vaccines for their children. The form developed by IDHW falls far outside the scope of the Idaho Statutes (section 39-1118(2) or 39-4802(2), Idaho Code;). The state prescribed form  based on IDAPA 16.02.15, is in violation of Idaho Code 39-4802 and 39-4804.  

    Currently, parents are forced to sign IDHW’s mandatory form that demands parents state that “vaccine preventable diseases are extremely deadly” and “that it is negligent for willfully denying your son/daughter the life-saving protection that vaccines offer” in order to enroll their children into school.

    These forms are MEANT to not only be intimidating but to catch parents legally off guard.

    The Idaho Statutes make it clear that parents only legal responsibility  is to provide a written statement they are opting out of vaccines for their children and they are aware of the risks/benefits of the recommended vaccine schedule.

    Surveies show that most schools have denied children access to school when parents have submitted the legally acceptable parental statement of vaccine exemption. There are many schools refuse to accept the form if it has been altered in any way.  

    This illegal action on the part of schools (who feel their hands are tied due to Health and Welfare Administrative policy) has caught the attention of Health Freedom Idaho.  While correspondence from the Office of the Attorney General and Legislators have shown that there is in fact a discrepancy in the legal statues and the scope of the form required by IDHW there has been no challenge to change the current administrative procedures to fall back in line with the law.

    Quick Fact: Any minor child whose parent or guardian has submitted a signed statement to school officials stating their objections on religious or other grounds shall be exempt from the provisions of this chapter.  Medical exemptions are also allowed. (See Idaho State Code listed below). 

    • Idaho Statues permit you as an individual or parent have the right to choose whether or not to vaccinate your child.  
    • The statute does not require you to disclose what other grounds your refusal to immunization is. As with any medical decision, the decision to vaccinate or not is a right of the individual or parent.
    • The State of Idaho, your doctor and public health employees cannot force you or your child to be vaccinated.
    • Your child cannot be excluded from a school or public program because you have exercised your right to not vaccinate.
